My boyfriend hired him to quash a warrant and defend him in a domestic violence case. He made him show up to court with him only to have to go to jail to get the warrant quashed! and he had an outstanding warrant he didnt even know about , the next day the lawyer is emailing him very rudely about paying him another few thousand dollars and his case is very serious. This guy cant be trusted. I never write reviews but felt the need i should write one now to warn people about this guy. he is horrible! you want a great lawyer? call buchanan! he is the best!

I had signed up for a “free” consultation from Sean in hopes of finding a good lawyer. I told him about my financial situation and how I am looking around for one, very rudely after hearing my financial situation he snarky says “Well then why are you calling me?” Without knowing I have money ready to put down for a lawyer. Immediately I didn’t want to hire him, but continued the “consultation” to see what his advice was, he offered me no advice because he hung up abruptly without even saying anything else. Very rude and money greedy. Stay away from this lawyer.

Mr. Woodbury addressed my case right away and I was able to stay in my residence. I did not have a very good experience with this company. My mom passed away almost a year ago and some of her assists needed to go through probate. We came here for assistance. Every thing was going fine until 3 days before the court date I got an email and call from Joanne who stated she needed more information for the courts. At this time I was in Columbia about to board a plane home and did not have access to anything, also confused as we had spoken to the lawyer 4 months prior to the court date and they just now had realized they needed more information. I am assuming that because of not having the needed information the court date was bumped back from April to June. I then called Joanne asking how to obtain my moms money knowing that they had a check from Macys which my aunt had brought to them. Instead of answering my question Joanne sent me a list of my mom’s assets. When my aunt went over to talk with Joanne she proceeds to tell my aunt that they do not owe us any money. 2 months later after my aunt had gone over multiple time and them telling me that they have sent the check, my aunt was able to get the check. Me, my brother, and step dad do not live in Nevada and felt that this company took advantage of that. Joanne was very rude to me at times when I called her for information. I do not recommend this company or just stay clear of Joanne.

Helped my child custody & support case in the very beginning but in the middle he turned into a monster! I was ignored constantly and he refused to complete preparation for trial after having me sign a fee agreement for it. He did not have my best interests at all in the end and while I did not agree, he applied extreme pressure for me to settle instead of him just backing out of my case.

Hired john for my custody trial and he literally didnt take time to prepare for it. Refused to file and motions. Didnt show up twice for our meetings. I had to file a grievance with the state bar. Fired him and he refuses to give me my files! This person wont even file his motion to withdraw as council even after the judge ordered him too...didnt do anything but hurt my case...

This criminal is now u Der federal investigation and will be INDICTED ON CRIMINAL CHARGES. Percival has recently been CONVICTED of DUI and is a pathological liar and diagnosed psychopath. Not recommended for representation unless you want to go to prison for a long time.

So basically, I met Brent "In-Custody" on my 5th DUI, I was looking at serious prison time. A good friend of mine recommended him to me years before and actually ended up hiring him for me when I was in jail. At first I didn't know what to expect because he walked into this sh&$storm of DUI cases and I couldn't get a read. Long story short, he got me OR/PR'd with no bail and about 2-3 months later all but 1 DUI were dismissed or negotiated down to a wreckless. It may be more accurate to call him a magician, but either way, I would definitely hire him. I would recommend him to my family, friends, or anyone cause he is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a good attorney because you just found one.

Mr. Percival is a lawyer who listens and respects his client. After our consulation Mr. Percival told us how he could help us and turn the situation around. In court he was professional and explained clearly what needed to be changed. The judge agreed with him. He made sure we understood what was agreed upon. We felt we had finally gotten a resolution to our problem.

Chuck took on my case after making me believe I had a huge chance of winning my house back from a con artist I had been dating since 2009. Shaughnan Hughes hung in there with me because he knew I was getting money from a third party lawsuit. Shaughnan tricked me into putting him on my deed to my house while I was on opiates which is illegal. Chuck made me believe we had it in the bag! Chuck was extremely hard to get ahold of and his secretary was a meth addict that failed to turn in any paperwork that was due. Chuck never called in my witnesses nor did he turn in any of my receipts for paying for everything. His paperwork was generic as hell and he never did a thing in court but sit and look lost. He let the opposition destroy me with lies and fake proof that was obviously forged by the ex. Chuck charged me $80,000 to loose my case. He took my workers comp money and left me high and dry. After the hell I went through and the senility he showed, it is my opinion Chuck has dementia and his whole office quit except the new Secretary, because he is loosing all his cases. My mom and I are now homeless and broke because Chuck horribly lost us everything. Dont hire him unless you want to loose everything, he doesn't care about his clients!

