I have closed multiple properties in four states, and the closing with Anne was the easiest by far . The seller was being a bit difficult regarding the closing date, and she coordinated everything facilitating closing meetings that worked for both parties. She was always available on her cell. The actual closing was a simple 10 minute meeting. I highly recommend specifying Anne as the closing attorney in your next contract.

I was truly blessed to have Attorney Reneau represent me and my daughter in our personal injury case due to a car accident. I worked with Ms. Antonino recently in a commission dispute with a former employer. I had occasion to need advice from Mr. Cannon on a rather complex property title matter. While I was very angry about this situation and wanted to pursue it diligently, Mr. Cannon suggested I turn take some time to let my anger subside, see the problem clearly, and make an unemotional decision. This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. I was working for an employer that was refusing to pay me. My situation was different because I technically started with the company as an intern but quickly advanced. I consulted with Ms Rowen about a complex employment issue. She listened carefully and asked the right questions to allow me to decide whether to take action. She also was comfortable reaching out to another colleague for expertise. I elected not to proceed with the case, in part based on Ms Rowen's candor in describing the pros and cons. I appreciated that she genuinely wanted me to make the decision that would be best for me. I wouldn't consider retaining any other attorney for a complex issue such as this.

I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident (in 2019) that was not my fault. My first attorney did not have any experience litigating motorcycle cases. He was slow to move on the case and was not looking at all options in terms of recompense. After several months of inaction, I handed my case to Allen who, from the very first call, made it clear that he was familiar with how to litigate motorcycle cases - he also rides - and identified ways in which we could achieve a better settlement than just the liability coverage of the other driver which covered less than 25% of my medical expenses.
Over the course of the next 9 months, Allen did a great job representing me. He was quick to respond to my requests for updates and patient with me when I asked how the process works. (This was my first time pursuing a civil case.) Through his efforts we were able to settle the case without having to go to trial. I am content with the settlement amount and know that I would not have got anywhere close to this had I stayed with the attorney I had originally hired. If you've been in a motorcycle accident, given Allen a call. He definitely knows what he is doing.
Thank you Allen and Dale (Allen's paralegal) for all your time, attention and support. I hope not to need your services again, but if I find myself in a similar situation, I will definitely call.

Dwayne surprised me from the start. I was so badly injured, I could barely move from my bed. But after hearing about my situation, Dwayne came over to my apartment to see me personally. He asked me many questions, but also kept the conversation fairly light and jovial, which I appreciated immensely. About five years ago I was involved in a hit and run car accident that left my mother and I with injuries that were hard to prove. The responsible party was no where to be found, thus leaving me with the burden of proving to my insurance that I wasn't at fault and therefore entitled to the insurance benefits that I pay for. At least that is what I thought...however, I quickly discovered that it wasn't going to be that easy.
Despite my reluctance to contact councel, I did so based on a referral from a friend. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made! When I contacted Mr. Darryl Dwayne Adams at The Law Offices of Michael L. Neff, P.C. he immediately made me feel comfortable. He completely destroyed the stereotype I had regarding attorneys! Mr. Adams was professional yet personal, confident but not arrogant and intelligent but never acted as though he was above me.
Even though my case wasn't worth much, in terms of monetary value for Mr. Adams, he worked tirelessly on my behalf. In addition to his diligence he was also very patient. He was working with my mother via phone and emails due to the fact that she lived in another state.
The insurance company worked just as diligently to prevent my mother or I from collecting a settlement! My case took three years to finalize and Mr. D. Adams was with me every step of the way. Ultimately my mother and I both won our settlements for the maximum allowed based on my policy!
I can honestly say Mr. Darryl Dwayne Adams is a wonderful person and attorney! He went above and beyond, although he will say that he was just doing his job. I suppose I should add modest to his very long list of qualities that make him an excellent lawyer.
If I knew anyone that was in need of legal representation, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Darryl Dwayne Adams. He is the best!

We were extremely pleased with the services provided by Briant. We had spent several frustrating months trying to work with insurance companies directly and finally gave up and called Briant after a friend recommended him. It give me great pleasure to write this review. Honestly I hired the firm in 2009 via phone and from day 1 Lisa Segal was very responsive and caring to my needs. My case is a little different considering I'm a resident of Chicago and I needed Atlanta representation. All of my interaction with the firm was handled via phone and mail. Lisa Segal was simply wonderful she kept me in the loop every step of the way. If I had questions they were answered so I could understand, considering I know nothing about the legal world. My 75 year old mother who lives with me was involved in a motor vehicle accident a few years ago. She suffered severe injury to her back. It was a very challenging time in our lives and we had no idea where to turn, so I took to the internet and entered a few information and questions about her accident. I received a call from Briant the next day, and I gave him additional information and expressed my concerns. I was appointed by the Superior Court of Fulton Couty to act as a Special Master in a highly complex legal malpractice case in which Mr. Schklar represented a number of well-known VC firms. Being part of a lawsuit is frustrating. It is emotionally and mentally draining. I am glad Wayne was my lawyer. He was with me throughout the last five years and coping with the situation at hand was much easier with him by my side. Hospitals should be held accountable for any negligence concerning the quality of patient care. Wayne felt the same way. He always knew the latest update concerning the case. I have found Counselor Jakob-Barnes to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy.
Getting out of debt can be a scary, expensive, and arduous process, especially, when there is old charged off debt involved. Understanding that it would take time and looking to, ultimately, pay off every single old debt, I contacted Counselor Jakob-Barnes in order to understand my options and to represent my interests when dealing with collection firms. Removing the uncertainty and ambiguity associated with settling old debt, she fully explained both the process and my options; she never once tried to convince me of more expensive legal services. Counselor Jakob-Barnes prevented the escalation of a collection legal proceeding and negotiated with the collection firm to get me the requisite time needed to pay off the debt without going to court or enduring the garnishment of wages.
If you are trying to settle old, bad debt, my recommendation is to do some quality research, and I --highly--recommend that you hire Counselor Jakob-Barnes. We met with Ms. Jakob several months ago to discuss her representation in a lease dispute. She felt she could help us out to come to a fair settlement with our previous landlord. After reviewing our case, she contacted the landlord's attorney with an offer to settle, which was accepted, and much better than they had previously demanded. We have come to an agreement that is mutually acceptable with terms that are within out financial limits. We are very pleased with Ms. Jakob, and would definitely use her again. She made sure to update us regularly during negotiations, gave us advice on what we could request and ideas for an offer, and helped us every step of the way. I was looking for a lawyer who was honest and trustworthy, not someone who was out to screw the opposing side.
