My wife and met Scott for the first time earlier this year, 2020. Despite closed offices and limited ability to meet face to face, we were able to establish a completer set of plans and trusts. Scott has everything set up to keep these new plans up to date with any changes in the rules and regulations. Despite most of the work being done in virtual settings, we still felt a personal connection with Scott and his staff. I would highly recommend Scott for your estate planning.

I had the privilege of getting Noah as a public defender back in 2014 I knew from the first time we talked that I had found my future attorney if need be and yes I ended up hiring him in 2021. I’m almost 43 and my younger adult years i racked up a ridiculous criminal history which by no means am I proud of at all I have a attempted murder, felonious assaults, participating in a criminal gang. So what I’m trying to get at is with a record like mine it’s pretty safe to say that if I catch any cases that the state of Ohio for the most part has a cell with my name on it. With a “big dogg” attorney like Noah on your side I never once felt as if I was going to prison he was always upfront and honest even if he may of thought it was something I may not of wanted to hear. For an attorney to get me to trust them it’s a pretty heavy task to achieve due to prior railroads and lies from other attorneys, but Noah was a natural it was mostly because I could feel that he was genuine

Mark was recommended to me by another defense attorney that was unable to handle my case. He said he trusted him and I'm so grateful for this recommendation. Mark has experience on both sides of the court, defense and prosecution. He actually worked under my judge which was tremendously lucky. Mark was always on time, responded to questions promptly, and explained all aspects of the case throughly and clearly. He was able to get my OVI charge reduced to reckless op, full driving privileges without an interlock, no jail time, and significantly less probation time than I was expecting. I had a legal matter last year and a legal matter this year and in both cases, Mr. Wieczorek did a great job in helping me. There was no investigation in the first case and in the second case, it was dismissed. I couldn't have done it without him!

I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into another car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing. Also, he's not too hard to look at. ;) I highly recommend him to anyone facing a scary situation.

Mr Babb was honest and didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver and made sure I understood what was a reasonable outcome. His fee was reasonable. He always communicated and made sure I understood what was going on and worked with me via phone because I was coming in from out of state. Fortunately, the outcome was amazing and I would absolutely call him if I ever find myself in need of a criminal attorney in the Springfield area again but I sincerely hope I never do. When it became apparent that I would have to embark on a legal dispute involving the septic system at my residence I found myself rather lost on where to turn. I had never been involved in having to sue anybody in my life and this was completely uncharted territory for me. Mark was referred to me with high regards and after he took the time to listen to my projected case it became obvious that his counsel would be my best option. His explanations on matters at hand were very sharp, highly knowledgeable, and easy for me to understand. His process was direct, appropriate, and without any sense of ego. Every step was highly well-prepared and comforting. I felt like he had a plan A, B, C, etc. when it came to attacking problems along the way. If I would ever need his counsel again I would not hesitate to contact him and would recommend him to anybody.

Dan was not my lawyer for most of this case, but I wish he was from the start. My previous attorney was non-responsive and didn't seem to want to put in the work for my case. Dan Getty came in and quite literally saved the day. He had very minimal time to prepare, given the circumstances. Yet, he stepped up to the plate, swinging. He did more for me in two days than my other attorney had in 8 months. I highly recommend Mr. Getty to anyone in need of legal services. I know he will be the first person I call if I ever do, again.

I hired Charlie for an OVI case, and from the outset it was clear that he is head and shoulders above any other lawyers I have dealt with. I contacted him (and hired him) a day before the initial hearing, and while he personally was not available that day due to pre-existing commitments, he sent another lawyer from his firm to cover. From then forward he was personally available to me whenever I needed, and took the time to get me up to speed on what I could expect, he gathered information from me to get a clear understanding of the case, and kept me notified regularly as things progressed or as his office received additional information. At my first hearing with Charlie, it was clear that he was well regarded by both the Judge and the district attorneys office... which made things go very smoothly. Scott Needleman went above and beyond to help us. We were an incredibly unique case. We did not pass the means test for a Chapter 7, but Scott went to work and made it happen. Another twist to our story, my mother died the day after we filed. Associated with her death were some payable upon death beneficiary accounts. I called Scott he told me they would be the property of the bankruptcy trustee. The typical attorney would just give up at this point. Scott researched and found court cases in which these types of funds were treated like lottery winnings, they get to keep it. Scott presented his research to the trustee who agreed we could keep this large sum of money. Scott’s work for us made us feel like we won the lottery. Every attorney we interviewed immediately stated we had to file chapter 13 and I have no doubt we would have also lost the money my mother intended for us. Scott will work hard for you. He is worth the Money!!!!!!

