My wife and were leisurely riding our motorcycle with my brother and sister in-law on their bike. An individual in a car crossed the centerline on a 2 lane country road, and put all four of us in the hospital. My wife got the worst of it. She was flown to the hospital and nearly died. She is now a quad with an amputated leg. Our family contacted Jason and he took care of all our needs, and has been helping us for the past 12 plus years as needed. I was injured in a car accident caused by an uninsured driver. While sitting at a red light, waiting to turn left, the driver wasn't paying any attention and plowed into the rearend of my car. It was a severe accident, totalling my vehicle and leaving me unconscious. When I came-to, I was being attended to by emergency medical providers and the police were there. I had no recollection of what happened. I was confused about what was going on and people were asking me questions that I could answer. Let me tell you, when that happens to you, the anxiety and worry starts immediately. I was in intense pain from my neck and shoulder for many months and my medical bills were adding up. I could not work for quite awhile, but as a self-employed person I had to figure out how to get my work done. Compounding all of this was the fact that the other driver had no insurance. I call Jason Waechter, whom a friend of mine said was the guy to talk to about car accidents and uninsured drivers. I'm glad I did, because my own insurance company was doing everything they could to get out of paying. You would be shocked at the lengths insurance companies will go to in order to stick it to you when you need them. Jason wouldn't let that happen. In Michigan, when you're in a car accident and the other driver doesn't have insurance, you have to go to your own insurance company for compensation. It's how Michigan no-fault works (make sure you are properly covered in case of uninsured motorist accident). My own aut insurance company did not want to pay anything but the absolute minimum they could get away with, forcing us to bring a lawsuit against them. Believe me, you want Jason on your side if you ever have to do a lawsuit against your insurance company. While they made ridiculously low offers, Jason was putting together a real case. He tried to settle with them several times, but they continued to balk. When we went in for our pretrial conference, and he discussed his case with them, the insurance company lawyers all of a sudden changed their minds. Jason held them to the grindstone, he came out with a settlement that was tens of thousands of dollars more than his previous offers of settlement. I was very pleased with his methodical work, his communications, and his ability to reason with the parties involved. I even more pleased that he was able to get me the compensation I needed. It is with great appreciation that I would like to share my experience with Robert Blamer as my attorney and legal representation in my difficult and unusual case involving my automobile accident.
When I first met Mr. Blamer at his office I was very hesitant, uncertain and confused. The head trauma I suffered in the accident left me feeling vulnerable, a position I was not used to being in.
During the progression of that initial meeting - though I remained reserved, I quickly found myself warming to his approachable personality. His strength of character and extensive knowledge gave me the assurance I needed to go forward with entrusting my case to him though I remained guarded.
As time and my case progressed Mr. Blamer ( slightly exasperated I might add ) made the statement, " Gloria at some point you are going to have to trust me ". In response I skeptically raised my eyebrows in drawn out silence. Trust is not something I have ever taken lightly or given freely and with my history must be hard earned and proven.
At the close of my case as we settled in our seats for the final decisions Mr. Blamer looked over at me and said, " I don't like to loose." I stared back intently and gamely replied, " I don't either".
Not surprising to me, we did win the case and for the first time ever I found myself signing documents without painstakingly reading them first. Mr. Blamer quickly informed me I had every right to read them before signing. I looked up at him and smiled assuredly, "Bob, I trust you". Nothing more needed to be said. I had given him the highest honor I could have given anyone.

Attorney Phifer is one of the most astute probate and estate planning lawyers I know. Not only were his years of experience obvious when dealing with the sometimes confusing details of my grandmother's estate great, but the amount of research that he does as well as his deftness with current laws and trends are very much head and shoulders over other attorneys I spoke with. As the executor of an estate, I tried liquidating a property that was in probate by myself. I ran into many problems and delays because I didn't fully understand real estate or the probate process. Mr. Phifer helped me close the probate and sell the property without any incumbrances. I sold the property in the nick of time before losing it to property taxes.

About 4 years ago my wife had made the call to ABC law centers after researching various attorneys. We had actually been give an attorney’s phone number from a friend which we called. He talked to me for about two minutes and had no interest in trying to help. He wanted us to ask the doctors what happened to our son and then get back with him.
Jesse Reiter was FAR more concerned with trying to help us find out what had caused Matthew’s condition. He and his team took over an hour talking with my wife over the phone gathering information and then sent out the necessary paperwork so they could start looking into what had happened to Matthew. Since we had twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, they assured us that this was their specialty and they would get us answers.
The process then began with more paperwork and meetings as well as creating a video documentary for the care and condition of our son Matthew. All of this was done very professionally and within our hectic schedule. At no time did we ever feel like we were being pressured and everyone was very sympathetic to our needs.
Jesse Reiter and Rebecca Walsh worked very hard for us in this 4 year process. Jesse Reiter even commented on this being one of his longest cases that he has handled, but at no time did they waiver from the end goal of finding out what had caused Matthew’s condition.
Jesse and Rebecca did an AWESOME job of being sympathetic, patient, understanding and caring in their handling of our son’s case. Because of their hard work and persistence we are now assured of Matthew’s future care. This is a HUGE weight off of our minds because, as many parents, we were concerned of Matthew’s future for when we would no longer be around.

I could not have made it through two very difficult situations with out Mr. Lewis as my lawyer. With his representation both situations ended very positively. I have limited space in this review, so I will try to keep it short. The team goes above and beyond for their clients, and without them, I have no idea where I would be. They give the most straightforward advice, and if something goes bump, they know their stuff well enough to maneuver around it. There is always a way, and they find it. They are very good at letting their clients use their voice, and making their voices heard. I cannot say enough good things about them, so I'm leaving multiple reviews in multiple sites, in hopes that everyone can see what I see in the team at Hyde Law. I didn't find them, they found me, and took a chance with me, a chance I will be FOREVER in their debt in terms of owing them my life. I'm sure I've given them more than one headache, but they are ever so patient and understanding, reassuring me when they know I need it, and letting me rant and rave while they pick through the relevant pieces. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Mike Williams represent us at the most difficult time of our lives.
We were scammed by a Debt Service and ended in us having to file Chapter 13. We were refered to him, by our future son-in-law. He said that Mike will help us out. At our lowest point our vehicle was repossed and were going after our other assets. Mike made arrangements to see us the following day. Within days our vehicle was in our possession. He also stopped the creditors from coming after our other assets.
His kindness and concern towards our situation is something we will never forget.
Mike has helped us in other areas to help us get some justice and closure for our future. I can't count the times he called checking on us to assure us that we will be alright and get through this.
You will never know the comfort and appreciation for all that he has done for us. They say people come into your life for a reason. I thank God he was there for us.

I have used this firm’s services for bankruptcy and also a divorce with custody being the main dispute. Unfortunately my ex was extreamly difficult and would not agree to anything therefor my case ended up in a trial. Dealing with Landlords can be a scary thing. Your entire household is on the line. Gary was calming and patient and explained what could and could not be done; what my options were; the best course of action and WHY. Legalese can be very tricky and landlords have the upper hand and lawyers of their own AND they have dealt with this kind of situation multiple times. So has Gary. Laura handles herself extremely well in and out of the courtroom. She is very well respected among her peers and the professionals associated with the court.
