I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding handling of my son's case by Dr. Manley and his team. Five plus years ago I began an effort to seek justice for my injured son in hope (in addition to financial compensation for Christopher and his siblings) that the physicians responsible for my son's injuries would be more aware of the relevant medical issues when responsible for care involving pregnancies like Christopher's. I believe Dr. Manley and his team accomplished this goal.
Searching for an appropriate attorney/firm to handle Chris' case was challenging. I encountered a variety of issues. I had prominent New Hampshire based firms state that Defendants in Christopher's case "never settle cases". It is my experience as a Corporate Attorney that firms with reputations for not wanting to litigate are seldom offered attractive settlements.
My perception was that many of the New Hampshire based firms appeared to have conflicts of interest having had the Defendants provide medical care to their colleagues/employees, although these firms were not always forthcoming when addressing this issue.
I had a "high-powered" Massachusetts firm opine that our case was "not win-able"
I eventually realized I needed to search outside New Hampshire for a firm with a reputation, financial resources, and attorneys willing to litigate every case in which it was necessary. As the old English metaphorical idiom goes, I realized I needed an "Elephant in the room" and/or "an eight-hundred-pound gorilla in the room". As I understand it, Defendants tried to bring in their own out-of-state, high-powered litigator (their "Elephant in the room") and when he was unavailable for our trial date, and the Judge had had enough of Defendants' typical delaying tactics, Defendants decided to acknowledge they were no match for our "Elephant in the room", Dr. Manley and your firm. So the reputation for Defendants in Christopher's case being unwilling to settle cases was overcome in Christopher's case. I am of the opinion that Dr. Manley's many years of experience as an actively practicing OB/GYN physician when utilized in questioning Defendants and Defendants' expert witnesses during depositions contributed significantly to Defendants' decision to make a "last minute" settlement offer.
I am eternally grateful for Dr. Manley's and your firm's efforts on our children's behalf.

Amazing services! From my experience he went out of his way to get things handled and as quickly as possible. A weekend trip out of town turned into a two month stay In central booking with no bail and considered a flight risk. By our second court date I was on my way home! This man got up and educated the judge and the da on the law to the point they had to go over it in court, and realized at that point they no longer had a case due to an error on their side. When my case was dismissed and charges dropped the DA was not happy and said they would still be pursuing other route’s. When I made it back home the Da had already reopened new charges. I was states and states away and he put it to rest yet again. I was never charged everything was dismissed. He is definitely someone you want in your corner during a tough situation.

I honestly can't put to words how wonderful Alex is.
I have been getting totally screwed by State Farm Insurance for a claim they obviously should have covered 8 months ago. (a contractor I hired to do work totaled my property, contractors insurance company was blowing me off, and my insurance state farm did the same)
I found his firm and after i left a message on the firms voicemail, I never expected to hear back from them.
Alex personally calls me back, obviously having taken a personal interest in my case & wanted to know more details. He spent the time with me to fully understand the situation, which is pretty complex, lengthy, and has a lot of players. He was clearly listening, asking the right questions, and didn't rush me at all. He wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. Not only did Alex NOT bull-dose me with legal jargon, half-finished unclear sentences, etc.. which is what other attorneys I originally tried to talk to did, Alex showed genuine compassion for the cause: making sure people don't get screwed by these mega-insurers, like I obviously was. He told me that he wouldn't get involved in taking my money if he didn't think it would be worth it for me. He really was in this not for the money, but to make things right.
Alex then quickly formulated a few potential paths forward, described the associated costs with each and outlined what he thought the best and worst outcomes from each path could be. We worked together to build a plan to help me that made sense for my situation and my budget. And we got started.
After months of being alone, and getting screwed by nearly everyone I encountered in this matter, Alex made it clear he was in my court and was going to use everything in his experience to set this situation right.
Then I saw a totally different side of Alex. He and his team came out the gate swinging aggressively at all the parties that had thus far been trampling me with lies, deceit, and flagrantly illegal bath faith practices.
Alex leveraged his experience in the field to set me up with a very strong case with the MIA and now I am waiting for the MIA to make their decision.
Regardless of what happens, I believe that Alex Brown did everything anyone could have possibly done, as well or better than anyone could have done, in the messed up situation I found myself in.
I will definitely be using Alex again in the future, and I have already recommended him to my friends and family.
If I have only one regret with hiring Alex Brown it is that I didn't hire him sooner and that I don't have more money to give him.

We turned to Chaim for advice on addressing our tax debt and to see if an "offer in compromise" was feasible. Chaim reviewed our financial situation and directed us to tools on the IRS website to determine if we might qualify for a reduction in our taxes. In life we never really expect to need an attorney. When/ if that time comes like most people I was scared of what to expect, the trustworthiness, the knowledge of my specific case, how long would this take.. All of my questions were answered, and answered timely. I never felt like I was "bothering him" Nick took time to understand my point of view, understand the case, he remembered facts. Yes part of this was "his Job" but above and beyond his job was the kind tone I heard on the other end of the phone each time I called, the rapid response of answering emails . The time he took to explain the details of my case to me. Law is not my area of expertise. I was confused and uneducated at times during this process, he made sure I understood each step of the way. He let me decide how to proceed with his guidance. He explained the benefit of each possible out come of my case. I never felt forced to make a decision to get my case over with. Each time a document that we were waiting on came in, I knew it arrived. When struggles arose in the case I was made aware of that as well. When appointments were needed, example a doctor appointment, I knew why it was needed and what to expect while there. When I had to sign documentation that looked like it was in a foreign language, because it used terms I did not understand, Nick broke down every sentence when I needed him to. He never treated me as though I was just a client, or beneath him if I did not understand what was happening he and his team always took time with me . I had a clear understanding of this process.