2 weeks ago I got pulled over for a minor infraction just to find out I had a warrant for my arrest in Trumbull County from 6 yrs ago. It was Friday night and everything was closed! I couldn't for the life of me figure out where these charges stemmed from. The next day, after a night gripped with fear, I decided I'd better at least try calling some law offices and maybe God would lead me to the right one and someone would answer or call me back. The 1st message I left was with Ron Yarwood and he ended up being the only attorney to call me back the very next day on Sunday! I couldn't believe it. I didn't retain him that day because I thought these charges were going to be a mistake and I was trying to save money, but he heard me out and didn't cut me off. The next day I called the magistrates office and the Police Depart, and found out I was facing a Felony. I was sick to my stomach, sitting at work suffering in silence and fighting back tears. I asked for a personal day and went home to search for attorney that I could afford because I didn't have that much money and I was still holding out hope this would just get dismissed. It had been almost 6 years and no crime was actually committed, it was just an attempt to commit an offense. I called tons of attorneys, and if your reading this you'll know what I'm talking about when I say they only cared about the money, not about me. Long story short, I found an attorney(not Yarwood) and things went downhill, fast. He wouldn't listen to me or do any research on the facts I was giving him. He was dismissive of me. At this point, I new I was in trouble and I knew it was time to search for another attorney. It's 8am Monday(3 days ago) on my way to work, leaving msgs yet again. Once again only Yarwood called me back! I told him my charges and what has been happening this far and I had a hearing scheduled this Thursday. He said let's meet today so I took off work(again) and drove to his office. Ron came right down to meet me and led me to the conference room. At this point, I was exhausted, not sleeping and not trusting anyone. Atty Yarwood didn't sugarcoat anything for me and got right to the point. He looked at all the facts and right away went in to what his defenses would be.(thats right, i said defenses, plural!) I tried not talk much because I wanted to hear what he had say and I didn't have time to waste. Immediately, he picked up on crucial details that I had been begging my attorney(at the time) to look at to no avail. Even though I had not hired Ron Yarwood yet, he didn't hold back one bit of what his defenses would be. Atty Yarwood said it is important that we become a team, which resonated with me because I never heard an attorney talk like that before and that we need to trust each other... And that he's not a hand holder lol(which I didn't need)...however, I needed someone who will fight. After an hour meeting, which he never looked at his watch 1 time and I never felt rushed, I knew he was the one. My feelings were that he was honest and became an attorney for all the right reasons, so I googled him immediately. Everything he told me was true. Yesterday morning(8/16) I ran him over a check at 730 am. We talked for another hour and I just expected him to take my money and I'd be on my way. Not Ron, he pulled out a white board and went over exactly how this process would go and went over every possibility of how this could play out. I left feeling great and confident he had my back and I really could trust him. Fast forward 24 hours later...I'm sitting in the courtroom at my preliminary hearing, sick..again. Ron pops in just let me know he's there and he'd come back in shortly. 30 to 45 minutes later he grabs my dad and I and tells us to follow him outside where he tells us the charges are going to be dismissed! What!! Ron came in prepared and ready to go all the way for me. I am so grateful to him and I couldn't wait to write this review! Thank you Ron!!! Call Ron Yarwood!!

