I got his number from this Avvo site and called him. He talked to me for over an hour and explained everything to me and told me what to do. I never met anyone who knows this much about boats and the law. I called him several more times just to make sure I was doing what he said. I was able to work out my problem based on what he told me. When I asked how much I owed him, I told him I was basically broke. He said it was probono and there was no charge.

Richard A. Gutstadt, P.C. and team were wonderful and extremely experienced! SSA’s letter letting me know I had to appeal by a certain date never made it to me. I found myself frantically calling around with only hours to my deadline. I spoke with a few attorney’s and they all said my case would be too difficult to win. Thank God I found this firm, Richard courageously took my case and was literally in contact with SSA that same day filing my request for an appeal. Richard and his team (Brenda and Eric) were compassionate and re-assuring through the entire process. He and his team did all the heavy lifting and WON my case without a hitch!!! The team’s preparedness and communication are impeccable. Prior to my hearing with the judge, I was presented with the points of discussion and a brief review of how things could potentially go. The day of the hearing, they were on point and had a good rapport with the judge. The response time has always been great, even after winning my case a few things came up and Richard has gladly taken the extra time and helped. I highly recommend Richard A. Richard and Eric have been absolutely phenomenal to work with on my disability case. I had a complex case and was struggling with my appeal when I came to them. They made themselves available to truly understand the intricacies of my case and also to make sure I was educated on the very complex intricacies of disability law and guidelines. I have used Lisa Coplan-Gardner on several occasions for child support issues. Every case has been ruled in my favor due to her hard-work, diligence and compassion. I always felt that my case was a priority for her and her entire staff. I have a special needs child and a complex case. At our initial consultation, before I even hired her, she began looking up information for me and guiding me. At no time did I ever feel that it was about money for her. I was surprised at her eagerness to help me, educate me and fight for me and my children. Her kindness, understanding and patience was a breath of fresh air after having spoken to 3 other attorneys who made me feel as if I were a number. They were cold and unconcerned. Lisa treated me like a friend. When it was obvious that my complex case was going to cost more than I could afford at the time, she was sympathetic. She allowed me to make payments to her and often discounted some of her rates. She also suggested ways that I could reduce the costs by handling some things myself instead of just sucking every penny out of me that she could get. By me being proactive in helping with my case, it helped me be more prepared and educated in the courtroom in front of the judge. It also helped me to prepare for what is proving to be a long-term battle against the father of my children. The advice and education that she gave me through the entire process is proving to be invaluable. She never kept me in the dark, she was always available to talk to me, and her staff was AMAZING AND HELPFUL!!!! The thing that most impressed me about Lisa was that she was always honest with me - a trait that is not commonly associated with her profession - even when it was something that I didn't want to hear. She seems to be well liked and respected by other attorneys and the judges seem to respond well to her. She is a sweet, tiny, little thing, but she might as well be 10 feet tall in the courtroom. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities and have referred her to others. They have had equally satisfying experiences with her firm. There is no question that I will utilize her services again in the future. Overall, I don't think that you could hire a better Family Law Attorney.

Not knowing if I even needed an attorney I spoke with Attorney Benner on the phone, he was aware right away that I did not need an attorney, however that didn’t stop him from going out of his way to continue to explain a lot of information to me about my situation and actually educate me about it. I do not usually leave reviews, however it was refreshing to be treated respectfully by an attorney. He was actually a really nice guy.

I had a problem in which damage and financial misuse was done by others while working on a very expensive personal item of mine. Sage Sepahi was the only one that I spoke with that had a concise plan of how to litigate and navigate the many tiers of civil litigation and negotiations. Thanks Foglight! T. Khan helped me with a traffic matter. I was driving and was arrested for a warrant which is a misdemeanor and he got it reduced to an infraction! Even though the DA was being really strict with me trying to give the max fine and penalty.. I'm not sure how you did it but thanks for being there for me!

My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. While we had to ultimately part ways, from our limited experience with Inna, and not haven't spoken with a lawyer previously (on any occasion), I would heavily suggest reaching out to Inna. Inna was gracious and wished us well for our future. It was wholesome.

