My business was in a dispute with a competitor. I contacted Marc's firm about the matter and was very impressed not only with his knowledge but also his patience when answering the large number of questions I had. My lawyer was first rate. She help me put a stop to a lot of the little game my ex was playing. She fought hard and embarrassed my ex and her lawyer. Make my ex admit that i wasnt fighting for revenge but the right to see my daughter. Using they other lawyers claims and evdince against them. Needless to say i still had a field day not bc i watch my ex stuggle... Ok maybe a little bit; yet it was mostly the way my lawyer handle the case. She never let the ball drop while in court or helping me.

She went over the lease with me and pointed out areas that had I signed the lease would have been a very bad mistake for my company. Mr. Cooper is smart and trustworthy. I have used him several times for different matters. He is very thorough and very competent. There were times when I did not like what he had to say, and one time I thought he was being too cautious about a contract and I wanted to hurry and close the deal. I disregarded his recommendation, but I learned the hard way that I should have listened.
He has represented me a number of times and has represented friends I referred to him for things from business problems, divorce, custody, accidents, wrongful death etc. and always got excellent results. I highly recommend him.

Attorney Luther knows the law and quotes the case laws like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and thorough. I was facing the option of having to appeal a ruling or petitioning for the judge to vacate their ruling and grant a new case. In my case, the judge imediately vacated their ruling and granted a new case. Attorney Luther did more than I thought was possible. She was realistic with me about my options and the potential outcomes and I felt confident having her on my team. She was effective in arguing my case after only having a short amount of time to prepare. She located and subpoenad information that my previous attorney did not obtain and appears to be very respected by the courts. She has over 2 decades of experience and I pity the attorney that opposes her if they don't have their work done. I would hire her again and again and again should the need ever arise but hopefully the need doesn't arise.

I would absolutely recommend Attorney Luther and her staff. She came as a recommendation from a close family friend whom has used her in the past. She is an amazing no nonsense type of lawyer with a great personality and supporting staff to match! Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you
I hired Attorney Luther to handle my child custody/legitimization case. I was sued by my NCP. Both the NCP and I were originally filed as Pro Se until the NCP retained counsel. I didn't think much about retaining counsel due to financial reasons and my supporting documents to substantiate my case. But upon NCP obtaining counsel, the filing changed. My case went from the NCP trying to establish visitation to him wanting to take full custody of our child. I had to retain her at the last minute, and it was one best decisions I made in regards to this legal matter. She IMMEDIATELY went to work on my case! She filed motions within the 2 hours of being retained. With that being said, her 25 years of experience and good reputation with Judges was a determining factor in the judge allowing for a Continuance while I prepare with my attorney; the judge definitely made that known.
Attorney Luther is very upfront and direct and detailed. She works very hard for you but she also expects the same from her client. As a client, help her to help you! Communicate thoroughly your needs, wants and expectations and she will be very honest with you and work hard to achieve the requests of her clients.
She came to court prepared and ready! Every time opposing counsel tried to submit evidence that was not reviewed, lead a witness or imply negligent wrongdoing without supporting documentation and proof - Attorney Luther was on point to stop the opposing counsel dead in their tracks! I was very proud of her performance in Court and the overall outcome of the case. Her opening and closing arguments were phenomenal. The way she thoroughly questioned the witnesses and opposing parties were impressive.
My advice: Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you. I had retained her at truly the last minute possible and therefore I had to beat feet and get her everything within a very tight deadline. But because I am thorough and detailed myself, I brought most of that information with me when I retained her. But I still had more to do. She explained that her deadlines are to allow her and her staff time to comply with her deadlines to file motions and submit requests and such with the court.
There is nothing negative that I can say about Attorney Luther or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone! I know that if I never hired her, that my case would not have come out the way that it did.

