Audrey Anderson did not do what she said she was going to do for me. A total disappointment. She told me one thing before she was paid, then changed her story after she was paid.
She even discussed my case details with a random contractor that came to her home, it turns out the contractor knew me, and I was informed.
Audrey was fired, because for three (3) months, her response to me was," I am unable to reach opposing counsel".

This Law Firm , Atty Tom J.Cleary and his team Jillian and others are beyond exceptional in getting the job done effectively, efficiently, professionally, morally and ethically. My younger sibling and I were in a wrongful, horrific family trust litigation with an incredibly difficult and unreasonable family member. Happy with the service that was provided here. Expensive, but glad I chose this place. Attorney Beth Bowen exceeded my expectations at the school hearing for my child (elementary) and achieved a better outcome for us. Wade Law Group’s handling of my business partnership dispute was a disaster from start to finish. I sought their help when I was being pushed out and needed to recover my equity. Despite providing all the necessary documentation upfront, including the operating agreement and financial statements, their incompetence quickly became apparent.
For seven weeks, my attorney at Wade Law Group engaged in fruitless exchanges, sending threatening letters based on California law and drafting a lawsuit complaint. Only after all this time did I discover that my attorney hadn’t even read the operating agreement—a crucial document in any partnership dispute. This neglect led us to almost violate the agreement by bypassing mandatory mediation and filing the lawsuit in the wrong state. Predictably, my former business partner exploited these errors, leaving me with a much weakened case and a significant financial loss.
After incurring over five figures in legal fees, I made the decision to terminate our relationship. I requested a meeting to discuss the situation, but my attorney not only ignored my request but also responded rudely when I followed up. Eventually, the firm’s owner reached out and offered a partial refund for drafting the complaint in the wrong state. However, the amount he offered was far less than what I had actually been billed, forcing me to go line by line through the invoices and finding the correct amount was five times higher than what he claimed.
I then posted a review of my experience on Yelp, and the owner reached out and offered me a full refund of over $8K in exchange for removing the review and signing a contract agreeing not to post additional reviews about my experience with the firm. When I pointed out that this felt unethical and possibly illegal and proposed that I edit the review to give credit for the refund, he withdrew the offer, falsely claiming that I had rejected it.

These people are rude. And they can't read. I set up a consultation with them, but they canceled before even talking to me and told me that my trial is in three weeks when it's not. They didn't read anything about it, have the nerve to not even meet with me or have a discussion, followed with "best of luck on everything" which is just more insulting, absolutely insulting. i am sorry I called.

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

I called the Iyer Law Office with some simple questions about a traffic citation. Mr. Iyer kindly answered my questions and offered me a bit of guidance in the duration of our brief phone call. It was difficult to receive a call back from any of the law offices I reached out to with my simple question, as answering it was not going to be profitable for the lawyer. However, Mr. Iyer seemed more than happy to help me understand my options and showed care for my situation even if I was not to become a client. Leah represented me at the beginning of her career. Cherokee county had criminal charges filed against me for spanking my daughter with a belt. They had taken my 3 girls and placed them into fostercare. Had it not been for Leah Davis Madden, I would have been just another black single mother statistic & victim of societal prejudices back then. I had a problem with a bogus outstanding lien that was preventing us from being able to close a real estate transaction on behalf of my parents' Estate. Billy Skulikidis came to my rescue! He reviewed all the information provided, asked a few questions and came up with a solution that should have successfully terminated the lien. When my termination filing was rejected by the County Clerk's Office, Billy followed up with the attorney there that same day. He then forwarded the parts of the law that supported his position. Ultimately, the County attorney agreed to accept the termination filing Billy had prepared for me and the lien has now been cleared.
We are now scheduled for closing. Great job by Billy and so much appreciated!

Save yourself from steve the worst unresponsive lawyer on long Island. I was hardly contacted the entire time of the sale and purchase of my houses. We had to call him every step on the way asking what we needed to do for the next step, this guy barely returned a phonecall the same day, sometimes taking even multiple days. From not involving myself in an email chain to keep me updated with what's going on, to him not talking to his partner to know what the contract was that he was working on, not knowing the correct closing date, and just not having a clue to talk to her first to make a plan before talking to me. Do not use him unless you enjoy a stressful time. He doesn't look closely at contracts at all and I told him to not take a pool table, and he never talked to me about it, and left it in the contract costing me 400$ after closing to remove it, he straight up lied to my face, Do not use him no matter what

I worked with Goldsmith & Ogrodowski, LLC. for a few years. Even after a few years, I had to go check and make sure I had the name of their Law Firm correct. I know them by their first names, Fred, Rich and Heather. My 5 year nightmare started while working on a towboat as a deckhand, I was severely injured. After surgery and about 6 months, I tried going back to work. I didn't like where things were headed. I just wasn't able to do the same work as before. I still had so many issues. At the time, I had never had to call an attorney. I didn't know which way to go. It took a lot of time and thought before I finally made that decision. I now know that it was the right decision. My case was very complicated and took many years. Fred was my attorney, He worked tirelessly on my case. It felt as if I was his only client. It also felt like I was a part of his family.
They even treated my fiancée and kids like family.
I've had Fred call me at 8-9 p.m. and he was still working on my case. I could call or text any time with questions or concerns and he always responded quickly. It was never an issue. The amount of experience in this firm is amazing. Fred and Rich are the best at what they do. Very knowledgeable. This injury changed my life, forever. Fred understood that. Fred and co. helped my mother first, then my brother and I as co-executors, hold a large company responsible for damages to our family-built riverside property. Fred extended absolute professionalism in all endeavors relating to our situation. He was attentive, prompt and most of all, completely competent in every action executed. On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian.
