My husband and I were involved in a three car pileup back in September 2017. As strange as it sounds, that was the best thing that could have happened to us. My husband and I both had severe back pain and damage to our car from the accident. Neither of us were sure what to do so we hired Drue Solomon. My wife and I were Rear-ended and were drowning in what we should do. We called up Drue Solomon for advice. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and offered his services. We have never worked with a lawyer before, but we are so grateful we hired Drue. We had damages to our car and both my wife and I were in a lot of pain. With in a day of us giving him all the information on the accident he had us at the best chiropractic office in the city. A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver in the course of my work. I had major damage to my ankle (and other parts of my body). Because this was both a personal injury case and work comp, it was not pretty! I was referred to an attorney, only to be dropped by that attorney because his partner represented the at fault insurance company. Frustrated and without counsel, I searched for someone to help. Being dropped by another attorney made it very difficult to find another. I reached out to a college friend who is an attorney here in Las Vegas. She specializes in work comp, but could not help me as she was about to go on medical leave. She recommended her friend - Adam Muslusky. For 2 years, Adam represented me ... more than represented me, he became my friend through this painful process. My employer treated me horribly ... the work comp insurance company faught everything. Adam was able to get me bi-weekly checks from work comp to cover my expenses. He was always available to me - even after hours if I had a question. Surgeries and lots of physical therapy later, it was time to settle. Adam fought hard on my behalf. Nothing makes up for all of the pain and suffering I truly went through, but I can confidently say Adam Muslusky and his staff were by my side the entire time. My father was rear-ended while completely stopped at a light; clearly, the other driver wasn’t paying attention at all and hit my dad’s car. We tried just going through insurance initially but it seemed like we couldn’t get their time of day. After a friend of the family told us about Tony and his firm, we called and they actually took good care of us. From the initial consultation with ernesto, to the countless phone calls we had to make to the firm for updates and treatment adjustments, each time we didn’t feel like we were being ignored or put off.

I was in an accident and didn't think that Sgro & Roger did personal injury cases; I went to their website and found that they recently began taking on PI cases so I decided to give the office a call. I was impressed with how nicely I was treated by the attorneys, specifically Mr. Sgro and Meredith Weiner.
They made me feel like my case was just as important as the rest of the cases they must've been working on. Plus I got reimbursed for the cost of my medical treatment and damage to my vehicle. I'd recommend this office to anybody in the city.

Several years ago I worked with Tony Sgro on a small criminal matter. He and his associates were always on top of my case and never let anything slip. It was very easy to get ahold of the firm and definitely worth the money to get a private attorney and not an appointed attorney. Considering going back to his firm to get my records sealed. I met Mr Anello the day after a DUI arrest. I was feeling hopeless going into the office but during the meeting he explained what was going on with my case and my options so I left feeling confident that I had a good competent attorney. Along with the DUI charges we also discussed how the arrest could effect a family law case that I was involved in at the time and his knowledge about those matters were a huge help to me. I only had to meet with him twice before choosing a plan that worked for my personal situation to move forward with my life without spending years in court or becoming financially exhausted. At the end of my case, the results were better than I initially expected so I was very satisfied with Mr. Anello’s work on my case. We hired one of the immigration lawyer to seek legal help on our case and he didn’t pay good attention to renew the visa process and almost going to be out of status.
We were stuck in fight or flight situation and the attorney was not handling properly.
We had some questions that only experienced lawyer could answer.
No lawyer would answer anything until you had paid for a consultation.
I called Dee and despite of her busy schedule, she called us back and gives us the legal advice.
We highly recommend Dee and her firm for anyone need help for immigration process.

After contacting other attorneys who wanted to charge me a consulting fee, I was referred to Alexis by a friend. I never really have understood a consulting fee. I feel the purpose of meeting with an attorney is an interview process to determine whether you believe that person would be a good fit and to decide if you choose to hire them or not. After contacting Alexis I made an appointment with her. Alexis is very friendly and outgoing. She's easy to speak with and communicates very well. During our meeting Alexis explained the benefits and protection that a trust provides. She outlined the entire process and disclosed all the cost involved. At that point I decided to retain her services. Alexis and her staff were in constant contact from that point on via email and they were always available by phone as well.
Planning and forecasting your future needs is not as simple as you made think until you have to do it. Alexis and her team clearly understood this more than I and were prepared to guide myself and my wife through it simplifying the process and easing the stress.

