She was supposedly my children's lawyer through my divorce appointed by the courts. Seems more like she was my ex's lawyer. During the 6th month case I called twice to discuss different things and left a voicemail. I got a call back maybe 3 weeks to a month later, by that time I didn't even need nor want her involved. My lawyer couldn't get in contact with her when he needed to and said she was hard to get a hold of. She also told my lawyer that she needed to do a walk through before the court date to make sure my house was okay for my children. She wouldn't tell him what day she was going to come because she wanted it to be a surprise. That was about 3 months into a 6 month case. She never showed up. So apparently my children's safety was not that important to her. At the courthouse on the last day of the case she hung out with my ex and my ex's lawyer and avoided me like the plague then sent me a bill. There's much better lawyers out there who will actually respond to you when they're involved in your case. This is just my opinion. I don't know anything about Acacia other than being involved in my case, but I can understand when the other review says that she's hard to get a hold of.

Ryan is an awesome attorney! He definitely knows his way around the court room. When I was looking for lawyer all other lawyers said my daughter would have to do prison time. I talked with Ryan he said he would keep her out of prison and that's just what he did. She only had to stay in jail 3 months and came home with 6 years probation. He kept me informed every step of the way thru phone calls text message or email. He never kept me guessing. If you need a good criminal lawyer for your love one this is the man you wanna get. He gets the job done and quick. Thank you, Jeri Lynn

Mr. Marquette was the best. He knows the law, inside and out, and if there was something he didn't know, (which was rare) he did the necessary research and got back to me in a timely manner. He took the time to talk to me and explain everything, and was very professional. I have recommended him to several friends and any one else needing representation.

Bob saved my life. In one day, I went from a normal citizen to facing 40 years of felony charges. No other attorney would even consider the possibility that I was innocent (and I was), let alone the possibility that I could beat the case. But Bob did. And he beat the case within 60 days. The judge and prosecutor all but apologized to me. There's nothing like the weight of criminal charges hanging over your head, and when you're in that situation you want to know that you have someone who is on your side, someone who will fight for you. I trusted Bob with my life, and it was the best decision I ever made. He never sugar-coated anything either. He always told me what the possibilities were and that I was up against a big battle. But if there were any way possible to beat the case, he promised me he would find it. And he did! Another thing, I felt like I was a priority, and not just another client in a mill. I could reach him any time of day or night, in multiple forms of communication. You won't find that with anyone else in town. He works multiple cases and still has the ability to make you feel like you're his only client. I could go on for days, but my point is simple: hire him and you won't regret it.

I would recommend Bob Marquette to anyone needing a criminal defense lawyer. Over the course of 2008 to 2016, he has been professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Any questions I had about anything were fully explained, not only until the case was resolved, but even later on, years down the road, any questions I had were answered just as thoroughly. He was polite and professional to my family who called him, which I appriciate.

A hard Hubert Alexander to represent my son because he has seizures and smokes marijuana and has a license for it but he has to have it approved by the judge. I paid Hubert $3,000 for one minute in court and he did nothing he sent his son but absolutely did nothing it was never even brought up. He was also supposed to try to get him out of probation and failed to even ask for that as well all that was done was his probation was reinstated and I didn't even need a lawyer for that. $3,000 for nothing I feel that he stole my money.

I hired Hubert to defend me for an illegal eviction in 2009. He sold me out in court and I was still evicted. He is only out for the money and could care less about the average citizen. He hangs out at the local bars and stays till closing time and usually leaves under the influence of alcohol. I highly recommend him for disbarment as an attorney. Use him and he will sell you out. If I ever need an attorney I would rather have Mickey Mouse defend me. I would give him no stars but it wasn't an option!

She is the worst. No integrity, no class, definitely shows discrimination. She answered the phone and cursed my friend out JUST FOR CALLING WITH QUESTIONS! My friend hired her and for 2.5 months we called for updates because she never showed up in court and still never updated my friend on his case. She just kept pushing his court date back BUT still getting paid. I wouldn't hire this lady, her attitude is not where it should be when dealing with incarcerated loved ones. You're welcome.

They work not according to their schedule! So, they do whatever they want! Is it the court of justice? Or is it just a broken system with the wrong people?? It is very strange, pity, and sorrowful to see it through the eyes as foreign! Who gave them the power to act on what they wanted without informing society? You can see the weird picture (that I added) about returning with the artificial clock.

