I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.
Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Not to mention he is very generous when counting his hours.

Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. When your heart is broken, due to the unexpected loss of a loved one, it can be difficult to find the strength to deal with the crisis and legal difficulties that ensue.
Veronica, by way of her dedication and compassion, helped to provide focus and guidance. She dealt professionally with every aspect and shielded the family from any unnecessary distressing interactions.
The legal process can be trying especially when it involves the revisiting the death of a loved one. The defendant’s attorney drags the issue out as long as possible, trying to force a speedy settlement.
Veronica remained diligent in the pursuit of reparations. While we became a little anxious for the case to end, Mrs. Richards kept on plowing through the evidence and worked with medical experts to strengthen the case. This case drug on for about 3 years, never once did she sway, bend or waiver.
The quick way out was not an option.

After an accident with a semi truck I engaged Briggle Polan to assist me through the process. They were communicative, friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. They dealt with the other insurance carrier with ease despite the folks at that carrier being difficult (understatement). Andrea, one of the paralegals, was always available for a question or concern. In the end it all worked out. My car was repaired, my bills were paid, and that was my primary goal from the start.

Parker was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. The legal process was pretty long but he was able to respond either by phone calls or emails and keep me up to date with the progression of my case. He was able to get all my charges DISMISSED, including a Felony! This was not a typical outcome for what I was facing and I can’t say enough to thank him for getting my life back on track. My lawyer is Evan Baker for my car accident. He is amazing. He actually cared about my well being, and even checked up on me to see if I was doing okay. My experience with Mark at Sweeney Merrigan Law greatly exceeded my expectations. As difficult as this process has been, it could not have gone any smoother working with Mark. When I first reached out to this firm, I included a blurb about my case and Mark reached out immediately. My case was complex, but he did not dismiss it. Instead, he covered all the details with me and sent me an article that resembled my medical situation. He kept me in the loop as he consulted experts and he continued to update me for the next three years. Any time I reached out to him with a question, he responded quickly. He checked in with me every so often to discuss the case and he made sure that I felt prepared for both the deposition and the settlement meeting. In April of 2014, my wife and daughter were involved in a serious car collision. We hired Jay Nohr to handle our case. There were several insurance companies involved so it ended up taking a little over four years to settle. Jay guided us through this long process, never giving up and was so prepared for our trial that the other insurance company settled the night before our trial was to begin. He had witnesses lined up, doctors ready to testify, big charts and photos blown up on poster boards. We were ready and the other side knew he was prepared. In June of 2017 my husband and I found ourselves engulfed in our worst nightmare. My 6 month old son had been throwing up for a week and after 4 ER visits it was determined that he had a subdural hematoma…AKA bleeding in the brain. With this diagnosis we were scared, worried, confused – we wanted to know how, why, what do we do??? And that is how our own personal hell began – with this diagnosis we were also being accused of harming our sweet boy and he was ripped from our arms. As a mother I felt like my heart had been ripped from my chest. I couldn’t understand why this was happening. The only information I had to go on is what the doctors filled my head with – these types of injuries only happen from abuse and that my son was lucky to be alive. I was in shock and absolutely devastated. With this knowledge I knew that they would never release him to go home from the hospital with us. In a panic I called our families and my father-in-law immediately sprang into action – and for that I am forever grateful – his quick action and with a little help from Google we found Jay.
From our very first meeting with Jay I felt some relief. He explained what we were up against, what we could expect to happen – and most importantly that these types of cases happen all too often – and that despite what these doctors had led me to believe, there is in fact many different causes for my son’s diagnosis. I won’t bore you with all the gritty medical details, but finding Jay, who was extremely knowledgeable about these types of issues, was what saved our family. Throughout the 4 months that we endured this hell every step Jay took was exactly the right one. I trusted him 100% to do everything in his power to get our baby back home to us….and he did. I hate to imagine what could’ve happened to us if we had hired anyone other than Jay. He was extremely educated and informed on everything surrounding our case. He was also patient with me (a distraught mom) – which couldn’t have been an easy task. I know he must’ve been very busy – but he always made time for me and made me feel like our case was his top priority. He was everything we could’ve hoped to find in an attorney – plus more. I wish that I could give him 100 stars - a five star rating just doesn’t do him justice.

