Oh where or where could she Be??This attorney Cecilia Eaton has vanished. Completely ghosted! The office is being demolished, no floors, no frames, no doors. No signs indicating were they went. Not backed by the BBB so No way to contact her either. Seems like she took some people's money and decided to go out of business!!!!

Mrs. Benson exceeded our families expectations in one of the worst times of our lives. When we felt hopeless, she helped us not only find hope, but helped our family have a chance to be together again. Our case began at the start of Covid shutdowns and Mrs. Benson got to work immediately helping us navigate through constantly changing times. She was compassionate and always willing and available when we needed her. She made us feel as if we were her only client. I have nothing but nice things to say about Mr. Rajek . He was kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It is obvious why I was referred to him for my OWI . This was a first for me and I had no clue as to the process in court etc. His office remained in close contact and helped walk me through the process. My case is closed now and I was very happy w/ the outcome. Mr. Rajek did an outstanding job ..highly recommend his services !

I had received a spending ticket in Eau Claire, being from Illinois and already having two on my record in a year, I could not have another moving violation or else my license would be suspended. So, I definitely needed some legal representation to get the speeding ticket dropped to a non moving violation. Being from out of the area I had no idea where to turn. So did a Google search and came across Mr Rajek.
The secretary was very responsive and took my information, as well as understood the importance of the matter. I know nothing is a 100% but it was a speeding ticket and could be worked down to a simple non moving violation. His services ended up running me $500. He did absolutely nothing but drop it down a level. I still ended up paying the ticket as well as his legal fees.
Not being from the area I had no idea what was going on in the case and his contact with me was minimal at best. My case actually just kept getting delayed cause he kept moving the court date. I finally got a notice in the mail from Eau Claire regarding my fines. (That's how I found out the verdict) Consequently, I lost my license for 6 months. From there I contacted them and explained what happened. I would call and email numerous times and would only get his legal assistant, and was informed that he would do what he could to change the verdict and drop my ticket to a non moving violation.
I finally got a hold of Mr Rajek and explained myself and he then tried to get the ticket dropped but at that point it was to late. His demeanor over the phone was very unprofessional, from there I could deduct why I got the results I did.
My experience with Mr Rajek (as well as my own fault in previous tickets) ended up costing me a suspension on my license. I am very unhappy in the way he conducted my case as well as business. In short, it was a waste of my time and cost me a lot more than the money I wasted on his legal services.

I hired Veronica White for a very simple case dealing with domestic violence, where I had 209A's in place. Against my wishes, she refused to let me testify, and insisted on a bench trial. The results were disastrous because she did not want to spend the time. I had been victimized many times, and knew what I was doing, yet Veronica did not allow me my due process.

There's a lot of positive things I can say about Veronica White but I will keep it as short as possible. What I can say is that she is the absolute best lawyer I've ever met and she's a fierce fighter and believer in her clients and proven their innocence. Veronica has successfully vacated a case I had that was hanging over my head for 10 years that would have led to lengthy separation from my family and for that I'm eternally grateful. I still remember the day we met and she took over my case. She looked me in the eye and told me not to stress as she will move mountains to win my case and that's exactly what she did. I hired Charles (Chuck) to deal with a speeding ticket I received in Lakeview Arkansas. The town is a bit of a speed trap and has very few residents, but can pay quite a bit for their police vehicles it seems. Regardless, I was speeding and given a ticket. I contacted Chuck to handle my case and he did a great job. The City of Lakeview was very non-responsive so when it came down to a court date he listened to my concerns and drove there to the clerk's office in the small town of Lakeview to try and correct the problem. At that point, they were even saying I was failing to appear at court after he had mailed them and been trying to contact them. The City of Lakeview should be ashamed for being unprofessional and not following the legal process as they should be. Chuck got the case taken of and I'd hire him again if I ever ran into a legal issue in Arkansas. A+

I gave him money to start paperwork for an emergency custody hearing, and still will not return my calls or emails. (This has been more than 6 months) His phone was even been disconnected for a short time and I assumed he disappeared and still no response!!! He also filed paperwork with the court for contempt against my ex-husband for non payment and he never followed up with that case either!!! Why aren't more people upset?!?!?!

My wife and I were basically thrown into his lap by default. This is one of the best things that ever happened to us. If you can go through life never needing a attorney that's great. If you find yourself in need, Charles R Chadwick has been a GREAT family lawyer for us. He has proven to be a powerful litigator, balanced with a likability in court which in our experience wins cases!!!
The last time we were in court ( 7/22/2013 ) with Charles, the Defendant told us the only reason we won was because, quote ... "You had a better attorney". Indeed !!!

