We hired Mr. Underwood for assistance with a possible Jones Act case, as I was injured on a naval research ship. There is no words that would give fair praise for Mr. Larsen. He is an incredibly tough attorney who knows what he is doing and does not waste his clients time or money doing nonsense. He is brutally honest about the case progress and where everyone stands. He is very accessible and friendly but he fights the case with intelligence and fierce straightforwardness. My worker's comp case began in 2005 while employed with the state. It dragged on forever as I was shuffled doctor to doctor and given the run-around. I was not hurt seriously enough to warrant a court hearing but did need advice as to how to bring my case to closure and still receive a due impairment award. Ben didn't know me and still took the time to properly advise me so that I could handle the case on my own. Because of him, my case is finally coming to an end. He provided me with the proper information to be able to negotiate with the worker's comp company. I was so impressed that he was not concerned about what was in it for him but what was best for me. It was a pleasure working with Ann and her team. I was hit by a truck while riding my bicycle. I was out of work for 9 weeks, had 3 surgeries, and no way was I in shape to tackle the insurance claims or any other pieces of this case. There was no way I could have dealt with the insurance companies without her assistance. From the start, she explained to me the process and what we could expect and she was dead on. She never set false expectations but stuck with the facts and did a very good job. There were no surprises and communication with Ann was constant. She made me feel comfortable all the way through the process. Her persistence with the insurance companies and knowledge of the law made everything seem so simple (at least to me!).
I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do, I will certainly be calling Ann for assistance. Everyone in her office was very responsive and eager to assist. They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I hired Ann Groninger after meeting with her and her staff of professionals and knew that I would receive justice. Their first order of business was my health and getting me back to as close to being one hundred percent as possible, secondarily the took care of all of my medical expenses ensuring that I had no financial residuals as a result of my accident. From letters, to emails and phone calls informing me of the status of my trial dates too any new and unseen developments with my case they kept me abreast and completely involved, often asking me about my opinions needs and concerns as we moved forward. Misses Groninger never focused on the monetary portions of the case but more so the justice of the case as promised by the law and as promised by her and her elite legal team. Again no mailers no phone calls I was introduced to her and her superior team of experts from a pryior client. Would I recommend this talented staff of lawyers absolutely. So if you want justice hire Ann Groninger, if all you want is a settlement hire someone else.

I had issues with my newly purchased home, and with the previous home owners/realtor. Therefore I needed someone to help me. I hired Rory, and I highly recommend. He asked me all the right questions, his assistants were pleasant to work with, he used his time wisely with MY MONEY. He sent me biweekly statements, I knew exactly how much money I was using up. Which was helpful for me. He was stern enough with the other lawyers and did everything in a timely matter. Roger was the attorney that reached out to me after I contacted his office regarding my disability insurance policy. After meeting with Roger and his paralegal I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Roger was very knowledgeable and able to explain the different aspects of my policy and how we could proceed to move forward from there. I appreciated the game plan that was put in place and how effectively it was executed. There was always direct intention to keep the ball moving and have appropriate information gathered to make our case stronger. Over the course of two years I never felt that an aspect of my case had been forgotten or that I myself was an afterthought to a bigger case they may have had.
The entire two years I had the privilege of working with Roger communication has always been prompt and easy. He did a great job of keeping me informed and I always felt that I was a part of the discussion and that my opinion mattered. He was very compassionate and understanding about how our case was effecting us personally and I was very grateful for this.
Roger worked with several other people in his office to assist us and the team experience that this provided was very unique and appreciated! It was very different from other law offices that we have worked with on other matters. After several months of reviewing endless documents, my husband and I met with Rodger Davidheiser. My husband and I signed a fee agreement with him and his company and felt confident in Rodger Davidheiser’s professional knowledge of how to approach this case and come to a resolution. Over the course of a year, I remained in close contact with Rodger Davidheiser. He was always available by phone or email if I had questions and he always kept me updated when progress was being made. We hired Bob with Bye, Goff & Rhode after we were not getting any help from our own insurance company nor from the insurance company of the person that hit me. The injury I received from the accident was extreme and changed by lifestyle and my ability to perform the work I did in my business. I interviewed 2 other attorneys, but I knew when I met David Richardson that he was the one I wanted to represent me
I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B. I was very hesitant in hiring a lawyer for my car accident case but things became so overwhelming I knew I couldn't handle it alone. I called around and talked with a few different lawyers and just didn't feel like they were really listening to me. Tracy was different; from our very first phone conversation I felt he was truly on my side and would be able to help me.
