Hello everyone, all thanks to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST long story short, a divorce during covid really hampered my credit. I went from the mid-700s to the 500s. I’ve been trying to work hard to get it built back up and have recently got as high as 660 on some bureaus. I recently sent dispute letters for a few items and two of them caused my score for Equifax to drop significantly. It was so disheartening. My first dispute was with Ally Financial. Last year, I had a lot of building up in one month, so I requested a payment extension for them for that month. They agreed to give me one so long as I would pay an extension fee by a due date that they’ve given. I absolutely did that right away and paid what they asked of me. However, by the time everything got processed, it was considered a late payment for that month, which is what I was trying NOT to do. I’ve called their customer service, and they said there’s nothing they could do to remove it because that would be reporting an inaccurate credit report. I tried to dispute it with a letter and once they received it and investigated it, my score dropped 19 points from them. I also had issues with Discover bank. I had a charge off that occurred in 2021. My credit reports have always shown a past due balance, even though it’s charge off, and stupidly I listen to a lot of internet videos, saying that you could dispute past due balance on charge offs because they are not accurate. When I did that, I got an update on my Equifax saying that the scriptures were added to my Discover account and it showed my score dropping 39 points. I didn’t understand or know how I could go about fixing my credit. I read about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST on QUORA and CK and informed me, I contacted them after reading some testimonies about them, they raised my credit score to 802 and deleted all negative items on my credit report within 6 days. I went into my bankruptcy without knowing what to expect but as soon as I talked to Bruce my mind was at ease. He explained everything to me and let me know what the outcome could be (good and bad). I found Bruce by looking at reviews as you are now. I didn’t know what to expect I had hired a attorney for child custody twice before but when asked about bankruptcy he said he didn’t work in that field. I had a list of recommendations and lost it and had to start looking one by reading reviews just like you are. I was scarred and nervous when I went to meet Bruce I was about to give a man I didn’t know all my private financial problems. One thing I worried about was, is Bruce just another attorney who’s going to rack up the hours and send me bills in the long haul? No! No he’s not!!!
Bruce showed compassion the first time I met him and explained everything in detail and answered everything I could think of asking. Well we filled went through the process and Bruce kept me informed of everything going on and all the possible outcomes. He tells you the TRUTH not just what you want to hear! Needless to say we had a issue come up and I began to worry all I could see were dollar signs adding up! After all I filled bankruptcy I was I am broke what am I going to do? Well Bruce explained things and how they worked in detail and we got back to it! At the end I had very good outcome! That’s out come comes from Bruce always being prepared and making sure you’re prepared as well! He pays attention to detail and in return helps you understand those details. The day came the bill was emailed a meeting was set!!! That bill I got that big bill I knew was coming ( I added up the hours before I received the bill) well the bill wasn’t exactly what I expected!! Bruce didn’t charge me all the hours he could have!! He didn’t charge me for everything he had done! I thanked him and he explained he didn’t think that I had been treated fairly he said. We spoke more and we also spoke about some other things going on and we spoke about god and the way he works in our lives. And he and his wife both said they’re pray for me and my family. My wife and I first contacted Denise a couple years ago as we got on track and into the process of a domestic adoption. Denise was very prompt in her responses to our questions, encouraged us, and was very friendly with each contact. We decided at that time that Denise was definitely our go-to adoption lawyer.
Fast forward a couple years, and my wife and I were anxiously waiting for the birth of our adopted son via an ideal open adoption situation. We had befriended both birthmom and birthdad, and our agency, social workers, and Denise were all wonderful. As we got into the tangle of legal documents and procedures, Denise helped us at every step and was extremely detail-oriented. For example, her instructions and guidance for our court appearance left no stone unturned. It was a welcome piece of communication from her and included dress, family attendance, camera and phone policy in court, waiting area, where to park, how to get there, the importance and sensitivity of being on time... the list goes on. For an adoptive family, for whom the process is likely to be the first time (like us), this was most appreciated.
Our adoption was finalized without a hiccup. A month later we received new birth certificates, but the state made several errors on them. Though we had paid Denise a long time before and were well "off-the-clock", Denise promptly told us what we needed to do. We followed her directions, and a week later we had newly issued and correct birth certificates.
Now, several months later, as difficult and as much work, time, and effort as it all was, we look back and think, "Ah, that wasn't so bad." Our experience, in total, took a long time, probably much longer than the average adoption, but our experience and outcome were next to ideal. My wife and I both have no doubt that our selection of Denise was the right choice. We highly recommend her to any adoptive family for legal counsel and assistance.