He screwed me over big time in my divorce. I struggled my 28 years marriage and my 3 kids and till he passed February 2019. I got nothing and had to pay him $5 k and at 66 still working and struggling. His wife of 10 years got his 401 k Pension and disability and told none of his family or his kids he passed and cremated him immediately. He called me over 35 times from September till December after no contact since his son committed suicide in 2009 because he married Mary . No contact with his kids since he abandoned them in 2000 and then calls to get us all back because of his loveless marriage and stated Mary’s was just a companion. His kids deserved something from their dad. But not even a call he died. I called her in December to ask about him she did not want to tell us anything. A real Gold digger. Thanks Nunzio. He was appointed to represent me before there was a PD office in Arlington. Called him every single day for two months while I was in jail. Never accepted my call. Never came to see me until the night before my trial. For two months prior to sentencing I called every week. Wrote several letters. Mr. Dennis never responded nor did what I asked in the letters. At sentencing I received ten times my sentencing guidelines. A 25 year active prison sentence. Were it not for my persistence, hard work, and the help of a quality post conviction attorney I would still be in prison. It took me 16 1/2 year to earn a pardon from Governor Northam. Had Mr Dennis done his job with a modicum of professionalism I would likely have been home over a decade ago. I wouldn’t even ask him to defend me in traffic court much less if years of my life were in the balance.

Mr. Green was an awesome Attorney for me. He did exactly what he said he would do. There is a stipulation. You have to do what he says to do. That’s the reason you hire them! He made that clear to me on our first visit. I was awarded custody of my children in 2008 because of this Mr. Green. Though it’s been a very long time I can only image he has gotten better!

Stay away from this attorney. I handed him $500 to answer a single question. He spent 30 minutes with me and told me he would get back to me with a written answer in about 10 days. Two months later, after numerous phone calls and emails to his paralegal, I received an email from him that never even addressed my specific question. When I complained, and demanded a refund, I never heard back from him. Waste of money and waste of time. This guy is the stereotypical lawyer that everyone tells jokes about at parties... Do yourself a favor and research someone else to handle your life's most important issues. Greene just doesn't care!

John Ward and his team have been nothing less then spectacular. My case has been a load and a half, DV, divorce, custody battle and many appeals. John has never backed down, he has stood strong and always fought for my son and I's best intrest and keeping us safe all the while. BEWARE! John Ward is a scum bag. He makes glitter look like gold during a consultation and after he receives payments does absolutely nothing. Mr Ward is a thief. He makes up false billing fees stating he is doing work for your case when he does nothing. Even though I lost thousands of dollars, firing Mr Ward was the best decision I could have made. Please don’t waste your time and money on this man. After all the complaints with the State Bar of Wisconsin I am surprised he is still able to he’s not disbarred!

Andres did nothing in the case of my son. He took over the case from Ashely Whitham, who was doing a terrible job and Andres continued on with it. He scared my son so bad that he took a plea deal that he never should have taken just so Andres did not have to work to help my son with his case. Do not use Andres if you want to be treated fairly and have a positive outcome to your case. Do not use Andres if you do not have the money to pay him because money is his main motivation, if you do not have any, you lose. Do not use if you expect him not to work with the prosecuting attorney to throw the book at you. Does not keep your best interests to heart will only use you to further his career. Do not use unless you want to lose your case.

Most, to the best of my knowledge plan on getting divorced. I did not after many years of marriage. When that ugly day arrives one searches for the best attorney they can have. Failed to effectively communicate with me. Mr. Reynosa allowed inaccurate information presented by prosecutor to harm me. Did not correct factual errors of my PSI. During the sentencing phase, he did not advocate on my behalf. Did not mention favorable or mitigating factor as well. The billing is highly questionable. Me and my family are extremely disappointed. I'd advise caution to anyone looking for representation from this attorney.

My Employer went with this firm during 2020 For my immigration services to file the 485 Application, They charged 3X than any other competent law firms but they delayed my application delays and costed me 4 years and nothing helped. They were supposed to send on 10/22 but sent on 10/30/2022 because they sent along with other applicants but we paid more fee. we fed hefty fee for bad advices and we regret going with this law firm.Hope this helps to others(It was only one application from our firm and paid as good as 3 you can understand the pain)

Jeff was the perfect person I needed to talk to! My case was a little complicated because we are planning to move so my best option was to start my process with someone where we’re moving to. I strongly recommend Pat Arata over any other lawyer for representation for an DWI(OWI)
I unfortunatley highered another lawyer from Crown Pt, IN before calling Pat Arata.
I wish I hired Pat initially. Unlike the other lawyer Pat cares about his clients, does not practice unethical law and will get back to you when you leave a message.
I was arrested for a OWI and read all these good reviews about the "other guy" and therefore went with him. Yes there are ways to manipulate the system and only look like the "best".
Pat will take the time to discuss your options and will do anything to help you restore your driving priveleges. He knows how to fight for your rights. He has written books and regulary runs seminars to teach other lawyers about DWI's and OWI's.
Pat may charge more than some other lawyers but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"
Also Pat will travel to other areas even if your OWI is out of the Fort Wayne area.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PAT IF YOU WANT A FIGHTING CHANCE.

