Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail. Mrs. D"Alo, asked exact questions needed for the case, while getting to know me. She didn't scare, she fought with know facts, honesty, and her better judgment. I fell apart many a times, as the waiting game was extremely scary and difficult, but my lawyer looked me in the eyes and said were here to win this, and the law is behind us, she made what seem like forever to me, needed in order for us to win and not come back here again. Chris Wanat helped me on a very difficult case where previous attorneys were missing imperative details that were holding up a resolution. Corey recently did a property settlement for me. I had been married for 25 years. Therefore, the settlement was complicated. Over the course of the last 14 years I have used four different attorneys for the various issues that have arisen regarding custody of my child. Throughout my cases I was left wondering what my counsel was really doing. My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. I came to Connor by referral. I was recently let go from a role that did not end well. I was harassed, bullied, and ultimately driven out of the organization by an extremely toxic culture.
After having a severance shoved in my face, I was very suspicious of the circumstances surrounding my termination. I spoke with Connor and provided ALL THE FACTS and he found several issues I wasn't aware of in addition to the grievances I had.
He was able to work with my employer and we settled on a sizable increase in severance in lieu of legal proceedings, something I never could have done on my own. He was very supportive and guided me through each step. He is also extremely professional.

My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. I researched, found and purchased a GMC truck on July 1, 2024 from a car dealership in Ledgewood, NJ. I was told the car was in excellent condition and was checked out their mechanic. On July 7, 2024 after dropping my grandsons home and on my way home I felt and heard a loud explosion underneath the vehicle and felt something dragging underneath the vehicle. I drove very slowly and loudly dragging something that had fell underneath the vehicle to a gas station right off the next exit of the highway. It was on a Sunday and about 90 degrees and no one was around. After about an hour a State Trooper stopped and asked if I needed help and tried to call a tow truck to help me. He finally found one that was closed but was willing to come and tow me home which was 50 miles away, at a cost of $450.00 and after being in the sweltering heat for 4 hours I was towed to a mechanic walking distance from my house so I could walk home. The next morning I contacted the owner of dealership and explained what happened and had him speak to the mechanic that told him the whole exhaust system, flex pipe and muffler( which had a hole) were totally rusted and fell off the vehicle. He told the owner that the mechanic that checked the vehicle out before I purchased it should have known the whole rusted exhaust system needed to be replaced. The State Trooper also said the same. The owner yelled he was Not giving me anything towards the approximate $3,000 cost to replace exhaust system, flex pipe and muffler, nor $450 Towing fee, nor taking his vehicle back and giving me my down payment back and hung up the phone on me. I decided to call a Lemon Law Attorney Service who referred me to Attorney Howard A. Gutman. The first time I called him and explained my situation and how difficult the owner was being not wanting to help me in any way, his professional demeanor and being sympathetic to my case not only provided me with security but went above and beyond my expectations, and he decided to take on my very difficult case. Attorney Gutman contacted the owner and soon found out he was not willing to make things right! Thanks to Attorney Gutman's excellence in client service, deep knowledge of Fraud, Warrenties, Lemon Laws, proficiency in thinking and knowledge and expertise in this field has been a valuable asset in handling my difficult case and has led to a successful outcome of him getting the dealership owner to pick up the vehicle and my down payment returned. Attorney Gutman is a consummate professional and an accomplished, helpful, and expedient attorney. I contacted Attorney Gutman years ago for a lemon law issue. Mr.Joshi helped my mom, brother and I during the worst time of our lives. Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling! And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. They had so much work to do to make this happen, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. Nick and Paul were professional, courteous, and hard working. We are very appreciative.

My company used Mark's services while we were negotiating our lease agreement(s) with different landlords.
