I hired Patrick to deal with a matter. While it seemed to drag on and would never get any resolution due to the company I was suing, it did finally go to trial and I can't imagine any other attorney having such command of the courtroom. No matter what the final outcome I can be satisfied knowing he had my best interests in mind the entire time. Patrick is the one you want in the courtroom with you! I will forever be in his debt and he was most gracious with his billing. Not many lawyers give discounts but Patrick is one of them! I would recommend him to anyone.

I used Patrick McEuen to handle an insurance issue I had a with a local hospital. My surgeon tried to overcharge me due to his mis-diagnosis (refusal to take necessary tests prior to surgery). Patrick handled it with my insurance company, gathering all the details of their procedures in billing, and wrote several letters on my behalf to the hospital and also a collection agency. I was very impressed by him and how he took care of me even though it wasn't a huge case. I would definitely recommend him and his staff. He's very personal and I felt comfortable doing business with him.

I’m so grateful to Laura Conyers and her team for helping me and my family through the most difficult time of our lives. Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. She was tactful, but headstrong from day 1. She did everything she could to hold the hospital and staff accountable for their negligence. Not once, did I sense from her that this was about her firm or just the monetary end. She has a heart for those that have been mistreated. She also was great from the client/professional standpoint. I felt like I could access her help and ask her questions directly at any time. We won our case and I am so thankful that her persistence and knowledge aided us like it did. We are forever grateful.

I retained the services of Mr. Pagano several years ago when he was practicing as a criminal defense attorney. I was charged with misdemeanor battery and sexual abuse. Although these were very frightening charges, Mr. Pagano always discussed the case with me in person and carefully went through how the law applied to my particular case. He firmly believed in my innocence and never waivered in his approach to fighting for me at all court hearings. He demonstrated superior knowledge of the law in all his court presentations and motions. Unfortunately, he had to discontinue representing me before my cases concluded because he was appointed as a judge/magistrate for the County Division Courts in Lake County. Based on all my experiences with Attorney Pagano during that two-year period on my case, I would strongly recommend him in the area of criminal law and for any judicial position in the criminal courts. If more people like him were judges, there would be far fewer miscarriages of justice and innocent people would not be wrongly convicted. Mike honestly does the right thing and holds the State to their burden of proof without reservations.

I hired Mr. Jungers for a personal injury claim. He got me a settlement that I was pleased with. He was very good about returning my calls and keeping me updated about the status of my claim. I hired Mrs. Campbell a couple years ago. I was embroiled in a post divorce decree situation whereas my ex spouse was underpaying child support by 250%, avoiding changes I was attepting though the courts, and using her lawyer to help delay and exacerbate the problem so that she was able to escape responsibility. Mrs. Campbell stepped in on my behalf, was calm, patient, professional, and proceeded in an exceptional manner that brought fairness and closure to this issue. I felt, being a dad and having my 4 children most of the year that my case didn't receive the attention it would have if I were the mother. I have to say my ex spouse's attorney was known for being relentless, feisty and he was even intimidating. But to Mrs. Campbell, she was not fazed at all and used her knowledge and exceptional negotiating skills to make things happen and bring things to an end through mediation. I was pleased with the way she treated me as a person and was confident the entire process. And I was pleased at the outcome. I definitely recommend her services to anybody in need. I was so happy that actually I came back recently and I am having her draw up a last will and testament for me.

