Steve was in house counsel at a firm where I was appointed CFO to help lead a turnaround. To call it a mess is being very kind. There were backdoor deals, cash transactions and mis-representations galore. Somehow, Steve managed to keep us on the right path, help define the appropriate positions for the Company, soothe investor tensions and most importantly help us get it across the finish line.
I still have business in Las Vegas, and Steve is the only attorney I use. If we need to bring in other counsel, it is only at his referral.

I've know max for a number of years. Most of which were spent in a non professional manner as friends, and on stages as members of a band. When I came to a point where I needed some legal representation and advice, I naturally turned to Max. Although I expected his knowledge and service to be top notch, I was blown away by his professionalism and approach.
As working with people who have ties outside of any professional matter can sometimes lead to less comprehensive dialogue, and a more laid back style of communication and commitment, Max and I walked through the details of the work I needed done, laid out a time line of what was needed to complete my request and very quickly registered the final work.

I’ve recently hire the services of Mr. Ronen Cohen and all I can say is that not all lawyers are the same. Mr. Ronen kept me informed thru the whole process either via email or phone call. After years of maintaining a clean driving record, I received two big tickets within a short time. Together, they amounted to a total of 14 points. I was despondent. Facing the possibility of big fines, increased insurance premiums, and possibly the loss of my Driver's License, I decided not to risk fighting this myself. One short phone call changed all that. From the first phone call, I spoke with Ronen himself, and he was very reassuring. He never promised miracles, but charged me a fair price, and said he would aim to give me the best possible outcome. In the end, one of my 6 point ticket was reduced to zero points, and the 8 point ticket to a 2 point, non moving violation. I am beyond satisfied with his service, and would definitely give him my highest recommendation.

OK, so I just bought a house in Homestead and during the closing the lawyers were talking about my "new" taxes. Yeah, that's cool, they aren't too crazy, but anyway, they were saying that this guy was hired by the city and he's crushin' all of these slime balls who haven't paid their taxes in like over 20 years!! They were joking that if I didn't pay some taxes that were owed that this "Sherriff Cowboy" would show up and make sure Yonkers got paid. So one of the lawyers went on the computer and did a search and he said that this guy has gotten MILLIONS $$$$$ of dollas from a whole bunch of people who haven't like EVER paid their taxes - in like over 20 years straight. So I say GO GET EM' Mr. C. I want our COPS to get paid and FIREMEN to come to my house if I need help and TEACHERS to keep teaching my kids . . . and so I don't have to pay ANY MORE MONEY cause of these slumlords not paying their taxes!!!

I used Steve a number of years ago to fight an insurance company on my behalf. He did a great job and forced the company to pay what they should have. The insurance company fought back as well, even trying some quasi-ethical tactics to intimidate Steve and me. Steve stuck to it and got me paid. Within my 13 years in the US I had dealt with many lawyers, including criminal, immigration and this time IP. I was hesitant to hire a woman because I tend to think that male attorneys do a better job. I decided to give it a try and I cannot be happier with my choice.
Elena is a top notch lawyer and she delivered prompt responses on questions I had and provided me services I requested from her.
She was also not pushy about payments and I thank her for the trust to a new client as my matter was somewhat urgent.
I hope I will not have to hire Elena again to the issues I had before with those scam providers I dealt with, but I hope to hire Elena for my other matters such as creating contracts and advising me with other things.

I came to Mr. Josef for tax advice regarding various investments/investment accounts and their interrelation to upcoming real estate acquisitions. Within two days he prepared an extensive analysis of my potential tax issues, and a set of recommendations based on his legal research and professional opinion.