I was involved in an aggrevated assault case in which every lawyer said I should take a very significant felony plea. This lawyer got me off scot-free. I have nothing but appreciation for his hard-line attitude and clearly demonstrable results. A++. If you're really ready to plead your case, in front of a jury, you cannot go wrong here. (If still in doubt, look up his recent (locally, high profile) lawsuit. Or better yet, the one in which he represented his mother...all is on the publically available CourtConnect. You will, legitimately, be in awe.) I cannot speak for the negative reviews here, but, as far as my relatively hopeless case is concerned, he performed in a measurably positive manner.

Mr Phillips was great. He came recommended from a friend. I had a long nasty divorce. I was paying a female attorney out of Benton, every time I turned around. Worst part was, she didn't do anything in 2 years but file for divorce. She was a money hungry high profile woman who didn't care about me as a person. She must have just seen do$$ar signs in my eyes when she looked at me. Mr Phillips was fairly priced. There is no cheap divorce people. $500 won't get you a good attorney. Believe me! Mr Phillips cared about me as a person and gave me legal guidance that honestly impacted my life today. He was a God sent. It was about 6 months and I was divorced. It was back in 2010. He was compassionate towards myself and my children. A great family man that understands what a marriage Should be like. He put my abusive husband in his place, using the proper legal system. I can't say enough great things about Mr Phillips. I would trust him again and again!

The professionalism of this attorney is unheard of. I hired this attorney for a simple MVA accicent in June 2020 that was an open and shut case. I was hit from the back and was injured. I followed every step that she told me to and to date the case is not closed. She is not responsive and always has an excuse as to why things are not being handled. Once called out about the behavior she became very belligerent and vindictive. When I would call to ask simple questions she would get rude and try to talk around the issue. Once I emailed her to terminate the agreement she agreed that it was time to end the attorney/ client relationship and that I could pick up my file a few days later. I then get an email from her paralegal stating that I needed to download my file and that The Attorney put a lein on my case. The lien is in attempts to prevent me from settling my case. Once I reached out to her via email regarding the lein she then threatned me with a harrassment charge. I would not reccommend this attorney to anyone. I think she is a good person persay however her perfossionalism is not commendable. I trusted this lady and was highly disappointed especially with she openly confesses to being a woman of the "cloth

If I could give her 0 stars I would! She will take your money and never work your case. You have to call her several times in order for her to call you back and when she does she gives excuses as to why nothing has been done. Also, she has NO CLUE about your case when she calls and is so unprepared! Her receptionist also has NO CLUE about your case no matter how many times you call to speak with Angela. She’s a terrible attorney! A liar and I would NOT recommend anyone give her any of their money. She nearly has any reviews out here. Very suspect! Her website is janky and her Facebook and Instagram as well. Stay away!

When I began the process of filing a claim for disability, I decided to contact a lawyer before I made a final decision. My wife and I contacted Mr. Caddell’s office and made a phone appointment as COVID prevented us from meeting in person. I called Mr. Caddells office at the appropriate time and was able to speak to him within one minute. Mr. Caddell asked me several questions to ascertain my situation and then carefully walked me through the process of filing. The thing I appreciate most about our many conversations was his concern of my full understanding of the process. He asked me if I was certain about this life change, asked my wife her opinion and gave me all the different scenarios of how this could play out. I am a very satisfied client and would recommend Mr. Caddell without reservation.

I got Fred Caddell to help with a VA disability claim for which he put forth zero effort. I started using him in July 08. In our meetings he would talk about setting me up for various appointments to meet with doctors to help with my claim but that is as far as it went. He did not return phone calls. His assitant would tell me absolutely nothing and everytime I talked to her I got a run around. I needed some of the paperwork I had given him for my court case and called up requesting that information. Now understand he had this information for over 2 years. I called and spoke with his assitant who asked me to call before I went to their office, which I did. After picking up the paper work from his office I find a letter inside dated for that day which said he would not do anything with my case and was dropping me as a client. I was shocked. 2 years and not even phone call to tell me why he was dropping the case. No comunication and totally unprofessional.

Stephanie was such an amazing attorney, start to finish. Right from the initial consultation, she was able to put me at ease about my legal situation. Throughout my case, I found her and her paralegal very accessible. In fact, I was provided her paralegal's cell phone number and Stephanie never took longer than an hour or so to return an email if it was urgent, regardless of whether it was at night, on a weekend, or during a holiday. She knew that it was difficult for me to miss work, so she always agreed to meet with me to prepare for my deposition, temporary hearing preparation and trial preparation on a Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon. At the hearing and at trial she arrived prepared and obviously knew her way around the courtroom. I know that my experience could have been much different than it was, so I am thankful I found and hired Stephanie to be my attorney. I would definitely go back to her if I every needed legal help again and I would recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance.

