I almost gave up on searching for a lawyer because no one would take my case until I called Michael Auffenorde's office. He knew the obstacles we would encounter in the case and handled them with little to no problem at all. Everyone at his office was comforting and wanted the absolute best for me!

When I was hit from behind in a car wreck, I made the mistake of first calling a billboard attorney's phone number. I was given a young lawyer who couldn't answer my questions and didn't return my phone calls. When I hired Mr. Auffenorde I could not have been more pleased. Not only did he return my phone calls, but he explained the process and guided us through a difficult experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the result he achieved.

Mr. Auffenorde has handled two cases for me. Both times he excelled my expectations. It's hard to find attorneys who still have good " bedside manner" but Michael Auffenorde is by far one of the best attorneys around. I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!

I have consulted with Maureen Cooper for two different issues related to divorce and alimony . In the past , the thought of consulting with any attorney was one associated with fear and dread . I have had contact with lawyers in the past who had no genuine desire to help me quickly resolve a problem or to provide straight answers . I had never consulted with an attorney who genuinely wanted to earn the respect and trust of others as much as he wanted to take advantage of my problem for his own profit . Ms. Cooper is a rare gem because she is competent , straight forward , not manipulative and earnest in her desire to assist people and not exploit their problems to advance herself in an unfair way . She is a good person , and if someone needs an attorney they can trust who will not take advantage of them , she is the first person to call . I hold her in high esteem and feel thankful to know an attorney of her caliber in competence and human decency . I asked another attorney who was too busy to consult with me for a name of an honest and capable lawyer . She spoke highly of Maureen , and I must agree she was correct in her assessment of Maureen Cooper.

Mr. McCartha was a HUGE help in getting my LLC started. We went over the ins and outs of my company, he gave me wonderful advice, and I left with full confidence that I knew what I was doing. He took all the time had needed to (almost 4 hours) when explaining everything and I will now recommend him to anyone and everyone I talk to!!

I live across the country and needed a Lawyer in Huntsville to Probate my Mother's Estate and I was fortunate to find Mr. McCartha and his wonderful wife Jennifer. They walked me through the process very thoroughly and gave me excellent advice and information every step of the way. Aaron helped me with my contentious divorce. He communicated regularly with me, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He didn't mind explaining things and answered all of my questions in detail. Unfortunately, we had to go to trial (not at all his fault, the ex refused to negotiate a settlement) but Aaron did a great job for me. He was very calm and sure, and presented my case very well before the judge. In the end, I was awarded almost everything we asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron for anyone needing his services.

Lucy Tufts represented me in an extremely complex case involving mortgage fraud on the part of my previous attorney, who converted the payoff money from the new lender to his own personal account and failed to pay the previous lender the funds due. The net result left me holding two mortgages on the same property, with threats of foreclosure and numerous acts of intimidation from the bank holding both mortgages. Ms. Tufts successfully negotiated a stay of action on the part of the bank while seeking recourse through the courts in a vain attempt to collect the monies due.Further research on the part of Ms. Tufts revealed that the bank offering me a new loan had failed in several respects to follow standard banking procedures and its own policies in the signing of certain documents at closing and thus had inadvertently contributed to the ensuing fraud and theft of funds that took place. Ms. Tufts demonstrated considerable skill and legal knowledge in dealing with facts as they occurred. As a legal strategist she is brilliant. As an adversary to opposing attorneys, particularly in depositions, she was courageous and did not retreat from heated dialogue from opposing counsel. At the end of the day, the original lender paid off the previous mortgage and offered me another mortgage for the same term and interest rate as before. In addition, Ms. Tufts negotiated a significant amount from the bank for damages, and obtained a $2,000,000 non-dischargeable in bankruptcy judgement against the attorney who defrauded me. Ms. Tufts was at all times patient in explaining complex legal issues and strategies, was consistently available to me and prompt in returning all telephone calls, and often worked on my case over weekends and holidays. i can only describe Ms. Tufts services in superlatives and recommend her legal services without heitation.

Robert did not over promise and was incredibly fair with me. He was very careful not to overpromise--don't let anyone tell you there is no such thing as a slam dunk case! He worked with me to attain my goals as a client, and I never felt as though his services were unfair. He always responded in a very timely manner, and I think he was extraordinarily diligent considering that many others did not feel my case was "worth their time (or even my money!)" Usually something as small as a traffic ticket isn't worth a lot of money and its easier to pay a fine, but sometimes its ok to pay a little to fight for your name. I cannot recommend Robert highly enough.

