I hired Mr. Britt when I had just lost an arbitration trial that had granted a judgment against my business and myself personally for $640,000. Mr. Britt was able to organize the evidence and presentation of materials to have the judgment overturned by District Judge. He then led a four year fight against the plaintiffs to protect me and my family. In the end I never had to pay a penny out of my own pockets. Mr. Britt remains a close friend and confidant to this day. Highly recommended !!

I retained Robert DuBois as my attorney in a partner dispute that spanned the majority of 2014. Robert was responsive in getting back to me whenever I had questions via phone or email as well as scheduling last minute meetings with him in person. He was completely knowledgeable of the situation and kept me informed of any new developments as soon as they occurred. Ms. Harding was awesome! Unlike many other lawyers i met with prior, she made me at ease with my case. Anytime i called or needed to speak with her she was always available. i was never passed off to any other lawyers in her firm. I always dealt with her directly which was very different from other people told me of their lawyers. Most importantly, she got my case dismissed! I recommend everyone go with Ms. Hardings law firm.

Steven greatly helped me settle a dispute with Universal Music Group about their copyright claims. As a wedding videographer, I never dreamed that a huge company like UMG would go after me for copyright infringement, but they did and Stephen helped me understand how important it was to take the whole thing very seriously. He helped me figure out what UMG was demanding and fought to push back on many of their demands. This helped lower the final bill tremendously. He negotiated for the lowest possible amount of fine ($750) for each of the songs. I'm so happy I hired Steven to represent me in this extremely stressful lawsuit. He always quickly returned emails and even kept me on schedule when I procrastinated. When UMG took months and month to answer, Steven kept me up to date with quick emails that he didn't charge me for. I really appreciated how professional he was through the whole process. I felt that his fees were very fair and I would hire him again if needed.

Linda helped me out so much! I came to her a court appointed client, but did not recieve the cold shoulder that most other lawyers gave to me,especially once they knew my situation. All I can say is this man works tirelessly to win your case. Very low key. Works for you even during court recess. Show me anyone who does that. Former Trial Chief for Travis County. I was impressed and I am hard to please. A so called utility worker filed a criminal charge on me and Mr. Roark exposed him as just a tree cutter tresspassing on my property. The jury was out 15 minutes and found me not guilty. If you pass this guy up for an attorney you are making a mistake. I had a lot to lose. He stopped the prosecution in their tracks.

I would like to start my review by saying Emma D. Apodaca is the most skilled, professional, well spoken, strategist attorney I have ever met. In my many years of business I have not encountered an attorney that cares so much for the people and "actually" has their best interest at heart. What a polar opposite she is to the industry. Not ONLY did she win my case but she won it with sheer elegance and precision to the law. She left no stone unturned and was so prepared that even the courts had no questions. Her work, preparedness, and specific knowledge of the law was irrefutable. I couldn't be more grateful and to say satisfied would be an understatement. My business partner has Cory represent us in a civil lawsuit. This case lasted just over three years. We could not had selected a better attorney to represent us. Very professions and knowledgable. One of the best trial lawyers I have seen. He went above and beyond what we ever expected from an attorney. Our legal fees were probably what most law firms charge as a retainer. He did everything he could to cut our costs and provided two additional attorneys for jury selection at no cost to us. came to him for child custody case and divorce. I interviewed 24 lawyers before choosing him. HIs name kept coming up with judges and lawyers that I asked around. He really gets the important matters in the case quick and figures out what will be important to the judge and in the courtroom. He keeps you on track because you can get emotional and not always focused on what is important to winning your case. I liked the fact that he answers his on phone and when you come by his office he welcomes you in and talks to you. There is no red tape, no legal staff doing all the leg work and communication - just straight to your lawyer. One voice and one answer. He is very professional and all business. He has a lot of experience and it shows when he is in court how he builds his case in front of the judge one brick at a time. He won several hearings for me and one trial and one mediation.

I went to Laura when my ex was suing me for all kinds of rights to my daughter. I wasn't sure what to do and I was running out of time. Attorney Ray E. Dunn has an incredible DISMISSAL/SUCCESS rate of 94+%!! Stop and read that once more. I've never seen other attorneys release their stats but can easily see why they don't. This is easily proven by court records across Central Texas and far beyond. Mr. Dunn is extremely well-respected by judges and prosecutors all over. This is so important when one understands the way things work as well as the people (all of whom have egos and attitudes running amuck more often than not) who run them. He has an uncanny and highly skilled ability to speak with them in a subtle but highly persuasive manner about your case. His 22+ years experience and profound knowledge of the law (especially the finer points), his unwavering persistence and attention to detail and his dedication to each client are just a few of the reasons I find him to be far beyond comparison to any other attorney. I was referred to Sherri by Randy Leavitt, the other lawyer in her firm. I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with her service. Although fighting a legal battle is hardly what one would call a positive experience, my experience with Sherri was beyond positive. Immediately upon meeting with her it was clear she knows what she's talking about (her past experience as a prosecutor was clearly an advantage). She also took the time to really understand my expectations, and was honest about whether or not those expectations were realistic. She very quickly (less than a month) got me the deal I wanted. In my opinion, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
I was so satisfied with her representation that I ended up retaining her services for my boyfriend's current case. She was able to get him released from jail on a PR bond despite his previous record. Her expertise has been an invaluable advantage for my boyfriend's current case, and I know he feels the same way.
