Very rude and disrespectful I called trying to get information on a case , and he answered the online saying he doesn’t care and to not keep calling his cell phone over and over again , for him to be paid and that this is his career that was very unprofessional of him to respond in that manner . He didn’t even give me a chance to address my self he automatically responded with “He doesn’t care and to stop calling him and to leave a message , that kinda made me upset because I was looking forward to him helping me

Mr. Wallace was my Childs G.A.L on a case. Our attorney was advising to plea instead of taking it to trial. Mr. Wallace drove over 2 hours to go over our case and show us the evidence. We decided to take our case to trial and WON thanks to Mr. Wallace. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to and we never had a problem getting ahold of him. He really goes above and beyond for the child.

I began to receive emails with personal information regarding another clients case. When my bill came charges pertaining to the other client were on my bill. I had to call the office weekly from 9/18 to 12/18 to have the charges of approximately $250 that had nothing to do with my case and have the money that was due me returned to me.I spoke with several people from the office who made several false promises to handle it for me every week.
Not one person in the office was the least bit professional or knowledgeable on billing or on how to handle removing the other clients charges. I stopped by the office to check the status of my bill being corrected and was told that stopping by was rude and unnecessary. After finally being feed up I sent a long heart felt email pleading with the firm to remove the other clients charges and return to me the remainder of my retainer because my case was closed. I received a call from Tracy stating the charges were removed and my check was ready. On my lunch I went to get the check and to my surprise they finally removed the $250 in charges that weren't mine but added over $600 in charges they claim to have missed over 8 months ago.
I'm the type of person who never likes to complain, but if I can help another single parent of being robbed of her hard earned cash I feel like I have done my job.

Attorney Koehler spent very little time with my case and this was evident in every situation we spent in court, and there weren't many. He seemed to be an attorney who was experienced so I assumed I wouldn't have to investigate every move made but that turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. I had very little experience with this type of thing, have never had a relative pass where I had to take on the responsibility of administrator so I decided to attempt to hire an attorney that I felt would do the right thing. I've been a kind person my entire life and have always been taken advantage of, I just assumed that losing my father in the way I did would motivate someone to do the right thing. I am very hurt by this, I lost my father in a horrible way. All I wanted was closure and I feel now that that will never be possible for me. Thank you for listening, this is something I felt I needed to get out.

I found Ron 's ad in the phone book to be very helpful, answering many questions before I called. I found him to be meticulous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and working for my best interests. He came to my home, gave me 4 copies of all documents, filed a deed, and charged a reasonable fee. The whole experience was very good and I will recommend him to my relatives and friends.

Mike is no-nonsense, straight forward, and completely honest; he'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you might want to hear. He won't feign knowledge; rather, he'll do the research before weighing in on a topic he's unsure of.
He's not slick. By that I mean he's real and down to earth. I would absolutely want him on my side of the table, and would hate to have him on the other side. This is an attorney you can be comfortable with.

Ron told me on Day one not to ask him to do anything unethical or our relationship was over. throughout my whole case he was on top of it. I was fighting for custody of my 3 children from my ex wife who was moving out of the country. Ron fought hard and won the case for my kids and I. Definitely top notch lawyer!!! Don't ever hire Ronald Gatts from this law firm because he's the worst attorney I have ever encountered in my entire life. He failed to file paperwork in a timely manner with the courts. He hardly ever returned my calls or texts, which of course means I never got any answers to most questions. It took months to get my paperwork returned to me knowing I had no other copies. I was given about nine hours notice on a hearing. I will not be recommending him to anyone. I can't speak on the other attorneys in this law firm but given my experience, I wouldn't recommend any of them because of this particular one. He was not the least bit professional.

She faught her heart out for me and my children whom were being manipulated by my ex husband's new wife, no jealousy on my end I left him! She was forcing my children to lie to school authorities along with police and children protective services. My ex and his family have a lot of money so they kept us tied up in court for a bit. But in the end I won Full custody and crazy step mom isn't allowed near my children ever! Denise is the real deal, she will work her butt off as long as you don't lie or hide things. She genuinely cares for people.

Was very unhappy with her performance as a lawyer. She DID work with me financially. But other then that lost a case that should have been won.. Not enough fight against untrue statements in court or things that should have been brought up were not. Amongst many other things she said we would talk before court . I was scared to death . She did not talk to me. People started coming in in the room we were in before going into court room they were sitting around laughing and talking while I was in tears because we did not able to talk in private. . I speak the truth.

