I hired Michael Carman on a referral from my trust attorney in NV. Mike and I met on a Monday, I hired him on the spot, my complaint was filed 3 days later and he and his team (Maria, Missy, Emma, Stephanie and Robin) worked diligently to successful gain an annulment for me in 35 days!! Mike is crystal clear, to the point & most importantly does NOT waste your time or money. Mike is very approachable and available. He ONLY wants what is best for the client and encourages his clients to move on when the divorce is done. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with an attorney. Thank you Mike and team.

Mike partnered with Corinne in 2016, They are currently and have been working on my case for over a year. I actually met Michael by accident. I was a single father trying to get custody of his son after my girlfriend was advised by legal council to leave the state without consent. The way the laws were written, there are nearly no protections afforded single fathers. I was actually using a different lawyer, and due to a very biased judge, I was only allowed to see my son 9 days a month, and I was ordered to pay $693 a month Child support. Michael worked very hard on our appeal to the state supreme court, and while we were not able to overturn the decision of the original judge (one who is no longer serving as a family judge in the state of Nevada), we were able to get legislation introduced to help cement the rights of unwed fathers in Nevada. I see the people that gave him low reviews complained that he overcharged them. I can't speak for that, but I can tell you that he did all the work on my case, which would have been well in excess of $100k completely Pro Bono. While he was unable to get help for me, I do not believe it was due to anything he did wrong, but due to an incorrect decision by the state Supreme Court of the State of Nevada.

She was very friendly at my consultant and I brought my daughter with me. I was already ripped off by my husband of 19 years and I can't touch his trust but I can get at least 1/2 his pension. I'm living with my daughter and her family which I thank God everyday for that Blessing. Ms. Miller said she could do the pension but at no time did she say that was another entity I had to hire. I sold all my jewelry to pay for this divorce below cost but I did it anyway. Then she screwed up by submitting the wrong divorce decree but a work up I reminded them the Alimony was pension not cash. So, I had to tell them it's wrong. And now, after I submit my decree to Teamsters they tell me it won't work there's a whole other paper work to go along with it. At no time did she tell me or give me a referral to the right attorney for my type of divorce. I have no money and now I have to come up with more money. She got her 1k+ what does it matter to her!

I retained Mr Barney for what should have been a simple trust administration and probate but my last 2 lawyers were too ignorant of the law to put a swift end to it. Nobody likes to come in as a third Atty so i was surprised and grateful he took the case. With everything truthful and right on my side, but a judge who hated me because i said I'd do everything i could to get her off the bench I'd she approved an accounting with a huge discrepancy, he came in, he was against a very dishonest opposing counsel who lied like most people breathe and Mr Barney remained faithful to the truth and what was right, called out the lies and ended up turning the entire case upside down and flipping it to reveal that I'd always been right, and due to the nature of the final days of litigation, i can't discuss the details but he showed the judge she wasn't going to get away with trying to harm me or keep the litigation going to dwindle my trusts and that in the end the truth, at least this time prevailed. At one point Mr Baney was in NY and i was nervous that a new lawyer ( Mr Holyoak) who is not dealt with was answering the opposing counsels emails but he was amazing, and citing case law and the Nevadas own statutes he informed opposing counsel that the request he was making of me was, had i done it, actually a felony. Needless to say the opposing counsel, famous for his lies and word salads had nothing to say for once and was effectively out in place. So either one you choose you're in great hands, The staff I'd great also, Doug and Melissa were amazing over the year and very kind. If you're looking for a lawyer to lie for you or slant the facts they're a dime a dozen, but this firm isn't one of them.

Trust law is complex and we were not familiar with the process. We found ourselves at odds with a successor trustee and basically in the dark. Attorney Zach Holyoke was the the equalizer. He coached us through the process and kept the other party moving forward with pace and transparency. Highly recommend the Anthony Barney firm.

I called a well known attorney after seeing his commercials for years back in 2011. I knew I had a case I just needed someone to listen to me and hear my story. That attorney was only interested in taking cases that were a guaranteed win, and as many as possible. He referred me to Phil. I had never heard of Phil or his firm so I was skeptical but had no other option. I left Phil a message and he responded via text to set up a time to talk. Finally someone was willing to hear my story. I was expecting a girl from his office to call in the way that the previous firm had done. Phil called me directly and did not rush me at all. I was a little put off because his personality was different than the charismatic attorneys I had seen on tv, but no one else had given me more than 5 minutes and here he was asking questions and showing empathy and interest for an hour. He believed me. Also he was my only option. He took my case. What I saw over the year that Phil represented me was a man who was not afraid of or intimidated by anyone. He believed me. He fought for me. It didn’t matter who opposing counsel was or how big the case was going to get. He fought for me and we won. I was awarded a large settlement after three other attorneys told me I had no case. Phil isn’t going to win best personality or be on a commercial or the cover of those magazines that attorneys pay to be featured in…but I have never seen someone so passionate, determined and unafraid. I hope I have no need, but if I do need an attorney again, I wouldn’t consider anyone BUT Phil.

