I know Bill Grace for about 18 years. Besides being honest, he's a great person and attorney. He will treat you with dignity and respect as you were part of his family. He took my first medical malpractice case after my stillborn daughter died at the hospital, and my wife almost died after a rupture of the uterus. We were advised by him to settle the case, and we were granted a decent amount of money. He's extremely experienced, skillful, and knowledgeable. He always puts client's best interest first. After I was injured by a negligent doctor, I selected Ms. Morrow as my attorney because of her history as a competent lawyer and a Registered Nurse. It was wonderful to have an attorney who was knowledgeable in the medical aspects of my case; many of the attorneys I initially consulted with had to stop me to explain what certain terms meant, and that was incredibly frustrating for me. I never had this issue with Jane.
In addition to her medical knowledge, Ms. Morrow had an instinctual and intellectual understanding of what to do at every turn in my case. She was always supportive and explained the legal things I did not understand without ever making me feel stupid or burdensome. I really believe that Ms. Morrow cares about her clients' long-term well being. How many lawyers can you truly say care about their clients as people, and not just as case statistics? In my case, for example, Ms. Morrow supported me in pursuing action against the hospital and doctor who negligently assaulted me; other attorneys I consulted early on wanted me to settle for as much money as possible as early as possible, even if it meant not pursuing action against the hosptial. Jane really listened to me and understood that I wanted, more than anything, to spread the word and prevent this person from hurting anyone else. She never made me feel pressured to come to a rapid monetary conclusion to the detriment of my personal goals.
I cannot say enough about what a great attorney Jane Morrow and her cohorts are. If it is important to you that you connect with an attorney who listens to and supports a client through difficult times, who is knowledgeable about medicine in addition to law, and who is a generally good and caring person, you cannot go wrong with Jane Morrow. After firing my last attorney Mr. Weinshenker was next up on the court appointed list. I couldn't have been more lucky. Right away I could tell the difference between the two lawyers. He emailed me a couple times a day. He also was very blunt and let me know the reality of the situation. He's my new go-to lawyer. Seth is the best attorney I have had through the course of my divorce and custody cases. From the first time I met him, he was professional, took detailed notes, asked pertinent questions and was highly available. He got my custody case into court quickly and was always more than blunt about the reality of the possible outcomes. He is down to earth, personable, and down to business. And he has a LOT of experience in his field. In one case he actually spent enough time researching law to figure out that the opposing attorney had filed completely improper paperwork against me and the suit against me was dismissed. He is very thorough. I can't say enough nice things about his professionalism. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He was able to accomplish for me what two prior attorneys in Cabarrus county failed at miserably.

There is no words that would give fair praise for Mr. Larsen. He is an incredibly tough attorney who knows what he is doing and does not waste his clients time or money doing nonsense. When I had a personal injury claim against the State of Virginia, I found it difficult to find an attorney willing to take my case…too difficult to sue the State and most likely not enough money to bother with. Even more difficult was the fact I lived in the Midwest. But after a phone conference, Mr. Littel agreed to take my case even though we were up against the statute of limitations and he sent me a contract as well as guidelines for the legal procedure via Clio Connect, a web-based client portal. I was more than pleased to find that David Littel practiced with complete transparency and honesty. He always took my phone calls or answered my e-mails. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, finding questionable statements that could be challenged. It provided me an opportunity to give an explanation eliminating a possible vulnerability. He settled the case for more than anyone anticipated and stood by his agreement. Although there were minor charges he could have added to the final bill, he did not. I would highly recommend David Littel. This is an endorsement I have not been able to make for many attorneys I have dealt with.

I met Ann when she fought to make whole several elders whose homes and belongings were (legally) stolen by a licensed corporate guardian. She did the right thing, not for her benefit, but because she does the right thing. When I was attacked and injured she also fought for me. I trust her without reservation. Ann Jacobs proved to be a competent and knowledgeable attorney. I was still on crutches when referred to Attorney Jacobs by a colleague and was skeptical about "suing" anyone. Attorney Jacobs convinced me that I had a certain expection, under the law, to visit a public venue safely. Not only was she successful in convincing me, she won the case!
For my convenience, we communicated mostly through email. She was quick to respond to questions and forward important information. I never waited more than half a day for responses.

I absolutely recommend Marya Fuller. I was in an auto accident and thought I could handle it on my own, even though other driver admitted fault at the scene and I had a witness, I was way over my head. I was putting bills on my credit cards and not seeking the right treatment, finally after receiving a postcard in the mail, I talked to Marya Fuller and she took over, what a relief it was! She knew things about medical billing, rental car reimbursement and negotiation tactics that I had know idea. They completely accommodated me because of distance, by phone conferences and paperwork via email or fax. Thomas was referred to my wife and I regarding an insurance claim problem we were haveing. We had complied to all of the Insurance requests for the past 10 months, but we were not haveing any luck in settling the claims.

I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client
When ever I had a question he always got right back to me, never made me feel I was bothering him

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B. Our family hired Bill McMurry to represent my daughter when she was involved in a serious accident. There are very few lawyers that possess the skills and experience that Bill has. I hired Attorney Harrison for a personal injury case. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Harrison kept me informed and eased the anxiety that often came with the financial, physical, and emotional burden of a car accident. She was always available for questions, and I never felt she was too "busy" explain a process or advise me on the next steps.