Paid for 2 trademark registrations in Oct. 2013. Due to his failure to respond to office actions, the USPTO abandoned them in early 2016. 3 years wasted and back to square one. He refused to refund our $3k, but offered to pay the refiling fees, so I agreed if he committed to completing them in the normal 12-14 months. Almost a year later, one still not filed, one in limbo, and zero response to numerous e-mails. Have fired him and hired another attorney to complete. It is easy for me to recommend Brad Walker as a top notch attorney. I was involved in a lawsuit in Federal Court concerning a real estate issue. The process was lengthy and required a great deal of document review, legal knowledge, and diligence. At every point during the process I found Brad to be resourceful and prepared. His wise counsel allowed me to stay confident and informed through a legal process that was unfamiliar to me. At trial the immense volume of reference documents were quickly and deftly handled by his team. His use of computers and exhibits were enhanced by a technological approach that was clear and compelling to me and the jury. I found him to be tireless in his preparation and alert to the shifting issues that arose throughout the case. Always prepared to see it through to the final moments, he backed the opposition into a spot that swayed settlement negotiations strongly in my favor. A true gentleman and a brilliant mind are hallmarks of this man who succeeded in steering me and my company successfully through a very trying time. I would not hesitate to recommend him strongly in any legal matter and can relax with confidence in his judgment.

Purchased title insurance thru his company. They failed to disclose ihformation to me that has so far cost me over $12,000 in legal fees. His letter regarding my situation was insulting, demeaning and was full of lies he gathered from the very people I am suing. I met with him after closing to discuss various problems and he was no help. He spent very little time with me and I always left with more questions than answers. He has never sat down with me and attorney(s) to discuss anything to do with my case(s). If I could go back and do things differently, choosing a different title company would be my top priority. Post or don't post. Contact me for specifics or don't contact me. I don't care. I am relaying to you what I think of him based on what I experienced and continue to experience TODAY and I believe that Someone at that firm knew there was a problem with my property. Steve was very thorough in his explanations each time we met and took the time to contact me rather than me always having to contact him. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. He is a VERY honest lawyer and actually cares about his clients and believes in them. He goes to the limit under the law as to what he can do or not for you. He DOES NOT waste you time when he might already know you do not have a strong case. Maybe it's because it wasn't a case he felt that would put as much money in his pockets as his other cases. I had an easement case, in civil court, where a family was trying to get an easement on my private property. I researched for years court cases and provided lots of evidence that is admissible evidence. This attorney sat quietly in court and did not ask the judge to submit any of this evidence to the court. After an easement case you have 30 days to appeal. This lawyer told me 46 days after the judge made a ruling to make sure that I would not be able to appeal. The family that sued for the easement own businesses in this town. The judge did not mail out the final ruling. The lawyer texted me to notify me that the judge ruled in their favor 46 days after final judgement. Then he had the nerve to tell me he was locked out of his lawyer email account, like there is no other way to contact the judge's office or the courthouse. He also told me that he moved two months prior to the ruling and that was another reason he could not notify me. I live in El Dorado, Arkansas which is known for its good boy system with the ruling class. This stinks of the good boy system. If you live in El Dorado and need a good lawyer hire one that is not from here and try to get your court case moved somewhere else if you are dealing with civil court. Now I cannot appeal, and the judges erroneous ruling is written in stone. This Lawyer moved to Little Rock, so be aware if you live in Little Rock of using this lawyer. We went to court in August of 2023, this lawyer moved in November of 2023 from El Dorado Arkansas to Little Rock Arkansas, the judge ruled 12-29-24, my lawyer notified me 2-12-24. I called my lawyer at least twice a month and he kept telling me he would call me as soon as he heard from the Judge. Caleb Baumgardner did not even notify me of his move till 2-12-24 and he did not contact me from 11-01-23 till 2-12-24. I could not contact the Judges office to find out about the ruling because I know the Judge then could say that I was trying to influence the court's decision. So they knew they had me where they wanted me. This was done dirty. Do your research on him before you give him your money. I fired this lawyer on the date of 2-12-24.

Mr. Baumgardner was able to take my nightmare of a divorce and help me gain the upper hand. I was up against a great deal of manipulation and it was looking like I may lose custody of my little girls. Mr. Baumgardner was able to bring all of the manipulation and deceit to light on our court day. The judge heard the truth and we won! Thanks Mr. Baumgardner!