Philip Trenchak and his Office Staff have helped me immensely with my Separation Agreement from my previous employer. I was new to the area and had no one to speak to when middle management decided to make personnel changes while the CEO was on sabbatical. Basically, my workload was increased and the respect given to me and my support staff decreased. I tried to defend myself by speaking to Corporate directly and give my A/P staff a raise but I was repeatedly ignored. They would not speak to me directly and told me to hire a lawyer. I used AVVO to find Philip's Stellar Law Office. They were very attentive, gave me specific options with fees on how to move forward, and were very patient with me and diligent with my case. Since my employer would not speak to me, Philip and Cristina were in constant communications with them and kept me updated with any new developments. After 3 months, Philip's office secured my Severance Payment and I can now move on to working for a more ethical not-for-profit company. Bill really came through after a car accident. The insurance company of the other driver didn't even want to pay the medical bills in full. He got them to pay the bills, something that I could not have done on my own.

I had a accident on the freeway . Rear ended by a semi. Their insurance was not very responsive to my requests. Bill made time for me and took care of everything. No time off work,made sure I was OK before negotiating with the insurance. He made them treat me fair. Thanks again Bill.

I was in a disputed liability traffic incident and Silvia represented my case. The at-fault party exhausted about every avenue to prolong and drag the incident but the representation remained persistent considering this was not a large claims/sum case. As this took place, my own insurance company was pursued for not exercising my policy. Silvia and her team handled it all with complete transparency. I always knew what was taking place alongside the next steps moving forward. Every inquiry of mine was addressed as this was my first car accident/insurance claim with the stress of the at-fault denying liability -and I had many. The knowledge and professionalism was very re-assuring and I would certainly recommend and retain services again. All I had to do was get better.

“In 2019 I was seriously injured in a car accident where I was rear ended in Carson City by a commercial truck. And the other driver’s insurance company did not call us back. So, I hired Sullivan Law to help. Wow, did they! The insurance company for the truck kept delaying and stalling and making excuses until we had enough of their games and Mr. Sullivan took them to court. In the fall of 2022, I felt like I was almost over the first accident when I suffered a second rear end collision - again in Carson City! It was so emotionally upsetting and painful. We engaged Sullivan Law to help again. Sullivan Law persevered and enlisted the help of Bradley Drendel & Jeanney in Reno for both cases. The insurance company on the 2019 case continued to stall. The 2019 case got set for trial in 2023 and with that pressure on, Joe Bradley and J. D. Sullivan and their great staffs worked hard together and got the 2019 case settled for me at the second mediation. Lisa and Amanda were great. What a relief! Even then, the insurance company delayed sending the settlement check, as agreed, and my attorneys had to threaten to get a court order forcing payment. Finally, after added delay, the insurance paid. And then, in late summer of 2023, we settled the 2022 case for the full insurance policy limits. Sullivan Law fought these legal battles for me every step of the way, even bringing in reinforcements with Bradley Drendel & Jeanney. And the attorneys were able to get a steep discount of my medical bills which really helped settle these two complex and intertwined cases. Such a stressful 4 years but things finally came to a closure. My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. He blew us away with his knowledge. Making no promises but paiting a accurate picture of what was to come. He was amazing through the entire process and we won !! He is a absolute godsend. My mom had a trust and passed away. This attorney is keeping it a secret. Not sure why they can do that. Don’t waste your money. Your family members will never see the trust. We have never seen it but they say they have it.

I was referred to Amy A Porray and I deeply regret it. She is just a money hungry, fake person with no integrity. She is one of those attorneys that will drag the case out until you are broke. She didn’t inform me that the opposition called for negotiation which was in my favor. It is clear that she wanted to drag the case. Never bothered to inform me about serious details pertaining to my file. Very bad experience all the way around. What a Rip off. All she cares about is charging your credit card! Stay Away!

I have had a few attorney's I've hired for an enduring custody battle, and after I thought all was lost in hiring a truly reliable attorney, Marilyn came along and has helped me so much. Marilyn does what she says she will do, and goes to bat for you. The thing is she understood everything I said to her and is compassionate about the matters I was concerned about. I highly recommend at least consulting with her, her team is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Marilyn has been the very best, I will never use any else! She took the time to explain the process and my options. After I filed my 13, I had some pretty big changes in my family and wanted to switch to 7, she was completely supportive of my decision and even help me come up with additional options, should I need them. Going in front of the trustee was very intimidating, I was so relieved to have her by my side. She is very knowledgeable and always on top of things.

Ms. Rebolledo is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I am a telecommunications business owner that provides backbone infrastructure services to large communications carriers. In less than 5 months after my divorce was completed, I had to hire another attorney to iron the kinks that should have been settled initially with my first attorney. I believe Mr. Acherman could have been more aggressive & not given up so quickly to the demands of the opposition to simply finish my case. Towards the end, it was clear & this is why I'm here filing motions today. If your case does not involve lots of money, & it's somewhat simple, he is the one to use to settle it perhaps. I would not hire him a second time after seeing the holes that were left after my divorce!

I had to sue a rouge partner, and consulted with 2 attorny's who advised me my case would be very hard to win, and to better leave things as they were. I got very lucky when a friend of mine recommended Tony May to me. After a 2 hour consultation, he decided my case was worth persuing. He built such a good case for me, that when the judge ordered both parties to meet and try to resolve the issues at hand, before having to go to trial, my partners attorney was at a loss. We settled, and I got everything I was contesting and more. My partners attorney later admitted to me that sometimes your own clients are your worst enemies. Thank you Tony for a job well done!

I could say so many things about Lee Drizin and his team! When I called him as a scared 22 year old handling her father’s estate, I didn’t know where to start. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Lee and his team have gone above and beyond to help me through every step.