Mr. Poe is the best! He did a great job for me and I recommend him without reservations. He is a good listener, gave me straight/honest answers, kept me in the loop on what I needed to do, and was flexible when I needed a little more time on some paperwork.
When my case went to court, he was right by my side. I feel that I probably got better, more personal service with him than if I had gone with a larger law firm. He also gave me a recommendation to a different attorney when I asked about something that is outside his area of practice.

that one star review was a 2000$ lesson... hired him on recommendation of another lawyer, he did nothing and billed me for emails at the rate of 50$ per to tell me that he had accomplished nothing.. when i fired him and ask for the balance of my trust amount back..and to send my files to another attorney he did... after charging me over 200$ to copy and send the file.. returning to me 40.90$ as an insult... the second lawyer i hired accomplished more in the first 24 hours of service than james did in about 6 months... avoid this guy.. it's the old slow bake bilk the client and make a buck technique with him. VERY DISSATISFIED!

I was referred to James Brehm from Lori Murray in Columbia. He was blunt and honest from the start he never sugar coated anything he didn't judge anyone and he got to work immediately. He helped my daughter and it was a big mix up but she could have had do do over everything. He got her out with a much better deal then her previous atty would even offer to try and do. I was fraudulently accused of an assault on a peace officer. Emily took my case and was very thorough in requesting my video evidence, witness statements, and documentation that was pertinent in proving the charges were false. She always instilled confidence that she could get me the best outcome. Communication was excellent, she kept me informed of all proceedings through court appearances and the entire process. I had the unfortunate experience of being charged with a second offense of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI 2nd) following a traffic accident that was witnessed by a police officer. Considering the high stakes of the case, including the almost certain loss of my career, I knew I needed the best legal representation available.
At the outset, my case seemed pretty hopeless to me. I had refused all field sobriety tests, but a warrant was obtained, and my blood was taken. The test results showed a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) slightly above the legal limit at the time of booking into Harris County Jail.
Fortunately, I immediately retained Emily Munoz Detoto as my attorney, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the start, Emily displayed exceptional professionalism and dedication to my case, and it was evident that she was a seasoned criminal defense attorney. Though her legal advice was blunt at times, it was exactly what I needed to hear.

We hired Emily to represent my brother on a Capital Murder case. She was paid 50k. She made many promises and assured us that he was in good hands and that we had nothing to worry about at all. That she knew what she was doing. She visited my brother one time in jail since last year and has failed to communicate with us and him on what is going on. He was offered a plea deal that he had no idea about it what to do when he went to court. She has constantly threaten my family that she is removing her self off case cause she doesn’t like for us to ask questions. She thinks someone is always out to get her. Hiring her has caused more stress and worries than anything. She cant even remember a conversation we had the day before which makes us wonder what’s really going on. She constantly speaking down on us every chance she gets and blocks us for contacting her which is very unprofessional. At this point we don’t even know what she really had been doing on the case.

Mr. Judin upon hiring him told me that my case was weak and that he would get it dismissed especially because his wife works in that district and they know him. "I get my way"...were his words just to sucker me in and hire him. After all was said and done with everything in my favor after he was fully paid my case wasn't worth fighting for any longer. Now Im struggling to find work.

Hank Judin III claims to file expungement petitions for DiVERT court graduates “Pro Bono” as his way to “give back to the recovery community”. However he claims he only asks for the filing fee. He quotes ~$1000. The actual fee to file the petition pro se is < $300.
The petition template took less then 30min to fill out with information readily available and there is no additional charge for using an e-filing service.

Thank you both to Attorney Conor Stewartson and Paralegal Diane Barrera at Colorado Legal Defense Group for representing our daughter in her criminal defense case.
My husband and I spoke to several Attorney firms to help us and after speaking with Diane and the Intake Attorney Cole Presnell, we decided to go with their firm. I can honestly say that Diane was key in helping us make the decision to use their firm. She was very understanding and genuinely cared, being a mother herself. She was available early on and even followed up to make sure we landed safely in CO that same evening to be there for our daughter.
Conor was assigned to our case and I was advised although he was new with the firm he had an extensive background as a Criminal defense Attorney. Initially, I was concerned w/him being new to the firm but after speaking with him, doing a background check and reading up on him, he put those concerns to rest.
There were times it was difficult to get a hold of Conor but my understanding was his contact phone was still being setup at the time, since he was new w/the firm. But he did return my call when I really needed him over the weekend on a late evening. Also, Diane was always available even on weekends (not normal or expected) and kept the communication going if Conor was not available due to being in court or working w/another client.
Ultimately, the outcome of our case was in our daughter's favor and it was completely dismissed all due to the hard work of both Conor and Diane. Their skill set and ability to do what they do, fighting on our daughter's behalf produced the best outcome possible and we are so thankful to them both!
The billing process early on was easy and in speaking w/Diane that was not even a concern at the time with what was going on. Which truly shows the caliber of the firm and their people as a whole of who they are and what they are about.
We are thankful to both Conor and Diane and are truly blessed to have been represented by them, but as I mentioned to Diane, we pray we never need their services again! But would definitely recommend them and the firm if we ever needed legal help.