My significant other (SO) and I started a pre-nup using an online webform, and per GA law, I sought an attorney to review on my behalf.
During my initial consultation with Ms. Crittenden, she was very positive about the effort we were making and she listened to all of my concerns and questions. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very straightforward manner, with simple language, using examples to illustrate the point. This made it easy for me to share the ramifications of the web template language with my SO and for us to work through what we intended the document to say.
We ultimately hired Ms. Crittenden to reword the pre-nup based a document where we identified our intent and wishes. When my SO's attorney reviewed the document there were only minor updates to be made.
Ms. Crittenden made what could potentially be a difficult process easy! I would return to Ms. Crittenden for assistance - I trust her judgement and ability to help carry out my wishes!

I met with Mrs. Crittenden, following a referral from a lawyer friend of mine that practices in another field. I was being brought back to court for a change in custody and child support. I met with Mrs. Crittenden for the initial appointment and was very impressed with the help that she offered, even prior to my agreement to retain her services. She has her heart in the right place and eventually, I had to admit that I could not afford her (very reasonable) retainer. She was able to offer several payment options, which also did not fit my current (limited) budget. However, she did provide very helpful advice around filing my initial response to the court on my own, so that I had more time to find an attorney that did fit my budget. I cannot say enough positive things about Mrs. Crittenden. I felt that she understood the importance of the continuation of my role in my child's life, especially as the NCP (Dad). I would recommend her to anyone - and I also feel that if I had been able to find a way to pay her reasonable retainer, I would have been very pleased with the outcome. Instead, I found an attorney that was willing to work within my budget. While the other attorney's services were appropriate, I feel that Mrs. Crittenden would have been a more present and qualified advocate for my rights. I do have a stack of her cards and hand them out to others that can benefit from her services. If I ever require the services of a family attorney again, I have no doubt that I will return to Mrs. Crittenden.

Michael is fantastic. I found myself in a situation where I needed an attorney after being very unexpectedly sued over an incident that occurred years ago. While the suit seemed to have no merit, I knew I would feel more comfortable with an attorney on my side. Enrique assisted me with a demand letter to my apartment complex. There were issues with a leak in my apartment, that they could not fix, which resulted in mold. My furniture was damaged, and the humidity from the leak caused mold to spread everywhere. Enrique informed me of my rights as a tenant and was able to get the apartment complex to reimburse me for the damages and cost of moving to the unit.
He also assisted me in reviewing a non-compete/non-solicitation agreement with my current employer.

I had the pleasure of using Mr. Williams as my attorney to settle a legal matter in which we brought suit against a customer that did not pay for some costruction services provided. Bob was eager to listen to the details and help me understand the law. Bob went the extra mile and made every effort to satisfy our needs. We were granted a court order for our client to pay his debt within 45 days of trial or else suffer the consequences of beng in contempt of the court. I was thrilled. I have been in business for 30 years and use lawyers all over the United States; even though we are in Florida we use Mr. Williams for most of our work, although his office is in Georgia. Why would we use an out of state lawyer; he is dependable. I have been a client of Mr. Williams for years and he has never disappointed me with his quality of work or his ability to communicate. He has never over charged or taken advantage in any way as it pertains to billing. He is a lawyer who knows how to complete a transaction and not disrupt a transaction.

Jeffrey Diamond
Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us.
We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go.
Atty. Diamond was quick to understand and grasp the implications of our case, much to our relief! When he took this on, he explained everything, step by step to us, something for which we were most grateful. His communication skills are second to none. We would receive daily emails updating us as to what was happening, with detailed explanations. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. He could have taken on my case for me but it was not beneficial to me in the long run and would have less to repair with if he took my case but instructed me on immediate steps to take to protect my interests. He is a True GEM and if I ever need him in the future, I know he is there with expertise and experience and has familiarized himself with my needs. Jessica is an awesome Attorney!!!!!!!! She is very knowledgeable, dependable and always kept me in the loop about my case. Any time I had a problem, I would call or email Jessica and she would respond to my messages within the hour with whatever info I needed. Yasha Heidari is a rockstar of the legal world. I have used other attorneys in the past. Mr. Heidari is on another level.
I had a complicated case. I spoke with attorneys that gave me all sorts of conflicting advice and none of them made me feel very good about my case. I received Yasha (Mr. Heidari's) name through a personal friend that spoke extremely highly of him and hyped him up. His hype was more than deserved.
He is professional, smart, likeable, responsive, and every other quality you would want in an attorney. It's almost like he could see into the future. He seemed 5 steps ahead of everyone. I could go on and on and on. He helped me in a difficult time and I could not be happier with him and the way he handled my case.