Cameron won me a good settlement and he was always courteous, respectful, and professional. I have always had back problems & was hit while yielding on an interstate on ramp and was hit by a 16 yr old who was going about 30-40mph & texting about 3 weeks before the distracted driving law went into effect, and this dude never hit the brakes. I am almost certain he won my girlfriend at the time a good settlement as well. We separated before the case came to a disposition, but I referred him a few clients who he was straight up with about whether they had a legitimate case or not, and when they did, he took it and fought for them and as far as I know the case is still pending but I feel confident that they'll get good results with Cameron. He's very honest & upfront and you don't find that with many in his profession. He's almost brutally honest, but it's in his and the clients best interest if he thinks they don't have a case. The one I referred to him and he rejected ended up hiring another lawyer that kept him tied up where he couldn't work or do anything for 3 yrs, then lost the case. So, it took Cameron 5 min to essentially save him 3 years of waiting to find out Cameron was right. He thought Cameron just didn't want to take the case, but obviously in the end, Cameron was right and that's all that matters. His legal advice was 100% sound. I highly recommend him & he will be straight up with you & fight for you where it matters.

Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. And he was true to his word. He was worth every dollar spent and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help especially when never having experienced anything like this before. He is very knowledgeable and will keep you informed. When I called or texted him he always responded I never had to wait for a response from him and he is a very honest man. I would highly recommend Mr. Yaghmai to anyone who is in need of an attorney. Hiring Mr. Yaghmai allowed me the opportunity to focus on getting the treatment I needed for my injuries without having to worry about how to seek reimbursement for my medical expenses and to get the best settlement possible with regard to my property damage. His due diligence in researching all aspects of applicable case law consistently reassured me that he was "in it" for my best interests and situation and not for what he would get out of the case. I was driving to one of my stores in North Alabama (in a company car) and out of nowhere was T-boned by another vehicle. The truck that hit me failed to yield to my right-of-way and said that he was waved through the intersection by an 18 wheeler. My car was hit on the driver's side door and spun around until I was in another lane and facing the opposite direction. The driver came to my window yelling that it wasn't his fault. I called 911, was cut out of my car, and was taken to Helen Keller Hospital, where I was seen by the ER doctor and transported to the UAB Trauma Unit. I had multiple tests, therapy sessions, and 5 surgeries over a year and a half or so to repair the soft tissue damage to my arm. During my first stay at the hospital I was contacted multiple times by an investigator--the driver that hit me was in a company vehicle and his company wanted me to make a statement about the accident. I was advised by a nurse that was checking my stats a couple of times when the investigator called to hire an attorney, and having never done so (and only living in Alabama for 3 months) I was anxious about what to do. I was given Ken Riley's name, contacted him, and felt very relieved for having done so. The phone calls from the investigator stopped after I directed him to contact my attorney, and I felt very safe and protected, as I was nervous about how to respond and how to protect myself. Ken worked patiently and supportively, always genuinely concerned about what I had been through and how I was healing, and guided me through dealing with Worker's Comp, depositions, and the mediations with both the driver that hit me and the truck that waved him through. I still have open medical, which is important, as I am still under medical care for nerve damage treatment. The most important part of the entire thing was knowing that I had someone in my corner, fighting for what was right, and allowing me to focus on getting well."

Jessie was referred to me by my current lawyer at the time of the case. The case was transferred and my current lawyer said that while she would happily continue to represent me it would cost me more and be more beneficial for me to have representation in the area she would be familiar with. When I tell you that Jessie exceeded expectations I cannot express that enough. She took a custody situation that was so ugly and worked tirelessly to get the best outcome. I found myself totally lost for reactions from a wrongful termination from my employment, after over 4 years. Never written or verbally told that they were unhappy with my work! Only thing was we continued to disagree with their billing practices. We have completed the trial for false claims with the government and won. Now awaiting trial for the wrongful termination. Mr. McKenna is the most professional attorney I have met. I recommend him and will always support him.

Carl took my case after another lawyer ignored it and me for 12 months. He filed the lawsuit and got me a great settlement that I am very pleased with.