I was worried we would lose everything, but Brian got everything fixed up and squared away with just a couple of meetings and in a reasonable amount of time. It would be better to have never had to hire a lawyer in the first place, but Brian sure made us feel a lot better while our case was going on. I’d hire him again.

I contacted Brian to represent me in a speeding matter being a truck driver and a clean driving record no points or violations at all it was devastating being moving violations mean alot when truck driving and our safety scores not to mention can lose your job he was very sincere and communicated everything he would try to do although I was speeding never denied it but was not going as fast as the trooper indicated Brian worked hard and got it lowered to a no point violation during the time he answered all my questions and answered my calls or called me right back or text he was like a friend having your back his number is now on our company's wall in case any driver needs representation awesome job Brian and thank you oh and yes I will be keeping a very good eye on that speedometer thank you again

Hired attorney and complete waste of time. Did not want to handle difficult issues with child custody case. He would mention needing a mediator when talking to him about complex issues. Ended up not getting a response back from him he completely ghosted me and told me he was no longer my attorney and to look elsewhere. Very unprofessional!!

If you just need an attorney to show up to court this your guy! Don’t expect any actual effort to be put forward.
This clown will not go to bat for you. He charged me to have 5 witnesses subpoenaed for court yet not a single one was subpoenaed. The morning of our most recent court appearance he made me scramble to contact the previously stated witnesses to ask them if they would be able to join via telephone for the hearing (this was at 5:00 A.M.) I was able to contact two of them at that time and both were extremely confused as they hadn’t heard from him and weren’t in a position to give their testimony. In a year and a half he never appeared as if he was actually prepared. when push comes to shove he would blame me for changes in circumstances. Silas and his office staff are extremely unorganized. I had to repeatedly send him the same information and documents. I finally had enough and fired this lazy piece of crap yesterday.
Please don’t make the same mistake that I made.

Silas has been instrumental in successfully guiding me through the probate system on two occasions. I was executor on my father & his wife's estate, and Silas was great throughout the whole, painful, bureaucratic, legal nightmare of probate.
As others have said his response time is excellent. I was NEVER left hanging and every E-mail was responded to quickly, sometimes way after normal hours. I would send a message late, assuming he would respond in the A.M., but often got a response instantly.
Silas also prepared Wills for many family members, Powers of attorneys, et cetera, His treatment of my very elderly and not-very-trusting-of-lawyers Mother and her husband during the estate planning process, was very professional and personable at the same time. He won them over in a single meeting!

Joy chicatelli completely bungled my open and shut cake walk of a case. Completely cowered to opposing counsel after not even briefly reviewing my case. I spent 2 hours in her building while she talked on the phone about how great she was in court to some poor person on the other end of the line. Joy waited until the court date to even bother to look at the weak case against me, despite being given weeks prior notice and meeting with her in person at her office. Joy ended tripping over her tongue lying in court, to my family, myself and the judge all on record. In the end joy couldn't handle the pressure of divorce court and I had to find a replacement. The replacement dismissed the same case without even showing up in court because the case was so weak against my family and I. Stay away from joy chicatelli even if her prices seem cheap, she is a terrible attorney and will cost you if you don't find a real lawyer

Attorney Chicatelli handled a CPO for me that was not only a traumatic experience for me, but for my child as well. She is well versed on the laws and statutes and was able to explain the terminology in laymens terms, as well as the court proceedures and proceedings; making the whole experience a little less painful. She is very precise in her terminology, and thorough in her paperwork and articulate when explaining information. Attorney Chicatelli is well respected among her peers, and definitely commands respect in the courtroom. I have already recommended her to several people in need services in the area of Family Law.

He made a very stressful time in my life 100 times more stressful... once I told him my ex and I came to an agreement he argued with me an basically told me a was a bad father because I wasn't willing to get a second job so I could pay him more. He stopped replying to my txts, emails, phone calls until I had to ask for his secretary for a refund if he wasnt able to contact me so I could find another attorney and finish the case.. he then withdrew from my case with out notifying me... please stay clear

What can I say about this guy? Tom is awesome, fair and reasonably priced. He came in like an angel in my situation. I fired my previous attorney and hired Tom.
