Upon hiring Caroline as my advocate, I immediately felt a burden lifted. Caroline takes an empathetic approach to her work, which I very much appreciated while navigating such a stressful situation that involved the landlord, insurance, and other building tenants. She is easily accessible, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and also listens to any concerns you have without casting judgement. I also appreciated the fact that she did not try to overcharge me for minor interactions, which I'm sure other lawyers would, and was mindful about delegating certain tasks to paralegals to help save me some money. From the beginning Phil seelig was thorough and took out the time to explain my New York City Police Department three quarters disability case (World Trade Center )He was extremely knowledgable and always professional. He always returned calls back. His staff was excellent. Adam and Matt very professional and courteous always. They were also extremely helpful throughout my whole disability case. I was unfairly terminated from my previous employer due to a disability and Mr. Kirby did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. He took my case despite my previous employer's clout in the community and was open with me about how their reputation may affect the process and the outcome.
Mr. Kirby was thorough, diligent, and I greatly appreciated his patience with me as I was still reeling from my termination. It was obvious from the beginning that he cared not just about winning, but he was also angry on my behalf for how I was treated. He explained the legal process in a way I could understand so that I could make informed decisions. As Mr. Kirby explained, he was my lawyer, so he wanted me to direct the decision-making.
Mr. Kirby seemed to have great relationships within the local legal community. He was also always on top of deadlines and often wanted to get paperwork filed well before the deadline.
Finally, I don't know if I would have made it through that time of my life in one piece if it hadn't been for his encouragement and his excellence and genuine care in dealing with my case. Even if we hadn't had a positive outcome, I feel very grateful for Mr. Kirby and would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Mr. Kirby to represent me in an employment discrimination case in November, 2016. I was fired by my employer after requesting reasonable accommodations to help me work with a chronic illness which affects my right hand and foot and causes neuropathic pain. I will address three strengths which benefited me in working with Pat. 1) He educated me about the law in terms and language I, as a non-attorney, can understand; 2) He was thorough in his review of documents pertinent to my case, and 3) he was tactful in speaking with me about the things that were said and written about me, as well as toward the defendants in his depositions of them. From the first meeting with Attorney Pat Kirby, my wife and I felt we'd made a connection with a professional that we'd like to have in our corner. Frank Lopez is an excellent attorney. Now, there may be a lot of excellent attorneys in the Denver metro area, but Frank stands out, at least to me, because he is an excellent human as well. I cannot express my gratitude enough for FOX & FOX, S.C. and especially Mr. Randall Gold. I came to the firm at a time when I thought all was hopeless and I that I was going to have to leave my graduate position after spending five dedicated years in graduate school without my PhD - which was devastating.
I had reached out to other firms, but none were willing to take my case because, even though I was an employee at the university I attended, I was also a student - each firm denied me, stating they were not well versed enough to handle my case. Mr. Gold, did not see me as just a student but as a person who desperately needed assistance. He not only was willing to take my case, but was passionate and sympathetic. Mr. Gold always made time for my questions, was prompt with feedback, and was kind and patient. He was also honest with me, and made sure to convey realistic expectations to me - which was greatly appreciated. In my opinion, Mr. Gold went above and beyond what I had expected - his expertise with the law and guidance always made me feel at ease while I was going through a terrible situation.
I do not believe I would have been able to finish my PhD if Mr. Gold hadn't been willing to pursue my discrimination case. I still cannot believe that the ruling has been in my favor and the university is willing to help me graduate. I hired Randall to help me through a sudden job termination that involved retaliation after filing a complaint against my manager who exhibited a pattern of damaging childish behavior of disparaging Asians and Jews, among many other terrible things.
This being my first ever experience of this nature, I did a lot of online research before choosing Randall of Fox and Fox. I wanted a lawyer that would represent me in a reasonable and fair way. As much as I was disappointed in the way my job ended and the company continues to harbor a known racist/anti Semite, I was not out to do damage. The severance I was initially offered was decent, but I knew the context of my termination was not. Because of that, I sought representation.
After meeting with Randall in person, I was confident he was the lawyer to help me through this. He was straight forward and told me what to expect, what was reasonable, and what was fantasy.
Randall was quick to respond to emails and kept me up to date every step of the way. He listened to and respected my opinions. On occasion, he would talk me off the ledge and remind me things will be resolved quickly and to my advantage. I never felt belittled or that he was ignoring my emails/phone calls. He treated me and worked with me with respect.
Randall got me a great settlement in a short amount of time to avoid proceeding to court. I wanted this whole thing resolved quickly so I could move forward!