Craig Stone of Stone Law Offices, in Las Vegas, Nevada, prepared a trust for our family in 2017. Though I don’t necessarily have any issues with the trust document itself, I do remember him growing short-tempered with me for taking too long, in his estimation, to read and make changes to the document. Mind you, this document is over 100 pages of some of the driest legalese you can imagine. Mr. Stone threatened to charge me at his hourly rate ($400/hr at the time), in addition to the flat fee I had paid, because he had to make a few changes that I requested. It seemed surly and churlish, but I let it pass. He has subsequently exhibited irritable and arrogant behavior. More recently, Mr. Stone misled my probate law attorney, Stephen Mayfield, in a conversation. Mr. Mayfield came away from that conversation believing that Mr. Stone had assured him that he would not ratify my removal as management trustee, only to come to find out a month later that he had. In fact, he did so the same day he spoke with Mr. Mayfield. Though he will disagree, I found Mr. Stone’s behavior to be deceptive and will no longer be able to trust him. I have instructed my attorneys to only communicate with him in writing from now on. (The above is my opinion as a lay person based on my dealings with S. Craig Stone, II. I do not present it as a statement of irrefutable fact.)

My mom hired Brian after finding out that a family member/co-trustee was taking advantage of her and her estate. Her previous estate attorney wasn't a litigator, so he recommended Brian, knowing my mom would be in good hands. My mom was battling advanced cancer and truly needed a warrior to fight on her behalf, especially as her former co-trustee was trying to take her property, was paying all of their personal bills from her financial accounts, and regularly wiring themselves cash. Brian was able to recover my mom's property and wrangled back control of her assets. After she passed away from the cancer, the former co-trustee tried to challenge my mother's will. That's when Brian really went to work. He ensured this person had to account for their financial wrongdoing by court order, and had gathered enough evidence in the discovery phase that we quickly reached a settlement. In doing so, he upheld my mother's wishes and protected our family from any future frivolous claims by the former co-trustee. Brian supported my mom and I during some of the darkest days of our lives, and the justice that was served helped me start to heal from her tragic loss. Along the way, I came to see Brian as more than an attorney, but as a friend. I highly recommend Brian and all of the professional staff at Solomon Dwiggins & Freer.

I retained Brian Eagan with high hopes but was disappointed when his first letter on my behalf notifying someone he was representing me, the letter containing language threatening legal action if they did not stop a certain activity. I asked him to remove the threat & said the rest of it was fine & he assured me he would remove it before sending it. He then sent it.. without removing it. I now also discover he either never properly read the documents, forgot what he read or just decided it wasn't his job to explain what they said to me, thus allowing me to interpret them myself. Yesterday i learned after consulting with different counsel that what Brian allowed me to understand the intention of the documents provisions codicils & amendments to mean was completely false. Weeks of worry concern & thousands of dollars in fees discussing, messaging & emailing how to rectify those concerns were unnecessary as a skilled Attorney pointed out yesterday the last amendment terminated those provision I was troubled about. How did he not relay this to me or even read it until 3/29 is bewildering. Even when he did read and recant it he did not make it clear that it was amending former provisions. He failed to notify me there was a trust company named to handle a trust and not my sister or any of her friends, this emancipation which was all i wanted but I had to mine through the documents to uncover this myself. When i asked him about this to his credit he did explain it to me and what it meant but it should have been told to me in early Feb. by him, and not at the end of March because of my own time studying them. He last week told me he believed a trust notification for a different trust may be void because much time had passed, saying he'd send a letter to find out what was going on. As of yesterday before my final decision to terminate his services his assistant said he hadn't sent it, & meant to call them & was leaving for a week (following his recent vacation two weeks ago) so he would be unavailable during that time. Also to his credit, in the beginning when he couldn't make a deadline, call or another aspect of service promised to render, he emailed to say he's running late & when he anticipated getting to it, he did not delegate that to an assistant. I can't speak for the firm, I'm sure there must be good attorneys there and I believe if Brian had an interest in doing a good job, perhaps for a friend or "important” client that he could but I wouldn't recommend Brian. I learned and understood more in an hour with a new Attorney than after months of Brian having access to the documents. *Today i learned the other Atty had asked him for my input on where i wanted a separate trust held. I am shocked to learn this because he never told me about this or asked me what i wanted. There was a recent email where they mentioned speaking to him, but he said they never followed up and never told me about the other email where they asked to bring me into the conversation. As it is fundamental to getting the trust set up, i now worry because he had a habit to speak for me without my knowledge & as i've terminated him, he refuses to answer or send me the follow up correspondence so i have no idea what happened to my trust or who they decided to hold it or if Brian had without my consent given his own input. I am shocked above all else, that he did not allow me to answer this or have any input, nor that he even notified me about their request for me to join the conversation about it.

