I was fortunate to find Ben among the many attorneys in Westchester County. Ben is both a CPA as well as lawyer so knows both the legal and financial aspects of a divorce. Mr. Forest Cook was a godsend to me, and he represented me in my divorced this past year. He inspired confidence that I needed to make it through one of the most trying times in my life. During this time, one can be very frazzled and weak. Mr. Cook did nothing, but fill be with encouragement and advice. His confidence made me feel at peace and it was easy to trust him, even when trust was a serious issue for me at this point of time. He provided creative solutions that have helped me become a better parent in addition to sound, realistic family legal advice. I never felt like Mr. Cook held any sort of judgment against me or any of my views, opinions, or actions. I hired Mr. Cook to assist me in dealing with my tenants and in dealing with the City regarding a commercial piece of property. Not only is Mr. Cook knowledgeable about the law in this area, but he is practical and approaches the issues with a good sense of humor! We have had to meet with our tenants when they were not following the lease terms, and we’ve had to meet with the City when they have proposed changes that affect our property. In every case, Mr. Cook has worked on my behalf to settle issues without having to go to court by using logic, reason and a true desire to find a workable solution for everyone involved. He keeps me informed of the progress of an issue and has always been patient with me and my endless questions – to which he has the answers! I really love this lawyer. She’s flat out amazing. I was/am a dad that immediately felt like I’d be chugging uphill to gain custody of my child once divorce loomed. Divorce lawyers wear many hats, legal rep, grief Counsler, therapist, all because divorce is possibly one of the worst experiences you can go through besides death. I went through all that and more. Fiza not only gave me superior legal representation but she gave me compassion, patience and emotional support that I don’t believe many lawyers are capable of. There were times I was in a panic with the drama of my divorce and I would just be an emotional hot mess. Fiza helped me through all of it. She went above and beyond to help me not only legally but as a human. She was there for me throughout it all, through my anxiety driven 2am texts, to my emotional breakdowns, through everything. Divorce is not easy but mine was the worst you can have. Excellent services provided by this attorney. I initially consulted with him regarding the circumstances relating to my case, and he assured me that justice would be served, and he could handle it without issue. In less than six months, he was able to have all pending charges fully dismissed. He would have been able to resolve it sooner, if it hadn’t been for the lengthy process of the court system. Mr. White is extremely knowledgeable, and works relentlessly to ensure satisfaction from his clients. He takes into account his client’s needs/interests, and fights for a favorable outcome, that reflects justice. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. He is a man of intelligence who is skilled in his craft as a litigator.
I happened to have one of those "he said, she said" sort of scenarios with rather significant allegations. Mr. Casey was not phased by the task at hand. He was the best champion for my case I could ever ask for. His attention to detail was impeccable, and was able to illustrate for the court the inconsistencies in the testimonies of opposing counsel's witnesses.
Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. However you must realize he cannot effectively do what he needs to do without honesty from you as a client. He cannot know to much about your case. Even those parts which you might be ashamed of or embarrassed by.
Mr. Casey has been a champion for my cause, a confidant, and a source of stability for me when my life was chaotic. He has held my hand as I wept both tears of joy and frustration. He has helped to not only improve my legal situation, but helped nourish my soul as well. He gave me one of the greatest gifts I have ever received; he reunited me with my children.

I was charged with retaliation (threatening to kill a police officer). I was acting stupid and of course I didn’t mean any of that. Pretty sure the police knew it but they don’t take kindly to perceived threats. Wood had the case thrown out in less than ten minutes.

My son was arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Felon with a Weapon cases based on a lie. The police arrested him with ZERO evidence other than lies told by an acquaintance. Sad to say the DA accepted charges based on nothing but the say so of a known liar and criminal. Seems like the cops round up whoever and like magic - “Another case closed!” NOT. Then the judge held him at NO BOND because of his past convictions. Wood convinced the DA’s to dismiss it but in case they wouldn’t, Wood kept asking theme to go to the grand jury with it so he could set it for trial.
Took a month or so but finally both cases were dismissed. I told my son to pick his acquaintances better but sometimes even your own kids need to learn some lessons on their own.

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days!
If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

I met Sabra Sasson when she was singing with a group of lawyers at a
Rehab. Center in Manhattan's U.E.S. (where my husband was a patient).
I spoke to Sabra as she had a pleasant smile and demeanor and I was interested in revising my will. I saved her tel. no. and called her when I was

i recently wrote the review regarding "If you don't care about your kids' i feel I made a mistake. When i contacted Ben about getting some documents regarding this case, he asked if he could make things right, without me asking. I feel my emotions may have clouded my judgement. I am now very ill and on chemo and have no money, that didn't matter to Ben and Jason, they are truly good people with a job that is full of emotions, i personalty thank and apologize to both of these gentlemen. and i would recommend them anytime. Ben represented me (a man) in my divorce (with multiple kids.) My wife had filed and included many horrible allegations which led me to have almost no time with the kids on our temporary parenting plan. Ben picked up the case (which my first attorney had done a poor job on.) He knew exactly what to do to get the end result I wanted. I had to suck it up and it wasn't an instant fix but in the end he rocked my wife's world in court and the record was set straight by his courtroom skills. It seemed at times throughout the case that he was not attentive to my little daily concerns, but I think he simply puts focus where it really counts and if I had trusted him more I would have saved some worry and stress. I read that you will never regret hiring an attorney that you can't afford when it comes to fighting for your kids. After trying to go the cheap route I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did. Worth every thousand spent and then some. Ben was brutally honest with me and didn't sell me anything he wasn't able to deliver. He was spot on with every estimation he had regarding the case while letting me know that anything can happen. I very highly recommend him if you have the ability to trust him and not expect him to get caught up in every little daily drama you throw his way. Again, he put attention and detail where it really counted and the results were what mattered in the end.

Despite the other side trying to play dirty, he maintained his ethical and professional demeanor and prevailed every time. I hired Mr David Hudson to help me fight for custody of my granddaughters. My daughter passed away and I had had custody for approximately 2 yrs before their dad decided he wanted them. I went to Mr Hudson he explained everything to me and that it was gonna be hard for me to retain custody with me beginning the grandmother. But with David’s hard work we prevailed. Hiring Lisa as my attorney was the second best decision I made in my divorce...after the decision to get divorced. I had initial consultations with 3 attorneys - all came well recommended and were professional. But only Lisa struck me as immediately "getting" the issues with my ex, and she had a specific plan for how to address those issues. We started the process of adopting our twin great nieces when they were 8 months old. Our first lawyer basically stole our retainer and did nothing and did not even inform us the case was dismissed.
In seeking a new attorney we stumbled upon Mrs. Delvaille through my husband's company program. We called and spoke of our situation and she advised it was not her specialty. We continued searching. I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate
