I have known Camilla for years as a friend, but I never thought I'd have to call on her for legal representation. I am glad that I did. I had a very abrupt wrongful termination case based on discrimination that was not going to be easy to settle.
The other side lawyered up with high priced, big firm lawyers. I made the mistake of going to another firm before I called Camilla. Calling her was the best move I could have made. Tina Locklear represented me in a wrongful termination case. Tina is an amazing lawyer that was very attentive to my every question. She listened to me explain my situation and then gave me my options. I was given two options on how to pay. I was also given a 10% prompt pay discount when paying my bill, which is a great savings. Tina laid out, step by step, how the case would most likely be played out. She included a time frame for each step of the case and the cost associated with each step. She thoroughly explained the process to me and she answered every single one of my questions in a timely manner. If I could give this law firm 100 gold stars I would! It’s never pleasant when you find yourself in need of legal counsel, and I put it off for that very fear. I had a very positive experience with Tina Locklear and her Law Firm. I hired her to represent me for a Federal EEO case. My case was a non-selection racial discrimination case. I was told by other reputable law firms that I had only a 2 percent chance of wining the case. Most law firms wouldn’t touch my case. Although I was assured that I had a good case and even after presenting to her what my former employer’s position would be, Manali seemed unprepared when my former employer raised the exact defense I told her would be coming. She capitulated to my former employer, so I had to accept whatever settlement was available. I know it's business, but in my interactions with her, it seems she could not care less that I was a human being. Subsequently, an issue arose where she advised me on a topic she had no legal knowledge of. After going back and forth with her, asking why she advised the way she did, she finally admitted that she had no legal knowledge of what I was asking.

Lisa Stauff was my attorney for many years so I know her well. She was consistently very difficult to communicate with, sometimes taking a few months to get back to me about my case.
But the worst is that after paying her thousands of dollars over the years, she failed to reply to the court on a motion to dismiss my case. The Judge gave Lisa multiple chances to file a reply but she failed to do so. The Judge had no choice but to dismiss my case.
On top of that, Lisa has not even communicated the dismissal of my case to me. I had to write the Judge to find out the status of my case and its been two years.

I highly recommend Oleg Albert with Le Clerc & Le Clerc. Hands down, there is not a better person qualified to handle a sexual harassments/wrongful termination case around. Oleg Albert is an expert in is field. He is truly amazing, honest, compassionate, professional, down to earth and very responsive.
We had a long, initial consultation in which I poured out all of my necessary information regarding my case to see if he and his team could help me. I signed the retainer agreement that day. I want to start by saying; this has been a very interesting and rewarding experience that I wish no one should ever go through. But in the case anyone is faced with an unlawful and injustice situation, it calming to know we can call on Oleg. Back in 2019, I was involved in a lawsuit with my former employer. During this time, it was stressful emotionally and financially not knowing what would come of my case. Oleg and his team did an effective job walking me through the steps from beginning to end. Below, I have identified into three categories that presents my feedback.
Communication/ Responsiveness – Whenever I had a question or the lawsuit advance onto the next stage, Oleg was clear and precise on this delivery of information. This information was prioritized based upon what was relevant or what current concerns were. Oleg is easy to talk to. As he gets to know his clients more during the beginning process, I do see that he adapts his tone, speed, and vocabulary to mirror with his clients’ expectations. He is easily reached by phone, text, or email.
Knowledge/Experience – Good knowledge (including California concentrated) and years of experience in overall employment law segment. During the beginning of my journey, Oleg explained to me how my former employer violated the law in ways that I wasn’t aware of. He ran me through the steps of what should have happened vs what did happen. I value the fact that Oleg will not overpromise the outcome of my case, but gave me possible realistic scenarios even if it sometimes wasn’t in my favor. He did an excellent job explaining to me what to expect as we moved along in the process.
Effort – A lawyer that always has a plan is someone you want in your corner. During my process with Oleg, I felt he did all that was necessary to reach the best possible outcome of my case. He took extra action during the discovery process (took longer than I would like to have) but got all the info to put forth an effective case. During the length of the lawsuit, I felt Oleg was eager to push forward without losing any steam. Punctual and positive attitude from the day we won the case back to the day he accepted the case.

I truly hate that I have to write this review, and I want to make it clear that my dissatisfaction isn’t because the case didn’t go in my favor. My feelings towards this law firm aren’t shaped by that alone. I had a discrimination case and paid a significant amount of money for them to represent me, but sadly, I must say they were disorganized. I constantly had to follow up with them to get updates, and I can't help but feel like they didn’t pursue my case fully because they had already been paid by my employer.
Some may disagree, but I genuinely believe they could improve their services—especially when it comes to follow-ups, laying out a clear plan of action, and, most importantly, not having the first meeting with Attorney T. Robinson be the last one, where he informed me he would no longer be handling my case. For the amount of money I paid and for what they promised, none of it was delivered. It seems like the only way they can successfully support or win a case is if you’ve been blatantly called slurs, physically abused, or subjected to years of blatant, documented discrimination.
I expressed these concerns during our termination meeting, but I feel it’s important to share this with anyone considering them for an employment discrimination case.

Attorney Dickey was the attorney on behalf of my son and myself in a very stressful and financial ruin for both of us. His professionalism, knowledge and compassion he had towards us the entire time we were working with him proved to us that there would be no other Attorney we would have wanted to help with this lawsuit. His hard work and dedication to not only our insurance company but to my son and myself showed volumes on not only who is as an Attorney but as a person as well! Jeff is the poster child for why some lawyers get a bad rap…And I do mean child. I am shocked he has ANY positive reviews! Read and review your bills! (if you make the error of hiring him); understand that if you question the clearly questionable billing? He will demean you, degrade you and threaten repeatedly to drop YOU as a client. Drop HIM! I did! After I realized what I was seeing and dealing with? Led to a formal complaint against him with the OLR.
Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
He? Is a bully! I thought, “awesome! If he’s like that with me? Wait until he’s dealing with “them”!” Boy was I wrong! His emails to opposing counsel were embarrassingly inaccurate and soft. I have worked in the legal field for the vast majority of my career and I would never ever recommend him!

I have to admit, after nearly 5 years of working with them and still not having my debt paid off, it feels like this process wasn't worth it. I have one remaining debt of $12K, and nearly $9K in my account that needs to be paid off. Yet, every month, it feels like the balance never gets closer to being resolved. At this point, I don’t understand why they can't call the creditor and negotiate directly. It finally dawned on me that the reason might be the high fees they charge.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them again, and I am determined to stay out of debt just to avoid working with them in the future. On top of that, my account password never works, and I never receive the reset email. For a company taking in so much money, having a properly functioning website should be a basic expectation—it's almost laughable.

Would not recommend Bellinger law if you’re a single father and trying to get 50-50 or more. I asked him to file a petition form to change my daughter’s last name. He said he would do it and then months later he said that something happened in the system so it didn’t go through and I got a different lawyer now and he said that he never filed it. And any agreements that The other party files he wants you to sign without any concerns, even though there are words in the agreement that screws my party over.