I can't begin to state enough positive things about Mike. My divorce was extremely contentious. My ex-wife lost her custodial parenting rights. She was not even awarded court supervised visits with my children. My ex went through three attorneys, while Mike continued to be a stabilizing influence, advocate and voice of reason through the most difficult time in my life. Mike immediately responded to calls, messages and even texts. He was very open, honest and did not present false, or unlikely outcomes. Quite honestly, Mike is very much a person who over delivers. We had a terrible Guardian ad litem assigned to my divorce. The GAL was absolutely determined to have the kids remain with their mother, even though she was the perpetrator of unspeakable child abuse. Mike managed this issue in a wonderful manner, assured the kids were well protected and that I was well represented. Mike's rates are fair. There is absolutely no over billing. I have hired attorneys in the past and was left with the feeling that my voice didn't matter. I honestly can't praise or recommend Susan Butler and her staff enough! From 2006 through 2013 we hired her to represent us in a guardianship case. In 2008, I hired her to represent me in a divorce from my ex-husband. In 2012, my husband and I hired her in his child custody case. In 2013, we hired her to represent us in our adoption case. I had a very ugly divorce that most other attorneys were afraid to take on, Attorney Ray went to work and got my ugly divorce done in short order, against a tough opposing attorney. I interviewed several lawyers and all were great, however what set Shana apart from the rest is she understood my case and fears and showed she wanted to help me protect my children. She knew that my children were my priority and she never lost sight of that.
Together we accomplished my goal at 110%. Her team she has behind her is responsive and very well orginized and never delayed a filing or delivery of documents to me and communicated the opposing sides responses to me immediatly.
I filded just before covid lock down of 12/2019 so this took a bit longer than she had said it would--court being shut down, this was not something she could foresee, regardless we still worked on bulding our case and getting all documents shared--she used the time of shut down to orginize and stratigize my case.
When I felt like it wasnt going well, she assured me of the process and that we were on target.

Divorce is painful and emotional and if you're like me, you don't know much about the process and don't really have the headspace to learn all about it while it is happening to you...Ron's parting words at my first consult with him were, "The best thing you can do is pretend like you are asleep for the next 6-12 months and let me handle things." Those words were so true. I didn't always want to listen to them, but being 5 months post divorce and still dealing with some issues with opposing parties not living up to the terms of the MSA, Ron is still in my corner. I don't think I realized how good he and his team are until recently. Discussing my agreement with divorcees has shown me that Ron helped me reach a fair deal that allows me to move on in life with confidence and financial stability and do the right thing for my children and he kept emotion out of it which is so important in negotiation for separating assets and in my case a lot of liabilities.

I had about a 6K debt from a loan I defaulted on from a creditor because I was unable to keep up with the monthly payments as a single parent. The creditor sent a sheriff to my home to demand I show up for court and make the payment in full. I was embarrassed, saddened and extremely distraught. I reached out to Heather who was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to facilitate a monthly payment plan with the creditor which was great. As I was making monthly payments, I began to have some unforeseen circumstances and once again fell in the "no payment" trap. The creditor then sent wage garnishment paperwork to myself and my job. The creditor also noted that the garnishment would begin at the end of the month! I reached out to Heather again who was once again so sweet and understanding. She asked me how would I like to resolve this? I was in shock because no one ever asked me what I wanted to do! I was overcome with relief because I just knew from the beginning that she was on my side. I gave her an ordered list - starting with the best plan to the least favorite plan to get this debt resolved. Back in 2015 I lost my job of 15 years. I had two debts that I could not afford to make payments. I received court papers on one of the debts in the later part of 2017. I had stopped by my mailbox on the way to work on a Monday morning, and in there was a mailing for Heather Benveniste. I opened it at work and decided to contact Heather, and I am so glad that I did. I have never had to appear in court, and on the first debt, she was able to negotiate my debt down almost $700.00 and I received court papers 6 months later for the 2nd debt. It wasn't until I saw how he organized my medical history that I realized how much work really went into our case. He did such a good job that the Judge didn't even take the time to do the final hearing. Marshall definitely has a sense of humor and obviously knows what he is doing. It was a long process and I didn't get approved till the third appeal... but that sounds like how the system is set up. My only complaint is that he can be a fast talker sometimes which says more about my cognition. At the end of the day he got me a fully favorable decision and had more faith in my case than even I did.

When I started looking into getting divorced, I was pretty nervous as one would imagine. I did some research and ended up getting in touch with Jerry.