My lawyer was able to get me a change of physical custody of my daughter, whom lives out of state, and all of this was done without my having to step foot in a court room. My wife and I met Brett when we hired his firm to initiate a very complicated law suit against my former employer. From the very beginning, it was apparent that Brett was a person who really handled comlicated issues very well. His ogranization of a vast amount of detailed and important (many times hard to follow) information was excellent. His attention to detail was right next to that. Syed Ali is currently working with my family in a case to help my son with autism in addition to many families of children with autism. My son attends an ABA center in which he is learning skills specifically tailored to his needs and level of cognitive understanding. His insurance company, which is mandated to cover ABA since our state has an autism mandate and ABA is considered an effective methodology for children with autism, is not covering the hours of ABA therapy that my son needs based on doctor and ABA specialist recommendations. Basically, our insurance company is breaking the law by making their own recommendations and cutting hours rather than covering the therapy based on expert recommendations. Syed Ali is trying to help my son receive the ABA hours that he so desperately needs and to maximize his ability to learn new skills and quality of life. Syed is a genuine attorney who is trying to help my son along with all children with autism who are of school age to receive the ABA hours that they need. While the insurance company believes that my son belongs in public school and should be receiving the services there, I personally know that this will not happen any time soon and that ABA centers exist for the very purpose of teaching skills to children like my son in a very specialized setting in which trained experts in behavior are working with my son one:one. He is learning skills, and this is the only documented method that has ever shown progress toward learning and attaining skills for my son. I know that Syed Ali is working toward making this a reality for my son as well as many other children who are similar to my son. When I first met Mr. John Maksimovich I knew instantly that he was all business; as you'd like your lawyer to be, nothing but the FACTS. His patience and understanding during the handling of our families very serious case was gracious and respectful always; he listened intently, asked appropriate questions, took notes accordingly and didn't rush anyone or anything. His genuine comprehension of the LAW is impeccable.
Mr. M was the 2nd lawyer designated to this 'accused' murder case; I thank God every day for the "mishaps" that led to that decision. Without Johns' dedication to his work and this case, (which I'll call a complete farce of wrongful imprisonment), my fiance' would not have seen the light of day; for possibly the rest of his life. I will be forever grateful and most appreciative for the hard work and long hours Mr. M willing provided to our family; which proved, by jury trial, a very just acquittal.

When it comes to consulting and/or hiring a lawyer you should be skeptical; just knowing your in need of a lawyer could sometimes make a person feel helpless. Sometimes situations occur in your life that you have no control over, next thing you know your shopping for the best lawyer you can possibly find. And there are a lot of them. It's ultimately up to you to choose someone that you think will benefit you in your situation. Someone that you can trust. Someone you can trust your life with in some cases. Fortunately for me I met John; I got to know him, he got to know me and most importantly I learned to trust him. Communication between a client and a lawyer is key in my eyes. John is a straight forward lawyer and very, very dedicated to his client (some face to face prep meetings going until 10pm; well knowing that we had an early court appearance the next morning). Definitely a lawyer you want on your side! I trusted him with my life. That being said, I will forever owe Mr. John Maksimovich; for he helped me during a part of my life that I will never forget. Don't be fooled, he is a very intelligent man. I Thank You For Everythng You've Done To Help Me John.

Having never gone through the court system before, I was extremely overwhelmed when I initiated two protective orders. After careful consideration, I decided to hire an attorney. I found the process of finding a lawyer to be extremely stressful, as I wouldn't get calls back or would talk to an assistant, never with an actual attorney. As soon as I connected with Dina, she put me at immediate ease. My first impressions of her were that she is very confident, knowledgeable, experienced, and detail oriented. She demonstrated high integrity and humility by not agreeing to accept my cases until she was confident she could help. She always was exceptionally open and transparent with me throughout the entire process. She spoke in terms that I understood, which was very much appreciated. I contacted Ms. Lozano because she had represented my son as a public defender. Being from out of state, I did not know who to turn to, but I knew that years ago, she treated my son with respect and gave him the representation that he needed. I needed Ms Lozano to go to court and have a charge dismissed, to have a charge recalled from a national data base, talk to the prosecutor and work with DOC from another state.

Unfortunately, I believe Mr. Meyer is now working in the business world, continuing to work with his expansive and still expanding knowledge of construction and business issues. Mr. Meyer was always able to understand my issues and work toward identifying cost effective and swift resolution to my problems.
