Attorney John Kakinuki tremendously helped me with my divorce proceedings. He said divorce wasn’t his specialty but mine was an international marriage and he is expert in international work and was recommended by mutual friends in our church, so he worked hard to make sure everything went right.
He provided me with excellent service. He gave me a lot of professional advised as to how and what I should expect from the court.
He is very very professional, very knowledgeable. I was so impressed by his work ethics. My case went quick and smoothly because he paid attention to all the details and paperwork’s required by the court.
Honestly at that time I don’t care about anything. Divorce was a nightmare for me. All I know is I just want it done and get over it. Even today when I should forget the proceedings. I still recall how Attorney John Kakinuki treated my case very well. He gained my respect and admiration because he was not only there to represent but he also gave me emotionally support and I felt it.
He is such a great lawyer with integrity and a big heart.

I hired Lauren in a rushed situation and she handled it with perfection and ease. I need a detailed contract to be prepared for a consulting agreement I was entering into with a company, as well as a sales commission agreement and a non-disclosure/non-compete for a partner I had just engaged with. I hired Mr. Walters to handle a case dealing with an apartment complex that failed to provide services regarding an issue with hot water. The case went to trial. I have dealt with and hired many lawyers over my years. Personally, I have never experienced a lawyer who is so diligent in their works. While going through a trying experience I was lucky to have found David Walters. He is positive, supportive and knowledgeable and did whatever he had to do to win my case. While I was out of town, the contractor hired to built onto my house made a significant error and deviated from the building plan. The contractor was refusing to correct the mistake so I contacted Alandis to understand my options and get the contractor to correct the building mistake he made. Thanks to Alandis, the contractor went back and fixed the error he made. Having Alandis on my side helped me gain piece of mind since I was out of town when this stressful situation occurred. The issue was resolved quickly thanks to Alandis, and now that the addition is complete, I’m content with the result. Had I not contacted Alandis, I would have risked extended construction delays and added costs because the contractor wanted me to pay extra to fix the error that the contractor made. I recently hired Mr. Palmateer in a Federal trademark dispute case in which I was the defendant. First of all, Lee is very personable and an excellent communicator, which I have found to be qualities lacking in some attorneys. He is diligent about returning phone calls and e-mails and is scrupulously honest in his billing practices. He is, in short, a credit to the legal profession.
But don't let Lee's unassuming demeanor fool you, he excels as a litigator. In fact, he is a litigator of uncommon ability and judgment. I had been sitting on my business trademark for years knowing I need to secure an official trademark but clueless on where to start. I was seriously considering using an online legal filling service but very uncomfortable with the unknowns and completely overwhelmed by the process knowing there was much more that had to be considered. A colleague recommended I contact Lee. It was the best move I could have made. I called his office and he got back to me immediately. He listened very carefully and answered all of my questions to complete satisfaction. In all of our conversations I felt like we were communicating as equals. There was no condescension whatsoever. My husband and I sold our home without an agent so Mr. Emmi went above an beyond when there were hiccups along the way to closing on our house. On top of that, my husband and I were two states apart from each other during the process and he was very patient with all that was involved in talking to both of us and getting things signed. He is a man of integrity and takes his job very seriously.