Kim Surratt is not only a great lawyer, she's a good person. She walked me through the hell that was my divorce, counseled me through the difficult decisions about the children, custody, child support, etc. and helped keep from going crazy when everything in my life was upside down. Divorces suck. There's no way around that. Having someone on my side that was empathetic to what I was going through, but was able to maintain a business mind about the whole thing was crucial to me making good decisions and not fighting just to fight because I was pissed. I've been back several times because of custody issues, and she's helped me navigate the ridiculousness of a crazy ex who happens to be the mother of my kids. I honestly don't think anyone could have done a better job.

At first I thought I could represent myself in my custody trial. After finding out the hard way after a couple of the hearings, how stressful and emotional it is, I decided to find a lawyer to represent me. After a few different consultations, I found that Mike (who was referred to me by a friend who also had won her case while being represented by Mike) really was the most honest & ethical out of the ones I interviewed. He was completely honest with me in regards to expectations, and I could definitely tell his knowledge from his years and years of experience. I decided to go with Mike, and I couldn't be any happier. Fast forward a year and a half later, we won our case. To top it off, his assistant, Danay, is really the nicest and best. She helped me so much throughout this, with whatever question I had. She was patient, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can go on and on about how great Danay is :) Both of them are really a great team! Ben is AMAZING!
I had a felony warrant that I have had since 2017. I called three different law offices before I called Bens law office, and all of them were in a rush and made me feel like a burden. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions because I felt so rushed. It felt like they just wanted me to pay them their fee but not ask too many questions.
But when I called and spoke to Ben, I knew immediately that he was the attorney that I would be hiring because he was patient, and explained everything in great detail. Not only that but he was just a breathe of fresh air after speaking to the other law firms. He seriously went above and beyond and just gave me a sense of relief. He didn’t make any false promises and he did exactly what he said he would do. I am BEYOND satisfied with the services of this law office and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needed legal assistance. My warrant is now clear and Ben did everything that he said he would do.

Mike saved our business. We went through a rough time with a business partner and were one the edge of losing it all. He came in and made it happen. I would definitely recommend Lyn. I had Lyn file a motion for an early termination of my probation after I was told by parole and probation I wasn't going to be able to be released early. Lyn was very nice and very professional. She had my motion filed very quickly and about a month after our initial meeting she had already recieved the court order terminating my probation and dismissing my charges. Nobody likes lawyers, until you need a lawyer. Knowing that I had Garrett on my side has made owning a business a much more pleasant experience. Garrett Sutton is the reason I can't make lawyer jokes anymore. He is trustworthy, smart, and ethical. Not much room for jokes there. He has helped me incorporate two businesses, written articles for magazines I've edited, and helped me form my publishing company, Lucky Bat Books. He has been there with patient answers for my most ridiculous questions and has always made me feel as if this business stuff is something I can handle. He not only formed my corporation, he guided me through writing contracts and establishing billing regimen, and even recommended someone to do my taxes. I would trust him with any legal matter.
Garrett's kindness is well known in my community and is a major reason I originally sought him out. I was referred to Chris to help with a business dispute between partners in a company where it was clear the partnership would be ended.
Chris was extremely helpful from the start. He assisted in developing the strategy to achieve our goal of ending the partnership and distribute the assets, but as in most cases like this emotions were running high and logic was not at the forefront of people's minds. Chris asked good questions, engaged the other patners' council in a discussion and negotiated a good exit for all parties.

Adriana was fantastic. I fired my previous lawyer who did nothing on my auto accident claim and never updated me. Adriana kept me informed every week on the status of my claim and fought hard to get my previous attorney to lower his fees (he tried to get a big fee for doing nothing.
