When people say they have a great lawyer and, someone they can recommend, there is a natural inclination to still feel uneasy. What do you mean by a "great lawyer" they ask me. Why do you recommend him? In short: Scott F. Wyatt represents something more than just your run-of-the-mill attorney. A man who will not only treat you like family, but is passionate about doing so!
When I first met Scott F. Wyatt the attributes that struck me immediately were: His attentive nature, calm disposition and "one of the good ole boys" attitude. I never felt rushed or worried when we were sitting in the courthouse before trial. In fact, after we went over how we were going to approach the trial, we kicked back and talked fishing, sports, music (dude has some great taste) and a little philosophy. This made my very stressful situation seem like dust in the breeze at times.
Now, he's where his true talent comes into play. I was in quite a bit of trouble. I had a potential DUI, which, in my opinion, was wrongly accused. I felt like there was nothing I could do, though. That is, until Scott Wyatt looked over my case.
He made sure we covered EVERY avenue, EVERY nook and cranny. By the time we were done he had amassed for me a case that was not only expertly constructed, but also passionately. This is because Scott Wyatt doesn't do this just for the money, he has STRONG CONVICTIONS towards helping his client and an abusive system that manipulates the weak. Trust me when I say that if you are the underdog, he's the best man in the business to even those odds.
As mentioned previously, I was so intimidated, I was so frustrated. He raised my spirits and my confidence, but he never promised me something he could not do. He reminded me, "Look Josh, we got a strong case, but there's a chance we don't come out of this without a black eye.", but when I made my decision to take this to trial, he was behind me 100%.
To make a long story short, we pressed on, it was a battle of attrition. He showed me how to present myself to the judge, told me to get recommendations from work, my union, family, friends, community service. Then first of many settlements approached...
A year probation, fines and a lowered charge. However, it would've stayed on my record and I wasn't going to stand for that. When I showed my desire to fight, I could have sworn I saw the fangs of a lion in his smile. So, we declined and pressed for trial.
After a few more lack luster settlements, the day before trial, I got a phone call. They wanted to settle... I went to court and the results were in: Expired tabs, what I was ORIGINALLY pulled over for. I couldn't believe it, but Scott could.
After the trial we kicked back at my house by the pool, had a barbecue and smoked some well deserved cigarettes. To me, Scott is MUCH MORE than just your run-of-the-mill paper work lawyer. He's a true diamond in the ruff. There is no better man in Michigan for your legal troubles. He's passionate, strong, believes in his ability to succeed and will make you feel like family.
So, when I say I have lawyer for you, I mean much, much more than that. I have not only a lawyer for you but someone who, after my experience with him, I can call on as a friend. Prior to meeting Melissa, I was in desperate need of support from my bankbruptcy attorneys.
I had retired early from my job due to medical reasons and my SS didn't begin until 5 months later. I tried to explain the financial issues to my attorneys: I emailed both of them and tried to contact them on the phone. My calls were not once answered or returned. Neither were the several (rather desparate ) emails I sent to both, explaining the changes in my circumstances and that I was unable to pay the Court until I received my retroactive Social Security payments.
After 60 days with no contact from them, I called the trustee's office , discussed my situation and was sent a listing of attorneys in my area. I feel that I am extremely fortunate that I selected Melissa's firm (Charles Schneider). My appointment was scheduled within a couple of days of my initial call, my prior case notes were discussed with me and my options on how best to proceed were carefully explained.
After followup calls and appointments with Melissa, my case was reviewed by the Court.
Bottom line: My case issues were all resolved and Melissa also negotiated more affordable monthly payments due to my retirement and reduced income.
I cannot praise her efforts and support enough!

Going through any bankruptcy is not easy. But Melissa made it less painful. Her excellent knowledge of the law and the inner workings of the bankruptcy court was key in helping us to file, maintain, and finally complete our bankruptcy. Near the end of our bankruptcy due my wife being forced to retire and we losing half of our income we were forced to request a modification. Melissa took on this challenge, negotiating with our remaining creditors and the trustee for an approved modification to our plan that was acceptable to all parties involved, helped us avoid incurring new debt in the process. I highly recommend this attorney if you are faced with bankruptcy. Communication with , and compassion for the client are two things that Melissa excelled at. She exceeded my expectations.

I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. Philip Hamilton is a great lawyer who genuinely cares about his clients.
I had a family court case that was a custody battle between my deceased wife's brother and I.
At the time my health was really bad. I was suffering from heart disease and some other acute health issues that resulted in getting surgery.
I had been out of work and was on leave but my pay wasnt the same.
Attorney Hamilton assured me that he could help and he did just that.
He just charged me for court filings and told me to just concentrate on getting better.
He worked out all the paperwork in court and diligently assisted me all the way to an agreement and now my children are in a great place to were I co parent with their uncle.

I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2016. In August things started going wrong with just about everything. It was in and out of the dealership every month. I had a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased in January of 2015 and only had 3000 miles on it. I took it in twice within 30 days for the sun roof leaking, 5 times within a month because of the check engine light. They tried to fix the sunroof but the transmission was another story. The last time they had it for 30 days and had to call engineers from Auburn Hills to come out. They literally torn that vehicle apart from top to bottom. I didn't feel comfortable with the fact they said they fixed it and it fell within the Lemon Law guidelines. My dealings with Troy were very easy I could email him information, fax it to him or need be talk with him. I learned from him that I signed the arbitration agreement which I pretty much signed my rights away because I used an employee discount something people don't realize when signing all the forms for a purchase, but if you don't sign it you cannot use the discount. However, in the end with persistence on his part he was able to get Chrysler to honor the lemon law. The middle of January 2016 I was given a refund from Chrysler all but $500 for mileage and they paid him in full. I can't thank him more for what he did, I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a lemon.