I've been married a couple of times (and divorced) and did NOT have good experiences with lawyers. A friend sent me to Shawn and he restored my faith (ok, somewhat) in lawyers. He was easy to work with and treated me like a person and not just some number. Things went much smoother than I expected (based on my past ones); I'm not surprised (in a good way) very often, but I was with Shawn. Definitely would recommend

For most people, a small capable law firm to handle our personal business is sufficient. But how difficult it is to find someone you can trust. Attorneys who actually do have your best interests and your back. I was referred to Merritt at Farmer Law in Mount Pleasant from my title attorney. Being new to the state, a referral to someone I could trust was the only route. Merritt took care of me. And I had need of follow thru with their staff after the case was closed and they were awesome. Efficient and with the answers I needed. I typically don’t write reviews for law offices…in fact this is my first “legal services review!” Hope it helps you make an informed decision. Merritt rocks!

I was sitting in the courtroom waiting for my son to be given legal counsel for his case. This was a new experience for me and a new experience to Houston, Texas law. I had not heard good things about it. As I watched and listened to the Judge go through his court case docket I made it a point to just pay attention and take account of everyone and everything that was going on. When my son was finally called by his court appointed lawyer to step outside I immediately knew I had to find someone else. I quickly remembered one attorney in the courtroom who showed so much compassion and strength in defending her clients and I immediately had to ask her if she would defend my son. I felt I could not trust anyone else with my son's future but Cavita Sharma and Michael Slider. The team got my son's case dismissed and I would highly recommend this team without any reservation. First time in trouble and she helped me get out of it. Do as she says, make sure you do what the court asks, and you'll be solid. Prices are reasonable and her work exceptional. Helped me dismiss my case and expunge my record. Highly recommend.

Don Michael is an amazing attorney. His analytical and strategic skills are on point and he has helped me and my family tremendously. He helped my daughter get a lesser charge and keep tickets that could have been menacing off of her record. My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. It was not expected and he certainly was not obligated to do this but was greatly appreciated. If we ever need a lawyer again, we will not hesitate to reach out. I have already provided his information to another co-worker.

My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. Jonathan fought for a new severance contract against the medical corporation and won. He achieved double the severance i was offered per "their protocol" that was unfair. Jonathan was kind, calm, explained what i didnt understand ( which was most legal terminology!) And worked with me as my own advocate. Advising and suggesting. Timely , tenacious ( did not let down his drive to succeed in our goal.) Smart , timely, direct. I consulted and hired him within 2 days of losing my job. Highly recommend Jonathan.

Mr. Richardson was hired to help me settle my sister’s estate. This doesn’t sound unusual, except I live 2,000 miles away. He and his staff were exceptionally considerate of our family. David Williams was able to take my case on short notice. He was very polite and professional and represented me well in court and outside of court. Mr. Williams worked very diligently on my case while we were waiting to get back in the courtroom due to the COVID pandemic. Mr. Williams kept in contact with me via text and phone through the entire process and discussed options with me up front so there were absolutely no surprises about the case. Mr. Williams was able to work with the DA to get my case dismissed outside of the courtroom before my next court date. I would HIGHLY recommend David Williams as an attorney for anyone going further. Franklin had probably one of his simplest divorces ever with mine. He was easy to talk to from the first meeting till the last. Always returned my calls. He got everything done that needed to be done. In a timely manner. Franklin done it the right way. I feel outside of work he is a great guy. I would highly recommend him to handle whatever you need legally done.

Franklin did an excellent job with our custody battle. He understood the court system and what was needed. We hired Franklin in the during the summer and he made a point to hold a hearing in Aug so my daughter could be enrolled in our school system. We were able to show the courts how well she did during the year at our house and in school. During this time, Franklin had instructed us as to what documents we needed to obtain. I would recommend Franklin Kirk for child custody lawyer.

Always kept us informed of what he was doing, returned calls and emails promptly and when asked questions always answered us with respect. Did not treat us like we were asking dumb questions and explained things so we could understand them.

My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. While we had to ultimately part ways, from our limited experience with Inna, and not haven't spoken with a lawyer previously (on any occasion), I would heavily suggest reaching out to Inna. Inna was gracious and wished us well for our future. It was wholesome.

Chris Wanat helped me on a very difficult case where previous attorneys were missing imperative details that were holding up a resolution. This was a liability claim against my company and this is what they specialize in. The money was well worth it and reasonable. Thanks to his services, I paid $0 to prosecutor's client and Chris had my insurance pay the entire balance where they were refusing with previous attorneys.
