Mrs.Holbert is the best family law lawyer I could have ever hired to represent us. A pleasure to work with. My case was very complicated. Along with a NCO in place throughout my entire case, made it extremely difficult. But Mrs. Holbert did an amazing job handling the complications of the matter as well as being the 3rd party contact to the co-parent. I was completely amazed and impressed how well she handled all the stress of my case. If you are dealing with a narcissistic co-parent Mrs. Holbert is amazing in dealing with them. Jensen was instrumental in helping us break up a log jam with regards to an insurance claim. There were multiple parties involved: our insurance, the HOA, the HOA's insurance, and a few others. Opposing lawyers wanted to litigate, others were incompetent and Jensen expertly navigated them all.

“I now live in PA but needed a lawyer in Washington State to help with my Paternity/Child Custody issues. I spoke to multiple lawyers in Washington and felt they really didn’t care and were only interested in getting the huge retainer they required up front. Terry L Smith help me out of a bad situation, possible DV 4th degree assault charge, he kept me informed with what the prosecutor was offering, he went to bat for me and the charges were dropped to anger management two years probation, other lawyers I talked to said to plead guilty, he took the case and now I get to keep my guns and life is fantastic, he is now again working for me on the divorce and looks like a may keep most of my stuff, folks you need this guy in your corner don't go to court with out him, and the bill was well worth it and he im sure will work with if you don't have the money up front . I hired Phil due to some property issues I was having with a developer working an adjacent property to mine and concern over city decisions that would affect me and my property. Phil made himself available when needed coming on-site a couple of times to review the situation, also met with the developer when I needed questions answered and made himself available for meetings with me - some on short notice. He helped guide me to a settlement with both the city and developer which provides minimal impact to me and my property and even provides some benefits from the development, all while identifying and utilizing the only leverage I had. Phil was recommended to me by another attorney I worked with for another issue. She stated she heard good things from other clients regarding Phil. I definitely would recommend Phil to anyone and am thankful I was able to find him after being disappointed trying to work with several other attorneys - some who overstated their level of expertise. I was really impressed with him and liked him the first time he came out to my property and we talked in person. We had some questions as sellers about an addendum to a purchase and sales agreement for some open land, especially on the issue of avoiding liability for any issues that could arise in the future, and also on proper wording to be legally sound. Phil grasped what we needed done immediately and made excellent suggestions for changes in a very timely way, and in a very short period of time. All this through a phone conversation and emailing of documents. His grasp of real estate issues allowed him to be extremely efficient and therefore cost effective. Would recommend him for any real estate issue.

We hired Alli Keller after going to a famous downtown firm that advertised themselves as the best. They were the best in billing us timely for barely any results. They nickeled and dimed us, and did not even call us to explain to us what our adoption process would be like. When we raised the issue that we needed more information, they showed us the door, and thank god we found Alli Keller's firm. Her entire office was very caring, and she cared very much about our family situation and our child. Would absolutely contact them again for future matters and highly recommend Alli as an attorney who will be thorough and careful. It is so hard to find honest lawyers who care about you as a person.

I am happy to tell of my professional relationship with Alexandra Keller.
Since moving to the Seattle area from California, I wanted to assure that my estate documents were up to date and legally binding in the state of Washington.
I found a number of lawyers who could help me. When I asked for a price estimate, I found that some required money upfront or a retainer fee. Others stated that their fee would be as much as $350 an hour but would not give a time estimate. I could not promise an unspecified amount without a price range estimate. When I contacted Alexandra, telling her exactly what I wanted, she told me that iwould be $400 - $800.
She rewrote my Revocable Living Trust, my Will, a Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, and a Health Care Directive. Due to a family death, I needed my trust agreement to reflect a change. I have been extremely pleased with the five newly written documents. Alexandra did charge the $800, but justifiably so. She made several helpful suggestions for my consideration while writing these documents. and it all takes time and effort.
When we met for the final signing and notarization, she went over everything allowing me to ask questions. She followed up by sending me an itemized statement of her charges and wrote off all of the extra time to stay within her stated estimate. She also sent forms upon which to list personal tangible property, naming a recipient for those items that do not need to be included in any other document.
You will find Alexandra to be very kind and patient, very intelligent, and focused upon service that meets your needs.
If in the future I have any legal needs, I will seek counsel with Alexandra. If a concern is outside her area of expertise, I know she will make a wise referral. In addition, I want to add that her office is easy to get to, on 35 th Avenue, close to the University with ample free parking.

There are no words to express our appreciation for Lindsay. She helped at a time when we had issues going on with both our parents.
Our Dad had dementia. It made it very difficult getting him to understand about the Medical POA, Living Will, etc...Lindsay was very patient going over everything until she knew he understood about all the documents. She also fit us in to take care of this without an appt. (what lawyer have you ever heard of would do that). Someone who has dementia you never know what the day will bring. If Lindsay hadn't been so understanding what happened next would have been unbearable.
Our father broke his hip, had surgery, went into a home and died two days before Christmas. Just 2 weeks after everything had been completed. We were able to make the right medical decisions for him, pay his bills, etc... without any additional stress.
In regards to our Mother. I had taken upon myself to get my mom on Medicaid in 2010. Not realizing that we would lose an additional 50,000. All because I wasn't informed about what documents I would need to protect my parents and future generations. I even used a regular lawyer to write my dad's will. All of which was a bad idea.
Someone I knew mentioned using an Elder Lawyer and recommended Lindsay. Which I am forever grateful for. Lindsay takes care of making sure my mom stays on Medicaid every year. She made sure we had the right Will for my dad so that when he passed. My mom wouldn't be kicked off of Medicaid.
She is also helping us take care of Probate, etc...for my dad. Taking a huge burden off my family.
We tell everyone we know that is taking care of their parents. Don't make the mistakes we did. Go To Lindsay Graves and she will protect you and their parents.

After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine. After reviewing the draft documents, I returned them to the firm for finalization.
At my final appointment, everything was organized and Angela had already made arrangements for the witnesses to be present. Everything went so smoothly, and I was impressed with Angela's knowledge, efficiency, sincerity and her positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none. And along the way, Angela and I communicated via telephone and email.
I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect shown to me, that I am happy to share my experiences with Angela, and to highly recommend the Frozena Law Firm to anyone in need of competent, efficient estate planning services.