I recently used Mr. Heidari and had both great results and great experience. I googled him and found this page, and to my suprise, I'm going to be his first review.
I came to know and use Mr. Heidari from a friend of mine who highly recommended him. To be quite honest, when I met him, I thought he seemed a bit younger than attorneys I have used in the past, but I will tell you right now: I will easily give Mr. Heidari my HIGHEST recommendation and will tell anyone, without a doubt, that they can't pick a better choice than Mr. Heidari.
It didn't take long for me to learn why my friend gave Mr. Heidari such a high recommendation. First, he is VERY knowledgable. He seemed to have a mastery of all subjects at hand. I've dealt with quite a few attorneys in the past, and I am a professional myself-- I can easily tell when someone is blowing smoke. Mr. Heidari does not blow smoke. He is exceptionally smart.
Second, he is extremely responsive. One of my biggest gripes with attorneys I've used in the past is that they didn't keep me in the loop, would take a long time to respond to my calls, etc. This is quite the opposite with Mr. Heidari. When I first met Mr. Heidari, I asked him what made him and his firm special. One of the things he told me was that his firm tried to make each client feel like he or she is their only client. Initially, I thought that was simply good marketing, but I will tell you that he is 100% correct. He made me feel like I was special and always had access to him. I once called him at his office at 9 p.m. at night intending to leave him a voicemail, but to my suprise, he answered the phone and spent around an hour talking to me. When we had difficulty scheduling a meeting and some deadlines coming up, he met with me on the weekend. I even noticed he didn't bill me for most of our conversations and asked him if it was a mistake, to which he responded that's not how he does business. WOW! (My previous attorneys would charge me through the nose if they told me "Good morning".)
Third, and definitely most important, he won my case! You should have seen the way he DESTROYED the opposing attorney's arguments! It was a pleasure to see. (I almost felt bad for the opposing attorney. I say ALMOST!) This seemed to be the general trend with Mr. Heidari. Even though I'm not a lawyer and sometimes had difficulty understanding the legal aspects of his letters, e-mails, and court documents, it was even clear to me that he was doing an exceptional job. (Mind you, Mr. Heidari would always explain to me what was going on and tell me the next step that was going to be taken without me having to ask. He was also very patient, understanding, and helpful with all of my questions even though I admit I can be a difficult and demanding person sometimes.)
Overall, I've said a lot, but the point is that Mr. Heidari is an exceptional attorney and I'm very happy I used him. I'm not the type of person that writes reviews either. I don't think I've written another review in the past 10 years, but I simply feel exceptionally good about my experience with him. Everything else aside, if I need legal services, I will use him again. This is 100% without a doubt. I simply don't care what the matter is or where the matter is. He's earned my business for life. I will also recommend him to everyone I know (and their uncles) because he is simply that good.

Like many people, we were caught in a bad economy and our business had to be closed. Overwhelmed and completely at a loss what to do, we were recommended to this office by our accountant. Mr. Tidwell handled a "slip and fall" case for us. We could not have made a better decision regarding attorney selection. We found him to be genuine, honest, ethical, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. We had hired an attorney previously, and he sat on our case for almost two years without ever contacting us, so it was great working with an attorney the caliber of Mr. Tidwell. He apprised us of potential pitfalls and possibilities relative to our case and was sincerely interested in our needs. He promptly returned phone calls, kept us up to date on every movement on our case. We felt comfortable with Mr. Tidwell, fully expecting to have to go to court. Just prior to our court date he suggested we go to mediation with the defendant, especially since it appeared they were anxious to settle out of court. We can't help but believe it was Mr. Tidwell's tenacity and willingness to go to trial that convinced the defendant to go to mediation. Prior to mediation he informed us what we could expect, the risk/reward scenario, etc. His projections proved to be dead on, and after a long day of playing that game, we felt we were victorious and were extremely pleased with the results.
