Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. Communicated very well, always returned my calls and overall worked hard to move the process along swiftly. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney in Pennsylvania.

What can I say? I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Weinrieb. He is an incredible Attorney. He is caring, compassionate, and truly cares about his clients.
I came to Mr. Weinrieb with an extremely difficult situation. My previous lawyer quit before trial and I presented him with my case/situation on very short notice. One where 9 other Attorneys said nothing was possible and laughed at the situation. When I first met him and told him this he snickered and said he will work to the best of his ability, and he absolutely did. He went above and beyond for my case. And proved large attorney firms wrong.
His response rate was fast and he was informative and very honest. When he said he was on something he stuck to his word and got things done fast.
Mr. Weinriebs rates are also absolutely incredible and extremely fair for custody proceedings. He was literally the QB and made every play with my sons best interests in mind. Thats what you want in a lawyer.

Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. Looking forward to using him for other needs that we have because he’s full service. We got the eviction and we got our lives back and we owe it all to Mr. Kassman and has a great team. Shout out Mara - she is incredible. Highly recommend using them don’t even hesitate. It is impossible to put into words the impact that Barrett and his team have had on my life. My brother contacted Barrett when I was in need of legal assistance. My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation.
Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case.
They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiating.
Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly supportive. Together they made a very difficult experience bearable.
They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my children.
On march 14, 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a more than satisfactory way.

I was referred to Rob from a close friend -- my first impression was that he is so down to earth, extremely knowledgable, and so willing to answer any questions throughout the process. We are grandparents. Our son died in 2018. Our daughter-in-law was arrested for DUI and endangerment. We had to seek emergency custody. We needed to fight for joint custody to ensure our grandson was safe, well educated, and properly cared for. Pete was responsive, fought hard, and guided us through a very messy court case. We were successful and now have a joint custoday agreement with residential custody. We are very grateful we found Pete. He was always assessable and responded incredibly quickly. I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. When you are faced with situations that can be completely life changing and you are overwhelmed with the process, feel very helpless and it's such a great feeling to have someone who you can come to that will step right in front of you and take the fight head on. John is passionate about what he does, has an unsurpassed skill-set and knowledge of how to help you accomplish your goals. If you meet and explain to John what you are facing or needing he will tell you immediately if it is something within his area of practice and if he tells you he will go to work for you then you can relax knowing that you have just hired the big dog in the fight. One thing to consider when choosing an attorney is that if you go to someone else you may end up facing him on the other side and that wouldn't be good for you. If you approach John and you are not honest or are asking for something unreasonable or if you're trying to get him to bully someone he will simply tell you he can't work with you. John takes his work seriously, has a respect and reverence for the law and will work to get you the absolute best outcome he can. It's a great feeling to be able to walk out of his office and immediately have a buffer between you and whoever may be attacking you. In my life I try to avoid conflict and confrontation but John actually likes it. He will go straight to the source of the problem and turn the tables immediately. It may sound like an easy way out, but the fact is that I consider John somewhat of my "hired gun". Bottom line, you pay him money, he takes your problems and makes them his. Mr. McCarty had prepared estate documents for my parents. When my father passed last year, we had so many things to work through. We asked for Mr. McCartys help through our transition including Probate. He was a pleasure to work with in that difficult time. I had no idea where to start during my separation. Mr. Frazier assisted me over the phone with a free consultation and told me what steps I would need to take in order to start getting child support etc and how I would need to take action for the divorce. He was very reasonable as he does more of a flat rate charge than hourly. Separation and divorce can be a stressful thing and he helps with monthly payments to take financial stress away. I hired Heidi in 2020 based off of a recommendation and referral from a good friend. As a woman I feel comfortable with Heidi from the start because it's always easier to discuss domestic problems with someone you can relate to. I've been working with Dorothea for about a year on an appeal of a complex child custody case.
First of all, Dorothea is not a "Yes-Man". She will tell you bluntly if she believes your case has slim or no odds of succeeding. And better to hear that at an initial consultation with her than after you've invested thousands of dollars just to be told 'no' by someone else.
Dorothea told me the odds of success in my case were not great. It's the nature of appeals. I felt so strongly that a wrong had been done to me that I decided to proceed anyway, even with her telling me at our initial consultation that the odds were against me. As my appeal nears its conclusion, she's produced a brief for me that I'm very proud of that I feel presents the issues as succinctly as she could in only 15,000 words.
After retaining her services, Dorothea put in countless hours reviewing court transcripts, thousands of pages of medical records, and interviewing witnesses. Five years had passed in between the time this case was opened and the time it went to trial. There was a lot for Dorothea to catch up on and not much time for her to get up to speed. To further complicate matters, my trial attorney had a family emergency that prevented him from being much help in the transition to Dorothea as my appellate attorney.
Despite all of the obstacles and difficulties, she was able to get a grasp on what had happened. She was able to see from a legal perspective how my rights had been violated at trial whereas I had only my belief that this was not how "justice" was supposed to work. I wasn't able to see the forest for the trees until Dorothea made me step back and showed it to me.
Because of her patience, her diligence, her enthusiasm for the law and for issues of social justice, I have hope where before I only had a prayer.
Dorothea's mental agility and tenacity are the things I appreciate most about her in the courtroom. At every court appearance, she has always had a Plan A, a Plan B and a Plan C. I suspect if we ever need a Plan D, she would probably pull one of those out of her hat, too. For example, when Dorothea had critical evidence she wanted to get into the record on my behalf, she had that evidence ready to present in multiple different formats to ensure it got into the record. She didn't just give up the first time she was told 'no', as has been my experience with other attorneys, but fluidly shifted to her backup strategies to get that evidence into the record.
I intend to continue working with Dorothea even after our business with the appeal is concluded and can't recommend her highly enough.

What I like about Sarah Rose and her assistant, Danielle was that They are fast and responsive. I was in a bad situation with domestic violent, got CPS involved. They got me Protect Order right at the moment where I needed the most. I thought my case would take awhile to finalized but It resolved at the time where it should be. I got what I was asking for. After refinancing a property, The title company messed up in
recording of our quitclaim deeds. It seemed that something was wrong. We informed the tittle company. It took a while, going back and fort, the tillite company claimed that it was fixed.
By now we lost the trust in accuracy of the deeds. We needed an expert to review the documents.

I consulted Kathleen to help me redo my will to a trust. Kathleen was very friendly. she asked me a bunch of questions over the phone and got all my information that she needed to prepare my trust. Marie, her assistant was very helpful. She sent me all the paperwork and told me what to do. She even put labels on every place. I needed to either date or sign and that was very helpful. The best thing is we did everything over the phone so I did not have to go anywhere to get it done.
