We contacted Mr. Wayne's office regarding evicting a non paying tenant who refused to leave a property we manage. Angela Forstie, with a colleague, represented me in a legal malpractice claim. Ms Forstie has a wonderfully warm personality and she was excellent in explaining everything to me at all stages of the process, and supporting me personally throughout. Her preparation of the case for both mediation and trial was incredibly detailed and professional. I have used John Bellus over the last 3 years. I have found him to be diligent and extremely well versed in the contract and construction law. If I would have used him prior to this I would not have needed his services as much. I found John billing practices to be very fair which I cant say for a lot of the larger firms where it seems like I was always getting stung at any possible opportunity. The entire process of my case was nothing short of Amazing. Campbell represented me and did an amazing job. I felt like he really cared about my overall wellbeing. Amazing Law Firm!!! Jacob Jackson has went above and beyond working on my car accident case from day one. I am a single mom raising both of my teenage daughters myself. Both of my children have an underlying medical condition which requires several doctor visits per year. The impact of this car accident has really seem to make my life feel extremely overwhelming mentally/emotionally/physically/financially at times but hiring Jacob Jackson as my attorney, an attorney who cares about his clients and also listens has been a blessing! I was referred to Mr. Pardue by my corporate attorney. My company was being sued by one of our members so our corporate attorney could not help us. The Geheren Firm was not the first on our list of closing law firms but I am so happy we decided to go with them. They were so thorough with our closing, answered every question we had, took care of several liens that were on the first property we were buying with 0 hassle and only took 2 weeks to close from when we signed our contract. Howell Hall did a wonderful job helping me evict a difficult tenant during Covid. He developed a creative strategy to successfully win the eviction case, and then stayed on top of the appeal and got it quickly dismissed so that the eviction could be carried out by the Sheriff.
