I was facing some very rough and tough circumstances. My parents left an inheritance and my siblings didn’t want me to have my fair share, in fact they didn’t want me to have a dime. Keenan let them know he was representing me and I would not be taken advantage of. Within a month of closing an irrevocable trust, I had money in the bank and am debt free. Had Keenan not been my lawyer I’d still be waiting for what is rightfully mine. Keenan came to me as a referral from a friend. My dad's wife petitioned to be administrator of my dad's estate. Keenan helped with all aspects of this case in order for her not to take advantage (which she was trying to do) of my siblings and I. Every step of the way he was kind and compassionate. My divorce was lasted over a year and a half, was very contentious and Eric stuck with me every step of the way. My ex had two attorneys during the process and we also had a guardian ad litem involved and Eric’s communication between all of the other parties and myself was very professional. Eric really took the time to listen to my story from the initial consultation onward. He is very compassionate, kind, and honest. He told me what the most likely outcomes would be all along the way in my custody case. My case ended up going to trial over property division and Eric was very prepared and prepared me very well for the questioning in court. We essentially won every argument made at trial. Ron provides honest feed back & isn't afraid of challenging you on points that you state that may not be legitimate in court. Ron believes in what is best for the minor children and gets results based on this alone. He was able to get the parenting plan I proposed which my ex was against and not in the best interest of the children. I would hire Ron again if I needed him and I have referred him and he got excellent results for my friend, again with the children's best interests in mind. Great family oriented attorney that gets the results his clients ask for.

Having never encountered such injury before, Tom's representation was essential. He is very knowledgable and provided guidance throughout the months of recovery then settlement and continues to provide information to us when requested.
Our questions were always answered in details we could understand and he updated us with information he received from the carrier. We felt as if we were all a "team"...with Tom as the coach!
Tom's assistant, Lynn, was valuable, also. She did not provide legal counsel, but answered questions within her realm.
My injury could have been worse physically and would have been much worse without Tom's representation. I was unable to deal with financial issues for several months and my wife needed legal guidance from someone who knows the "in's and out's" of insurance and medicare issues. We asked Tom to take over; my wife and I appreciate his guidance very much.

Horrible experience. Do not hire this firm. I was embarrassed to have this law firm represent me for a PFA order. The attorney was filling in for my attorney and he knew absolutely nothing about my case. He actually made things worse for me. I would have done a better job representing myself. I wound up rescinding the PFA on my own because I couldn't trust my legal counsel to protect me.
I thought I was paying $400/hour to be protected by an established firm. Instead, I felt like my kids and I didn't matter to them. Only my money.

I have never particularly been in any substantial trouble with the law, but last year my life nearly turned upside down when I was faced with a false sexual battery accusation that would have left me, an innocent law abiding man, with over a decade on the sex offender registry had it not been for the exemplary support of Jerry Merril. Not only did Jerry go absolutely above and beyond to cover every possible issue in my case, spending countless hours going through piles of evidence, conducting investigations and research, coordinating work with experts, filing strategic motions, etc., but gave me an absolute steal of a deal in fees that essentially ended up equaling the value of three lawyers for the price of one. Furthermore, Jerry explained things thoroughly and clearly to me every step of the way, making sure that I understood every decision that was made that eventually led to my full innocence. Jerry is a diligent, compassionate, and committed lawyer. I got into some trouble for the first time in my life (I am in my 5th decade) and he understood that the only fair outcome for my case was complete and utter eradication of the charges. He didn't promise that but said in certain cases that could be achieved. I had interviewed another attorney prior to meeting Jerry who I am sure would have been competent, but I don't believe would have gone the extra mile that Jerry went to acheive my goal of expungement. Not only did he achieve that goal but he kept me informed every step of the way so as to reduce my anxiety. Mr. Hicks worked with me on a case that involved a past client that was not happy with the services my company provided. The case went from negotiations all the way to a trial. I had an ex who was less than pleased that I had moved on. He made multiple calls to DCF with lies and fabrications. As soon as I was contacted by someone at DCF, I called Mr. Mitchell's office and got an appointment right away. He took my case and within 2 weeks I had full custody of my children. As a dad in Kansas you always hear how it is impossible to gain custody of your kids over their mom. Mr. Hall was my attorney who handled the foreclosure case on my house and my father's probate. He worked with the lender's attorney and appeared at the Judge's conference to help me obtain a mortgage modification for my house. The mortgage foreclosure case was dismissed. On the probate case, he was very good with explaining about the probate process as the case went through probate. His fees were reasonable and affordable.

I was so nervous on my way to meet Kristina. Once I was in her office and settled in I knew I had made a great choice. I needed to know that my decision was the best option for me. Kristina went over all of my options and explained the process in a very refreshing way. Not over my head but not talking down to me either. The process of settling an estate is always seemingly complex and bespoke to the situation. Stephanie really knows her stuff! It’s one thing to be generally familiar with estate planning law. It’s something else entirely to know the specifics of special needs law and how trusts must work to avoid causing problems with government benefits, but she has that covered too.
She helped us determine what fit us and our family best and wrote our documents very carefully in a way that prevents many potential pitfalls. Her knowledge of who can carry out some of our requirements (trustees, care managers, guardians, etc.) was also of great assistance.
Most of all, she truly cared about making sure we had everything set up just right to take care of our adult special needs children long after we’re gone. We have peace of mind knowing that Stephanie wrote our legal documents as if they were for her own child.

Charles is an outstanding attorney! He represented me in a case, which could have been a third offense, but because of his expertise and knowledge of DUI case law, one of the priors was out of state and over 20 years ago, which could have still counted, but Charles was able to submit a supreme court case that shows an out-of-state prior must be submitted with court approved stamp or seal from the county or city, and even though the judge gave prosecutor a month to get this document, she, for some reason did not, and therefore, my conviction was DUI 2nd not 3rd. Not only were the fines less, but the house arrest with ankle monitoring was reduced from 88 days to 3 days house arrest. I can only guess that majority of DUI attorneys probably do not know about that supreme court case and challenged the prosecutor to produce it.