I sustained a shoulder injury at work . My shoulder continued to be a problem and the Dr that I was seeing ordered an MRI. The MRI showed a possible rotater cuff tear and the Dr felt I needed surgery. This is when work comp wanted a second opinion from a Dr of their choice, who said the MRI was inconclusive and thought I should get a cortisone shot and more therapy. After another month of therapy and the shot I was still having pain and they did not want to approve surgery. This was when I spoke with Patty and retained her. She was always available to answer my questions and was able to get them to approve the surgery and I did have a full tear of my rotator cuff. So then I'm looking at a long rehab and not sure if I can go back to my mechanics job or if it will even be there. Patty got my checks back on time when they started suddenly forgetting to mail them on time. She made sure I got all the therapy I needed to get strong enough to go back to my normal job when they tried to say I didn't need more therapy. I ended up being able to go back to my job and also got a very nice check at the end of it all. Patty was always there and had a positive attitude when I was really scared and frustrated with the whole situation. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

I first met Paul about 6 years ago when I was trying to get my dughter back from her grandparents in Texas. The process for me took about 3 years total but Paul was only involved over the final year.
Before Paul I went through an attorney who wasted about 18 months of my time and probably $20 k. Paul got the job done in a fraction of that cost and time and he had to do a lot of research on Texas laws to accomplish this (my previous lawyer did none of that). I am convinced that had Paul been my attorney from the start the seperation from my daughter would have been a year at the most.
Since then I have recommended Paul to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I have also used him for advice on different matters such as lawsuits and labor issues.
Paul is also very fair when it comes to costs and will pull no punches when discussing these matters. If something is going to take time and/or money he will be very up front with you but will work with you too. If he feels you have no chance to win he will not take your money or give you false hope. He is very up front.
Paul does not like to lose, but this doesn't mean he won't take on a hard case. He is a bulldog and if you decide to retain him for any matter he will go to the mat for you and relentlessly do what it takes for you to walk away happy.
I give Paul an overall excellent rating. I gave him a "good" rating on resposive but he was probably better than good. Surely the fact that he can handle just about any type of matter and he keeps pretty busy made his respose time a little longer than I wanted. With that said, he probably had 20 things going on at once while I was concerned only about my one item.
In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact have hired Paul again for any of my legal needs. He has proven to me to be very competent but just as important in this field he is trust worthy.

Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. John has assisted me with 2 cases now, a bad hip replacement and an auto accident which resulted in 4 surgeries within about 14 months. We used Curtis for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From the minute I called with questions, he took his time explaining our options over the phone without even coming in. He spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me with no charge and then met with my husband and me for a good hour in the office with no charge. So the 1 hour FREE consultation definitely holds true. It's an embarrassing situation to be in to admit that you’re in such a financial hardship that you can't pay your bills and stay afloat with the everyday expenses. He never once made us feel bad or ashamed or looked down upon. He said his job was to help us and our family get relief from this tremendous burden and that he did. His wife Ashley is the administrator and was always helpful, friendly and courteous. In the midst of our bankruptcy we were still struggling to get back on top of things and were all of the sudden looking at foreclosure because we had become officially 2 months behind on our mortgage. They responded to the situation immediately with concern, caring and assurance that they would do everything they could to help us keep our house. Never once did they say "well you'll have to come with X amount of money before we'll even consider this". And in the end we did keep our house! From the beginning they always made us feel that they were truly there to help us and the money was not of concern. Of course they expect to be paid for their services as anyone else but I have spoken to many attorneys before speaking with them and the first thing out of their mouth was how much we would need to come up with for them to handle our case. Marvin Schulman handled a personal injury case for me. I was involved in an automobile accident resulting in significant damage to my vehicle and injuries to my knee. The insurance company sent out an adjuster the next day who started playing hardball right from the beginning.
