Paula has been my attorney since 2021 repressing me in a family court/divorce with minors case. She was always on my side and fought hard to get a fair and just divorce settlement. She has most recently represented me in a contempt case. She came well prepared to court and I won my contempt motion with her help. Paula and her office has always been super responsive to both emails and phone calls which I appreciate. I hear some horror stories about attorneys you can never get a hold of, Paula is not one of those.

I was in a car accident in 2021. After trying to resolve the case on my own, I realized I needed professional representation. If you want to be talked down to and like condescending attitude, they are for you. If you want them to tell you how much they charge like you can’t afford them, they are for you. If you want someone to say they don’t believe medical bills cost THAT much, they are for you. If you want them to tell you they can’t make money appear even though that’s not why you are calling, they are for you. If you want them to tell you how awesome they are because they charge $350 an hour, as if that’s impressive, they are for you

We hired him based on a recommendation, but he never physically attended court. Instead, he would only appear via Zoom, often with short notice. He would inform the client on the morning of the hearing, without providing any explanation for not being present in court. This lack of support made the client look unfavorable in front of the court. Despite the high cost of his services, the client had trust in him. However, this experience has left our family feeling like our loved one is alone without any support. While we appreciate the friendly receptionist, we can only give a rating of 2 stars based on the overall experience.

she was handling my divorce case. After the first hearing the court gave 3 months for the next court day. She emphatically advised me not to contact the other party, She was going to try a settlement and possibly sign an agreement before the court day. I wait for more two months without hear anything from her. finally I had to call the law firm to hear something about the case and they sent me an e-mail telling me that she was about to leave the law firm, they assigned me another lawyer and I had to brief him about the case one week before the court day because he did not know anything about my case. SHE NEVER CONTACTED THE OTHER PARTY, NOT A CALL. VERY IRRESPONSABLE!

Very unprofessional. Rarely answer phone calls or voicemail. She we do the opposite of what she says in many cases. If she says she will call you tomorrow it won't be until next week.
When time came to the courtroom, she barely had any argument to the defendant's attorney. As a result, I am now in debt because I could not obtain the funds to pay off my medical bills for an accident that should have never happened. On top of that I still have to pay her.
This was a real regret. If you are in a dire situation please don't go here.

His office filed some paperwork incorrectly, using the wrong names. He was not as prompt as previous attorneys at getting back to me. At times he would give me one answer and then later say something different. I have to say his price was reasonable. If you have an easy case he can probably handle it.

Dave handled post-custodial/placement issues for our two daughters. After we have dealt with 'big shots', this was quite a different experience as far as personal care and personal attention. Meanwhile quality of service, including the court room, did not suffer a bit and was on par, if not better of other attorneys. We did not have to wait days/weeks at a time for a call back or reply - it was almost instantaneous. Even if the answer was not immediately there, the acknowledgment on the inquiry was. When a sensitive case, such as ours - packed with emotions and sudden developments started to unwrap - we were glad Dave was sitting next to us in court and was the attorney on the other end of a telephone. Lastly, and that might be surprise to some future clients - this one does NOT nickle and dime you to death just to blow through your retainer. In other words, he also respects her hard earned money and time.

I called this attorney to speak with him about a family law case that I'm currently in the middle of and had a few questions for him about the laws surrounding custody and my current custody agreement and he was rude the entire time completely unprofessional refused to answer even basic questions because I wasn't hiring him at that point. The question that I was trying to ask him had to do with what I should do as a first step and I also wanted to know what my rights exactly were pertaining to my current custody agreement but as I said he refused to answer any questions and seem to be pushing me to get off of the phone after only 2 minutes. From my initial experience I would highly recommend seeking legal help elsewhere.

mr sisson represented in a restraining order case,sat through the hearing and said little in my defense,had he done his job the person accusing would have been charged with perjury,accusations were totally false.recently I talked to a local atty,about the case,it seems that Outagamie co.did not have jurisdiction in the case[case must be heard in co. where it occurred or in defendents home co.sisson charged 1500 dollars for doing nothing,i believe he should have known about the jurisdiction issue,thank you

I called this firm after seeing landlord tenant eviction on their website. The woman who answered advised they do not habdle landlord tenant, was extremely rude, and when I asked for a referral to someone that did, hung up on me.
Lawyers that can't either be truthful about their practices or are so far out of the times that they are falsely advertising their office due to negligence should be removed from Google sponsored results.