Brian helped me with a complex trust litigation case. I liked Brian as soon as I met him. He listened as I described my case and made me feel completely at ease. I always felt as though he had my best interest at heart and I wouldn't have traded him for any of the other numerous attorneys we had to confront. Brian is extremely intelligent of the law but also a very kind person with a friendly sense of humor. This case took almost two years to settle, and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Brian to anyone with a probate or trust problem.

Horrible, she will not keep you informed on your case which ended costing me an extra $1350. She charged me full price for a service which she failed to completed and no communication about her failure. She quit 26 days before a hearing. my situation only got worst with her while charging $4000

After a terrible experience with two other lawyers, we finally found a caring and consummate professional in Rebecca. What ended up being a three-year-long lawsuit was wrapped up within weeks of hiring her. I'm convinced had we retained Rebecca from the beginning, we would have experienced a much more favorable outcome in half the time. Her diligence and prompt communication were a terrific comfort, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a good lawyer on their side. It's not easy finding a good lawyer who is also a good person. Rebecca is one of them.

Rebecca Fuller Esq. was very helpful for me and my family when we created our family trust, living wills, and power of attorneys. she also wrote a demand letter for me. Additionally she has taken care of multiple traffic violations for my spouse. I was referred to Ben and am thankful that I was. I travel frequently and was having suspicion regarding a property manager hired to take care of my home while I was away. Ben discovered that the business license of this party had been revoked and was able to get my situation straightened out. He is the type of professional I would refer people to with confidence.

Miserable experience with Denise. In my experience she was woefully unprepared for court. Looks like paralegal does what little work they actually do. As aggressive as a wall flower expect when it comes to billing. Pushed around by opposing counsel at every turn. Would have been better off as a pro se with chatgpt. Substation of counsel could not come fast enough. Wish I could leave one star.

While I understand that "a lawyer is not a therapist"....wise words of my previous attorney. I do believe understanding my story and how I feel, what is important to me, aids my lawyer in fighting for what I want and being able to legally vocalize those things to paper. She nailed it. You took no bull and she fought me on days I didn't fight for myself. It paid off and I am appreciative of her hard work and expertise. Her front office staff is also very awesome. Great response time, availability and very personable.

Even though I wasn’t the best client, rarely called her and showed up for court unexpectedly, she still had my back and kept me out of prison and jail, so she’s alright in my book. And she is drop dead gorgeous as well. But fyi, my 5 star rating has nothing to do with her looks. I’d give her every star I got to really enjoy her beauty though.

Not only is she very BEAUTIFUL but she is also very intelligent, well spoken and organized. Daniel made me look like a idiot in front of the judge and manipulated the case to were he could get off when he told me to give him the requested documents and he would give them to the judge and gave me horrible advice. He told me to plead guilty and he knew I had mental health issues and he couldn't use any common sense to think hey "I'm assigned to this man's case and I should do what I said." Instead when I tried to sue him for malpractice he went and made me look like a idiot when he knows I should of won. This guy was such a waste of time! He had one job and he couldn't even do that. What's so difficult?!?! Because of him I lost so many opportunities and to make me look like a idiot?! I should of never had him on my case and just represented myself and plead "innocent." These closet cases are getting on my last nerves!

Dan is an excellent attorney. He was easy to communicate with, very honest and supportive. He REALLY knows his stuff! We met numerous times and he always patiently answered all my questions, even it I had asked them before. He responded to all text messages promptly, regardless of time of day, and I felt he had my best interests in mind at all times. He was able to get a positive resolution to my legal issue even though it seemed bleak.

Mr Morris represented me for a short time and it was very costly and I got nothing in return.I was assured he was behind me and the case was a very good one but he dropped me like a rock after the other party lawyer-ed up .

Attorney Gary Zernich and his entire team were exceptional during my encounter with them. Mr. Zernich was objective, thorough and very candid even when it was not the response I wanted to hear. He guided me throughout my legal proceedings, responded promptly to my inquiries and constantly kept me updated on the status of my case. He gave me legal counsel but ultimately allowed me to make decisions which were in my best interest. I highly recommend Mr. Zernich to you if you need an expert in his field and if I had to do this all over again, I'll still request his service.

This firm is a money grab. They will charge you$210 for a 2 minute consultation to tell you something you already knew. Quote you at one price then when it’s time to do business they will quadruple the price. In my case they originally quoted me $1000 to get one misdemeanor sealed on my record then when I came back with the paperwork they asked for they told me it would be $4,000. Never refunded my $210. Stay far away from this firm they will rob you.
