Within the past 3 years I’ve endured financial failure, separation, and illness. Steve entered a delicate situation involving complex business (and personal) relationships and handled the situation with a delicacy and diplomacy that I did not think was possible. Erin represented me when I was charged with DUI this year. After reviewing my case, Erin found that my rights were violated in several ways and was able to get all of my charges dropped. She even handled my trial with the MVA and helped me avoid getting my license suspended. She is a lifesaver! Erin is a rock star! She helped us with our traffic cases and was our advocate with the MVA. She's like a firecracker - small, but packs a big punch! And don't let her age fool you - she knows her stuff when it comes to traffic cases or anything with the MVA. Just be sure to call her FIRST before you do anything with the court or MVA (we learned the hard way!). Erin was always responsive and talked to you in a way where you could understand the law. It was so refreshing to have an attorney with integrity and compassion. She really cared about us! Hands down, I would recommend her to everyone and would use her again (hopefully won't need to!)

After six months of handling my own case I decided to seek outside help. Based on recommendations I called a handful of attorneys. The office of Mr. Ostad was the only one who readily had a paralegal available despite the fact it was Friday afternoon when most other offices were closed. Within a few minutes I was speaking directly with Daniel P. Connors an Associate at Ostad Law. Mr. Connors helped put things in perspective and immediately offered a lot of comfort.
For months I've gone at it alone and now I feel like I have an army to back me up. I usually turn to attorney Erica Bazzell whom I've known for 25 years for my legal dealings. I met her while she was still a law student at Columbia University Law School. Needless to say, turning to anyone other than Ms. Bazzell was difficult. However, my case is in Baltimore City and Ms. Bazzell is licensed to practice in Philadelphia not Baltimore. Based on recommendations I got in touch with Mr. Ostad's office and I'm glad I made the right decision.
My case involves a distribution broker hired by General Mills. I'm 100% confident that Mr. Ostad and Mr. Connors are more than capable to take on corporate giants without missing a beat. Moreover, I feel I can rest easy and not be sold out. The firm has my best interest in mind.

It was an amazing experience having Alan Mensh representing us on our legal case. He was fair to both sides, I feel that this shows the compassion that he has himself being a lawyer. Alan never left up and was there everytime I messaged or called with a question. When we went to mediation on our case he stayed right there with us and made sure that at all times he was there to help us understand what and how things were going. I was LUCKY enough to accidentally find/meet David Jackson the same week I got turned down for disability though anybody w/ eyes could see I am very Disabled. He was understanding, intelligent, explained everything I didn't understand and THROUGHOUT the case, answered my emails promptly and explained whatever was confusing to me without talking -down- to me. My family and I could TELL he was a TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST man just by the professional yet caring way he helped and worked hard to get me the benefits I needed. I truly believe it was fate that lead us to his office two days after getting turned down a second time. I don't know what *you* find important in a lawyer but professionalism, skill, intellect, and knowledge of the law obviously comes first. Yet isn't it an added bonus to have someone THAT skilled on *your* team that is working for YOU, cares about YOUR health, YOUR problems, knows your name, issues , and ALSO treats you & your family with a degree of warmth and respect that most lawyers seem to lack?? In doctors, they call it "A GREAT bedside manner". I don't know what to call it in an attorney except for surprising and appreciated!! Do you want a lawyer that is JUST after a paycheck?! Or do you want one that wants to get you ALL the help, benefits, and care that you deserve?!? Frank is a pitbull. Once he gets ahold of your case he doesn't let go. Even if he cant represent you, he finds other lawyers that would. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I ever need a lawyer.
