Robyn Dixon was the best decision I made when it came to my accident attorney. From the moment I reached out to her from the hospital bed to the moment of claim agreement. She never backed down from the other insurance adjusters low ball offers and fought very hard to get the money I deserved on everything possible. She got me 3 times the amount I was even thinking I would. She stayed in constant contact and updates throughout this almost 18 month process. Yes that seems like some time but there was also 8 other cars involved in this accident of which I was the first car hit being rear ended by not 1 but 2 vehicles at the same time. She had to put up a fight by herself against two other insurance attorneys and yes Robyn Dixon proved the other two drivers where at fault. I can’t thank her enough. She comes highly recommended.!! My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. While we had to ultimately part ways, from our limited experience with Inna, and not haven't spoken with a lawyer previously (on any occasion), I would heavily suggest reaching out to Inna. Inna was gracious and wished us well for our future. It was wholesome.

A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.

Last year I hired attorney Liz to help me with the probate of my brother's estate in Austin. I had earlier talked to several other local probate lawyers. Liz was far more knowledgeable and experienced. She worked with me for over a year, guiding me successfully through the probate proceedings in the Austin probate court. Sounds like an oxymoron, doesn't it? Well, in this case, it is not! In my experience, Elizabeth's approach with me as her client is that she truly cares about setting my family up for an easy transition to taking over the legal matters of my estate when the time comes that they will need to do so. It's not a matter of if, but when. That's a scary thing to think about. However, with Elizabeth's expertise and years of experience of probate law, she truly understands how to leave behind a legacy of love. The last thing you want your family to have to deal with if something unexpected (or not) happens to you, is trying to figure out how to manage your estate or worse, not having the ability to make medical decisions on your behalf. Having a Will in place protects your family from a lot of the legal & family conflict they may face in trying to make necessary decisions. Don't put off setting up your legacy of love.

Robert Pittman has been exemplary in the consultation, drafting and finalizing of our trusts. He offered expert council during the process. Received help reviewing a family partnership and a power of attorney document to determine if I understood what each document said as there were multiple family members involved with differing points of view. The discussions were very contentious and so it was important that I correctly understand the options available to me. There were and remain delicate issues as family matters involving property and aging parents often are. The family partnership document was particularly challenging. Diane reviewed both documents carefully and then laid out the information in a way that a non-lawyer could understand. Phone calls were productive and her turn around time in summarizing the call and the information was nothing short of amazing. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable in her field and straightforward and honest in her assessment of the situation as spelled out in the documents. She is also kind and takes to time to get to know you. I felt that I was a person and that I mattered. I would absolutely recommend her.

I live out of state, but due to a contentious contract litigation case I needed a local attorney who I knew would represent me just the same as if I lived in the area. Although I strive to be a self-sufficient person, there comes a point where hiring a professional is the smart thing to do, especially with legal matters. Well, I reached that point; I needed a lawyer.
Ron Denman produced quick results. It was clear that he knew this particular aspect of the law fluently. He developed a sound, assertive legal strategy and communicated it to me in a way that made sense to me. As events unfolded, he adapted our strategy to suit new circumstances which increased our plan's effectiveness. In the end, the strategy had worked- I walked away achieving the ideal outcome.
Another thing that was notable to me: he approached my situation as if he was representing himself. When it comes down to it, it was one of the main reasons that I hired him. I had met with plenty of lawyers, and they all had the right qualifications and plenty of experience. But, I left my initial meeting with Ron feeling that I could trust him to get the job done. That's a big deal. I was obviously looking for someone who was qualified and capable, but what I really wanted was someone who was going to stand up for me and be there every step of the way. There were an incredible amount of stressors throughout the duration of the case, and it made all the difference feeling like the situation was being taken care of.
Since the resolution of my situation, I have thankfully not needed legal representation, but I can say that if I did, I would definitely work with Ron again. Thanks Ron!

We went to a presentation that Chuck did and decided to have him review what we thought were trusts we had done in 2006. Turned out they were wills, not trusts. Chuck did an excellent job of explaining things in layman's terms. In addition, he did a thorough job of going through everything and provided us with detailed instructions about how to get our assets set up so our kids won't have the hassles of probate court. Everything is organized and spelled out for them. We even got to leave them a DVD! Chuck is excellent; we whole-heartedly recommend him!

Alex Bajwa is not only an excellent lawyer but also a great guy. I am a member of his monthly business service and he has reviewed many legal documents on my behalf as part of his monthly service. What I like best about him is that he can break down the "legal talk" to my level so I can understand the situation. By him reviewing these documents before hand, he has saved me a ton of money and also a ton of headaches. As a member of his service, his rates are the lowest I have ever seen. He is approachable, easy to work with, detail orientated and his response rate is unbelievable. I can send him a text for emergencies and he has always gotten right back to me. I have also hired him outside the scope of his monthly service. I needed to add an existing partner to one of my businesses, and Alex opened my eyes to many things that I never would have thought to even ask. I also know several of his other clients and I know that they also extremely happy and impressed with him. It is nice to be a small business owner and have the luxury of having a competent lawyer "On Staff" at all times at an affordable price. I would highly reccomend him to anyone that has a legal need. Jenny was extremely helpful and professional as we worked through developing my will and trust after my first child was born a few years ago. Ms. Tomac is an excellent attorney in the legal areas related to estates and trusts. She is very knowledgeable and provides no nonsense guidance and explanations. Ms. Tomac has guided me through the executorship of my mom's estate, a very difficult position emotionally. Her knowledge of the court system, of the administrative process that needed to happen when and where, and what to expect at each phase has been invaluable. Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge. I would highly recommend Mindey and New Hope Divorce Mediation to others to handle their divorce case.

I hired Lenore about 18 months ago after firing 3 other attorneys....the last of which nearly bankrupted me when he failed to file
an appeal of an outrageous child support award.
There are many attributes of Lenore that are really rare in divorce attorneys:
* non-confrontational
* high attention-to-detail
* outgoing and friendly
* reasonably rate given her high quality of service
She handled my case with high level of professionalism.
Lenore represented me at both a master's level and then a judge's level for equitable distribution.
In both cases, she was well prepared and very convincing in these hearings...especially the latter where there were nearly 10,000 pages of documentation.
She arrived at the court house with a luggage carrier holding nearly 4 FEET of documents !
Her performance was exemplary thanks to careful preparation.
When the hearing was over, we walked out of the courthouse and she gave me a big hug as we said goodbye !
