I found Michael to be very knowledgeable and helpful in my immigration case. After collecting the basic necessary information from me regarding my case, he took time to sit with me personally and listen to my concerns, listen to and fully answer all of my questions, and to discuss how my case can move forward. Although he has legal and office staff, I was very pleased to be communicating and working directly with him the entire time. I did not have to send messages through assistants or paralegals, as is normally the case when working with attorneys. Michael was easy to communicate with, responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and with a thorough and diligent response to each of my questions and concerns. He was not only very knowledgeable of immigration law, he was very familiar with USCIS policies and internal procedures - this insight he provided has been invaluable.
Michael is also a very warm and friendly person and after meeting with him, I could tell that he genuinely cared about my case and making it move forward. In 2017 we came to Michael's law office with a very complicated situation involving adoption and immigration plus our daughter's case previously handled by another attorney was denied. Michael, a professional Immigration Attorney, successfully helped our daughter to get her green card a year ago. Since then we often contact him whenever we do not understand something and need help. He truly cares about a client's need. He treated us in a comfortable way like his family. I hired Brett to help with a Regulation CF offering. He modified my Operating Agreement, drafted an Offering Agreement to investors, and educated me on what he was doing every step of the way. He is an outstanding lawyer and is easy to talk to. He made sure to protect my company in every possible way. He is well versed in security laws and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. He did an extremely well job drafting all the required documents I needed and he did it all in a timely manner. His prices are very fair and much better than anyone else I called (and I called a lot of lawyers around the US!).
Overall, Brett gets six out of five stars from me and I will definitely hire him again, if need be.

Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.

Kirker Davis is a top of the line law firm that excels in strategy, execution and victory. As a Line Officer in the Navy with 16 years of service I can credibly assess that their operations are on point and well-greased. Holly and Chris are simply magic in the courtroom: expertly weaving their story on the floor and directing the flow of arguments.
What's more is that they take that extra level of care and customer service when you need it most, making critical calls and responses via email and phone at night and on the weekend should necessity dictate. The result is a pair that exhibits hybrid characteristics of both dedicated hired guns and personal friends and confidants. Kirker Davis advertises concierge level service, and it couldn't be more true.
My case started out very bleak, with multiple significant challenges and obstacles already established when I first walked into the Kirker Davis office. Although I cannot go into the details of my case, Holly, Chris and the rest of the KD team were able to turn the tables from a defensive posture to undeniable forward momentum. I will say if you are facing seemingly insurmountable odds there is no better team to have at your back and side to protect you and achieve the results you're looking for.

I consulted holly about my sister's divorce case. After listening intently, she offered to review her case free of charge and give sound advice. Some of the advice she gave were the steps we ending up taking throughout her divorce process. One thing I would say about holly is how CARING she is. Going through a divorce is a very difficult and heart-wrenching process and holly pulls through 2,000% with a caring heart but is successful because she is tough and unbelievably smart. My husband and I hired Lindsay Gray to help us with our immigration visa at the end of 2017/early 2018. She came highly recommended and at that moment we hired her we were not to know just how fantastic she really was.
My husband is American and I am from Ireland, we both live in Los Angeles and you would think that the distance and time differences between Austin and Los Angeles would deter a lawyer but Lindsay was as professional as one could be and worked with our schedules willingly and happily.
Lindsay really went above and beyond for us, she worked around the clock on our case, always communicating updates and checking in, may it be via phone, Skype or email; even though the two of us are extraordinarily bad about keeping on top of things which I bet drove her crazy occasionally. Lindsay made our immigration process as smooth as one could possibly be, she explained everything clearly and was so detailed in what we needed or what she needed from us to help us. There wasn’t one moment were my husband and myself ever felt confused or left in the dark. If we had questions she answered them. While Lindsay is accustomed to working in Austin and St.Louis she did a great deal of research for our case, considered differences and emphasized peculiarities which are different between the states. Lindsay was even in communication with California lawyers to really make sure all our boxes were ticked and there would be no surprises.
When it came time for our interview she flew out to Los Angeles and it was actually the first time we were getting to meet her. We had been corresponding for so long that when we all met it felt like meeting an old friend.
Lindsay Gray is a phenomenal lawyer and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone. She really is someone admirable and incredibly professional.

I was referred to Katherine by a friend. Katherine and her Team really set the tone for my experience by being very prompt with a response after my initial inquiry. During our initial meeting Katherine was very thorough at explaining to me the process of drafting a prenuptial agreement and was very upfront of the timeline for completion. I sought the counsel of Carlos Salinas for an order of protection from my husband after a very terrifying situation. Carlos was a calming and confident presence during very difficult court proceedings. From the instant I began working with Carlos, it was apparent that he was beyond knowledgeable and experienced with not only family law, but domestic violence and orders of protection as well. Carlos walked me through every step of the process in a manner that was reassuring and comprehensible. It was not just Carlos’s professionalism and expertise that stood out to me however. whether you are like me, with multiple charges, or facing a very unfortunate DWI of any level you are in great hands with Paul. He's aggressive when necessary and kind and understanding all that same time. I was misidentified as a physician who lost a state license from another state. Since I was reported as the revoked licensed physician, I was questioned by my state board and had trouble finding employment due to the National Practitioner Databank report. I tried to correct this problem myself and got nowhere. A friend suggested Antonio Cobos, JD and things started moving real fast. Within a month of his letter to the reporting agencies, I received a corrected NPDB report with sincere apologies for their mistake. Dr. Cobos and Samantha are fantastic and I owe them for getting my future back.

When we went to see Gabe we were unsure of the exact direction we needed to go with our legal paperwork. Gabe talked us through the different scenerios that applied to us, explained things in terms that we could understand, and guided us through the maze of different documents. He then sent us home with our "homework" to do. I've been working with Amber and her team for the past three years. She's one of the most important people in my life. She was able to get a very serious charge dismissed for me.
The amount I paid her felt like a lot at the time but in retrospect it was nothing. I would've found a way to pay her twice that. I heard about someone who had her appointed by the court and I just think, what incredible luck. If you get her appointed or if you've just hired her just do what she asks and you can sit back and relax. I feel so lucky to have chosen her to represent me. Things could've gone very differently for me but I hired her and saw true justice done.

I just called her office to request information regarding a case from 20+ years ago. Her office manager, being 30+ years experienced in crime records reporting, took her own time to advise me on the process and how to proceed, without having to hire a legal counselor at all. Mrs Vazquez has the right team working for her, and if I am ever in a need for a legal counselor again, I won't shop around, I've already found the right counselor and team. Mary Louise Phelps surpassed any expectations I had for my divorce attorney.
