Ms. Condon recently handled my criminal case, and it was a complex case to say the least. She was appointed to me by the court and she still gave my case the utmost attention and passion. Throughout the entire case she was extremely thorough, she discovered numerous discrepancies, and she went to bat for me from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for all the work she did and she is a lawyer that you can feel comfortable representing you, no matter the severity of your case. Krysten and I met when I needed some legal assistance immediately. She made sure she was available on a Friday afternoon to make sure that my legal rights were not being violated. She answered emails the same day, returned phone calls quickly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Sometimes dealing with legal issues can be stressful, but knowing I had her in my corner made it all feel less stressful. Long story short is the issue we were working on ended in my favor. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. These victories gave our son an opportunity to be rehabilitated rather than just incarcerated. Today our son is healthy and clean for almost two years. Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

Andrea Sugar is the best lawyer I saw ever, professional, responsible, reply quickly and very cooperative and compassionate. I had a divorce case with her. It was done so fast less than 6 months. I was referred to Tim by my divorce attorney to represent me on a separate legal matter. He reviewed the case and developed a strategy that resulted in two felony charges being dropped and a third reduced to a misdemeanor, through a differed disposition. I called Joey Gilbert Law from out of state. They advised me that Nevada considers at fault to be criminal misdemeanor. The office was open 24/7, Bianca took my information. She got back to me with quote from Joey. They took my case. They were always available. Answered all my questions. The customer service was excellent. My case was dismissed. My wife was test driving at a big name car dealership, when one of the dealerships people slammed into the back of her. Both my wife and my mother-in-law were in the car and suffered injuries. I have been nothing but pleased with Joe and his entire staff. My first call into this office, Joe took my call directly and I could immediatly tell he was an attorney sincerely vested in his clients and thier cases. He has a level of humanity and integrity that is frankly hard to find in the field. He agreed to take on, what I was repeatedly told by nearly everyone, was an "unwinnable" case agianst The Department of Human Sevices over a TRAILS finding.
Joe and his staff were so incredibly responsive, efficient and thorough in their assistance and handling of my case. For the first time in years, I could focus just on LIVING.
Our TRAILS appeal, that won an Administrative Law Judges ruling in our favor back in 2018, was overturned CDHS themeslves (because they can do that!) and went all the way to th Colorado Court of Appeals where it was unaimously reversed again by all three judges, back to the ALJ initial decision. We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed.
He was always accessible either via phone, text or an email.

Matthew Sadler is an amazing attorney. He has helped me on several legal matters and needs. Unfortunately, I have been involved in a few unjust situations in which my options appeared limited, and a satisfactory resolution seemed out of reach. While inquiring a new attorney for my (high conflict) family law case I asked both family and friends for recommendations. Attorney Chatterton came highly recommended from both sides. I was immediately impressed by Attorney Chatterton during our initial consultation. Not only was I able to give ample information but also very specific details pertaining to my case that prior attorneys had dismissed my concerns for. Mr. Ramey has handled several traffic issues for me in the past - alleged super speeding, school bus passing, and red light violations (among other things) – and my charges have always been dropped or reduced (no points!!). I'm a busy girl with more to do than attend hearings, and I'd rather not admit guilt by paying the fine (and risk upping my insurance), so I always consult Mr. Ramey no matter how minor the ticket. (Rolling stop, fender-bender...I've called up his office at least a half-dozen times over the past ten years and have recommend him just as often.)
A girlfriend of mine recently got into a bit of trouble. Not to get into details, but the charge was more involved than my usual petty ticket, and I (of course) referred her to Mr. Ramey. Mr. Ramey was not able to work on the case directly, but his associate, Gregory Bianco worked magic and got all charges dropped. She could not be happier, and I'm just glad Mr. Bianco was able to provide the same level of service I promised her Mr. Ramey would.

Terri took on a tough case with a life altering, and devastating injury. I am a lawyer who does not practice in this area of law. My Husband hired Terri when he had a work injury (falling off of a ladder while installing OSHA safety equipment of all things) he was off his feet for 12 weeks while the doctor’s reconstructed his leg. These injuries will last a lifetime and mean limping, pain and future surgeries. It looks like an erector set from childhood holding all those bones together.

Top caliber lawyer. I had a home improvement contract I was struggling to get out of after the contractor kept delaying the work and tried to bait and switch me with the materials they were going to use. He was thorough in going through the details of the contract and pragmatic about what my legal options were. I was referred to Brandon after leaving my old attorney due to lack of progress and spending lots of money…..with minimal results. Not only that, I was done feeling like I was the “back burner” client. When I went to Brandon, I had about 10 percent visitation with my son, a crappy agreement with my ex-wife (completely favoring the mother) and very little money left to retain another attorney. Brandon and his team took me in, saw my love for my son, gave me an affordable service, and put together a great case. I also felt a huge difference with them as far as client/attorney relationship. They fought hard for me and helped me gain 50% custody of my son. As well as help resolve numerous issues I had with my ex-wife. I hired Mike to handle an administrative matter to terminate probation based on new legislation allowing such an action. I wasn't sure what the outcome would be so the matter was a little speculative, but turned out to be money very well spent. He was able to handle the prosecutor's concerns and obtained consent order to terminate my case. In addition he was able to secure the sealing of my record and order to seal in the same effort.