If you have a federal case in the Southern District of Ohio then this is your guy. Over the course of 4-5 years I grew to one of the largest Darknet LSD distributors in the country and when I was caught the feds came down hard. Our house was raided, many valuable assets seized, and several agencies were involved. They didn’t arrest me that day but I knew at some point I’d have to go to prison for what I did so the real question quickly became, how long? I live in Maryland but the charges where out of Columbus, OH. So we looked on Avvo for a federal attorney out of southern Ohio and found Mr. Nolder. We called him for a consultation shortly after the raid and he pretty much laid out exactly how everything was going to play out. Once we hired him all the calls/texts from the Feds got re-routed through him. He had more experience then any other attorney I talked to and seemed super knowledgeable regarding big federal drug cases out of Southern Ohio. So we hired him the following week. Federal cases can get extremely expensive and before I talked to him I almost went with a public defender but we thought with such a serious matter it would be best to hire a private attorney. If you can afford it I would definitely recommend going the private attorney route. His rates are really fair, there actually better then most federal attorneys in that area and he’s been an federal attorney in that area for something like 35 years. He’s a straight shooter and super thorough, like super super thorough. The day he gets a notice or update on your case he calls/emails you and walks you through it. He makes sure you understand exactly what’s he’s filing and everything else you need to know. The target letter I got after the raid said the feds were looking at charging me with distribution of LSD, distribution of LSD to persons under 21, tax evasion, and money laundering and there was also possibility of other charges stacking up. The feds were also threatening my fiancée, who had no knowledge of my wrongdoings. After some back and forth Mr. Nolder worked out a plea deal where I would plea guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute LSD and Money Laundering. He talked to the US Attorney and made it to where my fiancée was not charged. Before all the wheeling and dealing, departures, and point reductions, the feds where looking for something absurd, like 150-165 months. At sentencing the prosecutor was asking for at least 96 months but during the sentencing Mr. Nolder was able to successfully motion for downward departures so between that and other agreements that got worked into my plea deal, I was ultimately sentenced to 90 months. That sentence sounds worse then it really is though because Mr. Nolder made sure I was recommended by the Judge and on my PSR for RDAP (drug program) in prison which gets you a year off your sentence. He also made sure the charges that I plead guilty to qualified for the new FSA credits while I’m incarcerated. Those FSA credits are great and they really whack off a bunch of time. Since I didn’t get arrested the day of the raid he also made sure the judge recommended me for self surrender to prison and made sure the judge recommended to a minimum security camp. So I’ll end up serving my time in a camp instead of a prison. The difference is a very low staff to inmate ratio, freedom of movement inside the facility, and little to no fences. Overall he made the whole experience as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. After it is all said and done, between RDAP, FSA Credits, Statutory Good Time, and release to halfway house/home confinement. I’ll serve something like 3 years 2 months to 3 years 6 months in the federal camp before getting released to a halfway house/home confinement. That’s a whole heck of a lot better then where we started (150+ months). Overall he’s a fantastic attorney, with reasonable rates, and we had a great experience with him. Thanks for everything!

I originally contacted Mr. Nolder last year after being arrested as part of a very large conspiracy to traffic charge originating in the U.S. Southern District of Ohio. He was one of perhaps 8-10 attorneys I spoke with for an initial consult. I ended up selecting him based on not only research into the various attorneys I consulted with (he has one of the best records over the longest periods of time in his location and area of expertise), but also based on his personality, which I found to be no-nonsense, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Price was also a consideration, and he represented me for slightly less than 1/3 the cost of the most expensive quotes I received, which I found astonishing, given his reputation and obvious legal acumen. In my experience, it is extremely rare to find legal representation that combines top-tier effectiveness without being accompanied by an exorbitant price tag, but that is exactly what I found in Mr. Nolder. Mr. Nolder always had time for me when requested, he responds promptly to both telephone and email inquiries, frequently on the same day, and never any later than the next day after my reaching out to him. He answered any and all questions I had about my proceedings, including many I would not have thought to ask on my own, this being my first contact with the Federal law enforcement apparatus. He developed and executed an aggressive plan to negotiate with the government to bring down my offense level, and made sure I understood each and every proceeding and motion in my case. He also assisted me with Zoom calls in which he would clearly explain what was going to occur in each phase of my case, and also assisted me in role-playing when necessary before each of my contacts with authorities to make sure that I was able to properly focus on articulating the points which would be most effective in promoting my own defense, including providing advice that was specific to the judge who ultimately oversaw my case. Ultimately, I received a sentence of time served (which was only a few days, served at the time of my initial arrest), 6 months home confinement, and 3 years probation on a charge that could easily have seen me serving 3-5+ years in a Federal prison. I could not be happier with the result of my case, or the quality of representation provided by Mr. Nolder, and I wholeheartedly endorse his services to anyone in need of aggressive, competent, and effective criminal defense representation anywhere in Ohio.

I found myself in a major rough patch with drugs and alcohol which led to me being charged with a felony drug charge. Steve was recommended to me through a friend and he immediately saw me the same day to hear my story. Throughout the process he explained things in a way that myself and family could understand. He did not sugar coat anything or give false hopes, but rather explain what was happening and how was going to help. He immediately had a plan and kept me in the loop the entire time. He made sure I was aware of everything that was happening and was always willing to meet with me or talk on the phone as soon as possible. When it came to my sentencing I was nervous beyond belief, but the second he stood up in court and started talking he was precise, deliberate, and knowledgeable.