I contacted this firm for help after my boss fired me unfairly. Only the intake assistant contacted me and told me to meet with Ms Albies would cost $350 for a consultation and to fill out the BOLI questionaire on my own. I wanted advice on how to proceed with that for the best outcome, but having just been fired unfairly I did not have $350 to pay Ms. Albies. After this, I feel they are more concerned about money than helping me.
I do have a legitimate discrimination case here and truly need help from an attorney, not an assistant!
I can't honestly recommend someone who isn't willing to try to help me.

Ashlee is wonderful. I was involved in an age discrimination lawsuit. I was warned by many people that age discrimination is a very tough thing to prove. Ashlee decided to take on my case. We were up against a big corporation. There were times when I thought "What am I doing". Ashlee would look at me and say "They did you wrong". She worked extremely hard on my case. Hi. I'm writing this because Mr Evans is a skilled attorney. Even though he is an HR attorney he has helped me twice as a police officer as my attorney civilly and in human resources. Most people don't realize how police get the runaround,sued, or defamed for doing their jobs and left out to dry or blamed for someone's else's misconduct or negligence. Howard helped me twice and was very successful against big names in the law profession. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. I was blatantly lied to, misinformed, and led to believe things that were far from the truth. Due to the negligence of this law firm, my case was untouched for four months—without my knowledge. When I finally discovered this, I was upset, appalled, and deeply disturbed that a law firm would engage in such behavior.
I was misled into believing my case was being actively worked on when, in reality, the attorney assigned to my case had left. They failed to inform me that a new attorney wouldn’t start for another month, and once he did, he was already backed up for over a month. I was left under the false impression for over four months that my case was being handled, but it wasn't.
I was charged almost $400 for a “case/paperwork review,” yet the firm knew the attorney assigned to my case was leaving and wouldn’t be completing the review. They knowingly took my money for a service they never intended to provide, which is extremely disturbing. When I finally learned that the attorney had left, I was told that another lawyer would look over my case. However, based on his nonsensical email and phone call, it was clear that my case was not reviewed at all—not even 1%.
This firm not only wasted my time but also added unnecessary distress to my life. As a single homeowner, my bills are piling up, and I was misled for over four months when I could have sought help elsewhere. If they had been honest from the start, I would have immediately found another firm to take on my case and get things moving.
The dishonesty, negligence, and lack of respect this law firm demonstrated are beyond words. I strongly recommend avoiding this firm. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling—you'll save yourself a lot of distress and money.
I pride myself on giving honest reviews with detailed explanations to help others make informed decisions. While I often see 1-star reviews with no explanation, I want to ensure that readers know exactly why I rated this firm so poorly. My cats could’ve done a better job representing me, and they wouldn’t have charged me a dime.
Once again, it’s highly disturbing that a law firm would act this way. I’ve dealt with bad businesses before, but this firm is easily in the top 10 of the worst. I had contacted Alan a few times before retaining him about my overtime complaint. He was extremely helpful with questions and directions. My case had the possibility of being taken by a district attorney for free. The best decision I made was hiring Cannon Kearney to represent my fiance with his child support case. After figuring out who many of his other clients of his who he scammed, a large group of us have decided to write to the bar about him. He will threaten you about taking your house, garnishing your wages and many other tactics to milk you for money you don’t own. After having an experience with him, having to fire him and then hiring another atty who was fair and professional, I knew the difference between an honest atty and one who only cares about money. Err on the side of caution and stay away. One of his prior staff members says the same thing. Someone needs to shut him down.

I highly NOT recommend Mrs. Kay-Ann Waite. I hired her in April and at the beginning she told me it wasn’t going to take too long and it seemed she was going to work hard for me. Then, I had to constantly ask for updates since she didn’t provided any without me asking. It is June now and since 2 weeks ago, I have been calling to her office and sending emails and text messages asking for updates but it seems pointless. If she is not planning to get the job done, I would like to get a refund and hire another lawyer.
