I recently worked on a very complicated real estate deal on a condo in Astoria with Ms. Leah Pappas and I have to say that she was the hero of this transaction from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her this deal would’ve collapsed several times over easily. I highly recommend her for any of your needs. I’m definitely going to be recommending her to future clients and I intend to use her myself for my own personal needs. She is a true pillar of the community and my father has also used her many times in the past over the years for his many real estate properties.

George is a very nice person when you initially meet him to discuss your case. He did in fact win the case I was involved in but after years of no return calls, chasing him down for answers and a rude staff I would have made a different decision. You will NOT get the service or attention you are hoping for on your case as it has been my own personal situation. If you want to not know whats going on, be told he's working on it and never get a resolution then George is you man. I don't think that is someone you want to pay THOUSANDS of dollars out of your settlement for!

Truly Excellent! I spoke with Peter Piddoubny about a landlord/ tenant issue, after calling 2 attorneys recommended by The Bar Association, neither of whom showed any interest whatsoever.
Peter couldn't have been more different, he showed compassion, gave me clear advice, is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to explain the law clearly and in a manner that gave me a clear way forward.

He does not follow-up at all, is slow with getting things done, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't advocate for you, is untrustworthy (at one point he said he has signed executed contracts and just needed to forward them to me...the contracts were not signed by the other party) and he is very rude.

Very unprofessional, rude and shows no sympathy to the clients situation. Takes forever and I mean forver to get anything done with this attorney. Very slow. I do recommend Mr. Cardinale. He is the best I have seen so far and does not make false statements. His office staff are also very friendly and responsive. So far, all my friends with REASONABLE cases have loved his work. There may be a few cases he has failed in, but then again, I am certain that other lawyers would have not succeeded in those cases either!
