I'm not in the habit of endorsing lawyers, however Mr. Green is the most ethical, client focused, outcome oriented individuals I have ever met. He gave good sound advise an directions and made sure that we understood our options, which assisted us in making good decisions in dealing with Medicaid issues. The quality of service was the highest level of competency, and responsive to our needs. I would overwhelmingly recommend his services, especially if you want things done right!

I have been the executor (personal representative) for an estate, and Jonathan handled the issues related to obtaining letters testamentary, probating the will, contacting the heirs and distributing assets. He advised me in regard to managing the property and assets until disbursement was made. I was very satisfied with how Jonathan handled all the details of the will. He was very thorough in reviewing the will and other documents. He gave me much confidence that all matters were handled properly and that the heirs were properly cared for.

David Vaughn is by far a gem in the rough. He actually listens to you, is interested in doing what is best for you and tells you how it is. He doesnt waste your time, if he cant help with something he knows someone who can, but in my case he has always been able to assist me. I use David for everything!

She has all the qualities that you'd want in an attorney, coupled with the qualities that make a good human being. She is very intelligent and very skilled in her field. She knows that the rules are not always made to protect the common person and will let you know this. But she also knows the difference between right and wrong, and she will fight for what is right, and with diligence to bring fairness to a bad situation. She will also give you the sense that you are the only client that she has. When she works for you, she will give you her all, and make sure that you understand everything that is and can be about your case. And she will not back down once the battle has begun. So don't be dismayed by the small frame and pretty face. She is a very powerful woman that can hold her own against anyone, in any situation. I would never have imagined that the results that she achieved would have been possible with an average attorney. But this is no average attorney. She is a fighter......with heart. I went to the firm where Ms. Webb works and I was very upset and stressed. I asked to see a lawyer and it ended up being Ms. Webb. I gave her all details of the situation I was in and She patiently listened to every word not once making me feel rushed. She began to ask me questions and by the end of our meeting I felt relieved and hopeful. G-d blessed me with the BEST person to take on my action. I was so pleased with the result I have kept her on to deal with some other issues and she KEEPS winning for me. She's full of integrity AND honesty ! If she thinks it's possible you're heading for a loss she will tell you and why. But she will fight all the way to the end no matter the result. He is very knowledgeable and also very personable. I was very pleased with his advice and the overall experience. He really put my mind at ease about a matter that was very concerning to me. He was very easy to talk to. I had talked with another attorney prior to seeing Mr. Alley and wasn't comfortable discussing these issues with him. Mr. Alley made me feel much more at ease to discuss everything I had questions about. I went for a consultation and he answered ALL of my questions and I feel that he went above and beyond a simple consultation. Attorney Jordan and his staff has always been accommodating & focused each time I needed his services. I chose Jordan Law Firm to represent me and received outstanding services as well as results since 2013. I used his firm to file bankruptcy, to implement my mothers will and for an issue with an apartment complex (presently). Each time I called, his staff was able to answer my questions with no problem or hesitation. I have never been transferred or ignored. I even made a mistake and called Attorney Jordan after hours, but he talked to me about the issues and concerns of my case. 1) I had no problems filing my bankruptcy paperwork, 2) he treated me and my mother with nothing but respect and professionalism. He was concerned about her, and the appropriate outcome for her as well as the family. 3) my paperwork was always done and turned in accordingly (no problems). Set up a LLC in Nevis through a commercial Company. I needed legal advice and consulted with Atty Duke and later retained him to guide me and file required forms. He is well versed in asset law and available to me on short notice. He is also in contact with many sources.

Amy was fabulous throughout both of the processes. She was impressive and her level of knowledge allowed my employer and myself to successfully go through the process of getting an H1-B, then an extension of the H1-B and finally a Green Card. The process in every case was very complex but she clearly explained every step in it, in plain English, answered all our questions and kept us informed of the status at all times. And to top it all, she is extremely patient and friendly! She is fantastic and I would recommend her without a doubt!

I first noticed this firm from community events that I was a part of. Mr. Irwin always seemed to be right in the middle of them and really appeared to be trying to help people. In 2015 I was involved in a horrible auto accident that left me paralyzed from the waste down. I was very distraught and needed more than an attorney. Mr. Irwin was everything I needed personally and professionally. He was available to me 24/7 to answer my questions and I was floored by how much time he put into my case. In the end I was able to get a settlement that should help me adjust to what has become the new normal for how I live. Mr. Irwin is my attorney but he is more then that. I can never repay him for what he did for me. I would recommend Cherry & Irwin to anyone that wants the best and wants to be treated like they matter.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately the officer who completed the accident report said he could not determine who was at fault because there were no witnesses available and the other driver told a conflicting story to what I was telling. Benjamin Irwin and the staff at Cherry and Irwin were amazing and went to work for me. I don't know how they did it but the located a witness, battled the insurance companies, and regardless of the cost to their firm put me first. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Anyone wanting an attorney that puts them first and will go to war for them even when the outcome is not certain should call Benjamin Irwin and Cherry and Irwin. I was in a car wreck and was hit by a drunk driver. I was in pretty bad shape and my car was gone. Ed sat down with me and explained how everything would work. Melissa his paralegal kept me up to date on everything during the process! He helped me get the money to cover all the bills and then some from the settlement! My wife and I were able to get our money towards a house! They are a great team and I had a very great experience!

She's kept me and my brother from doing time still had fines and had to go through counciling for 1 dui for me but my brother had 3 dui's and she still kept him out of lock up. Trust her shes worth it and reasonable.

Around 1989 Phillip price represented me in a DUI case in which I was not guilty. I had parked my pickup truck about a quarter mile away from a bar I was planning on having a few drinks in. I walked to the bar from the motel where I had parked. I had not checked into the hotel yet. After leaving the bar, I walked back to the motel and checked in. The parking spot where it had parked was a few doors down from the room I was given the key to. An officer circling the motel seen me moving my truck. And though I may have been trying to break into it. He made contact with me before I entered my room and smelled beer on my breath. After he realized it was actually my truck I was about to move, I was arrested for DUI. According to the dash cam video we seen in court, even the judge said that I didn't seem impaired. Mr price had me assist in gathering evidence since I was the only one who knew the whole story and the case was dismissed saving my CDL driver's license and a heap of trouble. I had not been charged with a DUI prior to or since this event. Thank you Mr. Price!

I used Mr. Barclay to help my husband and myself with our estate planning. He is extremely knowledgeable but didn't try to lawyerese us and talk down to us. He made us immediately comfortable. He made sure we understood everything and felt comfortable about the decisions we were making. His office staff is friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Heaven forbid I ever need a criminal lawyer, but if I do I'm calling him.
