As a previous client of Amy Ginsburg I could not say enough about my experience. At first I was so nervous about beginning a claim as anyone would be since it is a legal matter. However, Amy and her paralegal, Melanie, made me feel so comfortable and completely gained my trust. They made sure to update me as updates became available. I highly recommend Jim Whitworth for resolving my lemon RV case. I was afraid I would be on the hook for that lemon for years after getting the runaround from a couple of other lemon law attorneys. Jim is very experienced and was dedicated in obtaining an excellent result for me. I certainly hope I don't have to participate in another lemon law case , but for sure if I do, I will call Jim. Jim Whitworth did an AMAZING job as my lemon law attorney. He not only got my my downpayment back plus ALL of my payments (for about a year) that I had made on my lemon Volvo. I had used another lemon law attorney in the past before finding out about Jim Whitworth, and Jim is night and day waaaay better! On my last case with the other lawyer, that other attorney didn't get me any back payments and agreed to a "mileage offset" which significantly reduced my final settlement. I didn't even know that my prior lawyer hadn't gotten me a good settlement on that prior case until I saw the amazing settlement that Jim was able to get for me in the case he just wrapped up for me. I am an attorney myself and they say that attorneys are difficult clients to have, but let me say that Jim always rapidly replied to my concerns via email whenever I had them and kept me advised and up to date as needed. I am still amazed that Jim was able to get me such a large settlement. My car was a true lemon and died on me repeatedly (on the freeway even!), but I didn't think anyone would fight
as aggressively for me to set this situation right, but Jim did. I really feel like I won the lemon law lawyer jackpot by hiring Jim!

GRATITUDE! Where do I start? When I first contacted Mr. Collins I was a mess, I had received a call from my managing broker the day before stating that my Real Estate license had been suspended and I could no longer conduct Real Estate Related Activity. I needed to review the document sent and resolve the problem A S A P, mind you the document sent was from the DDFPR stating that AI had 60 days from the date sent Oct to resolve an issue with I.D.R. for State Taxes. The amount was 10 thousand plus some change. That had grown to a Whopping 17.000 since 2014 from the sale of my two Flat, but wait there’s more. I had received the document on December 8th, 62 days later, and two days too late! That's when my fiancé and I started our search and found Mr. Collins and his team online, from the first contact with Taylor to how fast Mr. Collins got back to me I was impressed. Mr. Collins was calm and cool, reassuring me that everything would be ok. He gathered all my information and the very next day had a game plan with an email that ended with a quote…An object in motion… Newton…He was hired and never stopped. After his research, we found that I had more issues, taxes needed to be filed back to 2008….Yep!I f'ed up! But Mr collins referred me to his C.P.A., Jeff Chang, knocked out all my taxes and stayed in motion, Mind you, this all happened at the peak of Holiday Season. Christmas, New Years. The I R S was on vacay and I was eager to clear this up and inpatient but Mr. Collins Shavonne and Taylor answered every email, call, and question reassuring, me every step of the way, that they were making progress, but there is a process….Needless to say, four and a half weeks later my license was reinstated a T R O was issued to stop any further fees or collections from the I R S and State. My story continues, but I’m positive the outcome will be the same and can’t thank Mr. Collins and his team enough. May the days before you be as blessed as they have made mine.

I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate. From start-to-finish, we were done in 90 days. Kudos to all members on staff. Very professional, honest, and communicative.

My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. David S. Rich was a valuable resource to me in my role as an independent data sciences consultant. He is very savvy about business situations. At one point I had signed a contract and Statement of Work with a software company. The company asked me to perform tasks without compensation, despite the Statement of Work. David advised me to bill the company for hours worked and cancel the contract. It was a good move because others I know later had problems with that company.
David is trustworthy and transparent about his scope of knowledge. Recently another attorney claimed that I had to redo a document, but I had my doubts. David did not know that answer. I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. SaraEllen Hutchinson is an excellent lawyer in consumer protection. I was trying to handle a problem myself with one of the credit reporting agencies.