After having a defamation anit-SLAPP motion already dismissed in Texas, I hired Enrico through his law firm, Traverse Legal.
I consulted with Enrico on the phone, and was immediately impressed with his diverse legal team of experts, all reasonably priced. Enrico was key in driving his team, coordinating conversations, coordinating milestone appeal deadlines, and communicating everything to me in a very prompt and professional manner.
His law firm uses a web based bulletin board system, which makes the tracking of my case, and communication with the legal team, incredibally efficient and productive. There was never a time that I didn't know what was going on. Extremely well organized communication system.
Enrico, though his own legal expertise and that of his team, quickly determined that filing an anti-SLAPP Appeal was not the best approach for my case. The best approach was to gain leverage in order to negotiate a settlement with the Plantiff.
Enrico strongly encouraged a mediation, which I declined due to the normal cost of mediation and the perceived stubborness of the Plantiff to drag it out.
I opted for settlement discussions outside of mediation. These discussions were timely and always represented my interests. Progress was made with the settlement discussions, until a wall was hit where the Plantiff became increasingly unreasonable, where it was apparent to me that the Plantiff really wanted a trial.
Since Enrico was not local to Texas, I opted to switch law firms to a local litigator to proceed to the trial phase.
I would strongly reccomend Enrico and Traverse Legal to anyone. They were awesome.

I met with Mr. Berchiatti by way of reference of a shared acquaintance. Before our first meeting, my only perception of divorce and/or lawyers was from what I gleaned from television or movies. Due to my naive understanding of reality, I guess I expected a huge building with numerous secretaries and even a reporter or two. Divorce is an awful experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
Instead, I entered the small building in Allendale, was approached at the door by a gentle golden lab, and then quickly greeted by Mr. Berchiatti who introduced himself as Dan. The first thing he asked when we went into his conference area was that I tell him "what's going on." He was patient, attentive, asked questions, and took notes. Since it was my wife that had filed, I was unfamiliar with the process (and always felt a step behind), but Dan examined my case (they are all different) and was able to succinctly outline several key components:
1. What to expect next
2. What to do to prepare for what happens next
3. What not to do!
I did not feel rushed. I did not feel ashamed (maybe a little). I did not feel I should look for a different attorney. I was almost always able to reach him right away, and if not, he was certain to return my calls at his next convenience. He even went out of his way to explain to me how to fill out large portions of the paper work on my own, thus saving myself money by not paying him to do it. I never felt he had anything but my best interest in mind.
As I said, every divorce case is different, and what works for one, may not work for another. However, I have no regrets having hired Mr. Berchiatti to represent my case, and I have no reservations about recommending him to others.

My Father was stricken with a very aggresive form of lung cancer and it was clear to be able to provide for my mother's well being we needed a different financial strategy then the one planned by my parents and we needed it fast. I consulted with Rob and he provided my brothers and I not only with a very clear understanding of our options but a recomendation and action plan that when executed would take care of my Mothers long term care. Having said that we needed to act fast and within a few days Rob had all of the legal work complete and executed just a few days before my Father died.

Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case. Trial lasted a week but it only took the jury maybe 15 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY. He was expensive but worth every penny. I owe him my freedom and will always be grateful for what he did for me.

Mr. Fraser represented me in a child custody case in Ingram county. I had not previously been represented in family court and the results were devastating. My sons father was granted full physical custody and I was only allowed weekend and holiday visits. For eight years this went on.
I had told everybody about the situation at my son’s father‘s house and how bad it was a nobody would listen, except for Mr. Fraser.
They’re finally came a time when evidence of alcohol abuse and domestic violence from an outside source became available. And Mr. Fraser utilized that evidence to change my family’s life! After eight years of fighting, tears, lost time, and trying to tell my story, the truth was being told. We took this evidence to friend of the Court in Ingham County and Mr. Fraser was effective in presenting the evidence in a manner in which the judge was able to make a decision that was very positive for me, my son and our family.

I am a MMMP card holder with medical marijuana patient status and am licensed to grow my own medicinal marijuana plants at home. Thinking I was doing everything according to the rules, didn't prevent law enforcement from coming to the house to pay a visit. And in the process found things that they we're going to challenge....... period. Long story short, I wound up with Felony Manufacturing charges. Which if prosecuted to the full extent of the law would bring 4 years in prison with it. I knew immediately that I would need good, rather great, representation. That's when I contacted attorney John Fraser at Grewal Law in Okemos, and asked him to come on board. And thank God I did. First of all, as far as anyone in the Greater Lansing area that is an expert on Michigan Medical Marijuana Law, it's attorney Fraser for sure. So if you have a case pertaining to anything drug related, I would highly recommend your contacting him. But his expertise travels well beyond that of drug related law. And the team he works with at Grewal are also people of integrity, with a diverse array of special qualifications for really any legal need. My case looked as though it would be bound over to the circuit Court. But when he was able to present a few of our arguments to the prosecutor, she was faced with the reality that her case wasn't worth pursuing. And yes, without ever needing to even be present for my preliminary exam, the decision was made to throw out my case entirely! Judge signed the papers the following morning. And now all of this is behind me now...... for good. And for that I sincerely thank and commend Mr. Fraser.
