Constantine Frangopoulos Esq, was able to resolve a boundary line Issue that was not addressed by the previous attorney that represented me on the Sale of my Home. Further Mr. Frangopoulos was able to close the sale of the house in an efficient, thorough, and quick manner. In addition to the sale Mr. Frangopoulos represented me and my wife on the purchase of the new home which was owned by an Estate. The new home was riddled with municipality issues that Constantine was able to identify and effectively negotiate a significant credit towards the purchase price and close the purchase in a seamless and smooth fashion.
Mr. Frangopoulos kept both myself and my wife apprised in all aspects during the course of both transactions. I would highly recommend him he is a very competent Real Estate Attorney.

She did send the letters to management but the problem was her complete lack of communication during and after the fact. My sister and I were honored to care for our elderly mother who remained at home and passed away recently. In the process, we were advised by Ms. Kruper and by other attorneys in the Law Offices of Margaret Ann Carrozza, Bayside, NY. For example, the firm prepared the Trust for us and provided essential documentary evidence that permitted us to obtain a favorable decision in arguing for reimbursement of personal expenditures by my sister and me before my mother was deemed eligible for partial Medicaid assistance. Most significantly, we found Ms. Kruper to make herself available to assist us by providing pertinent information to guide us in addressing legal parameters on any matters we faced in regard to our mother's care. I retained Ms. Kruper to represent me in the process of settling two estates. During that time, she was always accessible, through, timely, unbelievably patient, and extremely fair. Her fees were very reasonable, and billing was done in a very detailed and clear manner. This attorney was recommended to me unfortunately I wish she was not since her involvement costed the children to lose their parent for 3 years. Mona made a perfectly safe parent unsafe by convincing me to take supervised visits to prove our point which was used to make a “Refrain from order” a “stay away”. I was forced to be supervised amongst my two children while I taught 220 elementary to middle school children unsupervised- the stupidity is beyond comprehension. On top of it all, I was forced to not see my kids for 6 weeks because of her ill fated advise in her arrangement of a supervisor. Mona is the reason why I lost my children- please, please pick a better attorney and research them not taking recommendation. Also, her advice caused an arrest almost costing me my teaching job in which she commented many people get arrested even teachers. I am horrified and such will be further documented.

I hired Dennis directly to represent me for a cell phone ticket. Paid for his services up front about 8 months prior to my court date. I had not heard from him or his office a week prior to my court date. I called to confirm that he had everything he needed and that he was aware of my court date and he said he had no idea, but he would be there. During the hearing Dennis did absolutely nothing and told me, after the hearing, that I did not have to show up.

We hired him to evict the tenant. He takes money and not doing any work. He never return call phones. We always have to follow up with our case. And the case lost because of his unprofessional practice and mistakes he made. This case is a simple eviction and the tenant never showed up in court and it has to be an easy win case, but he lost it for us. Wasting our time and money. Never ever hire him for any landlord/tenant case.

Perry Tischler is a terrible and dishonest lawyer! He was the lawyer for the party that we sued, and he lied in affirmations, supported his clients lies in an affidavit that they filed and did not advise the court of his client perjuring himself, among other unacceptable behavior. He is such a bad attorney that a complaint was filed with the Grievance Committee. If you want an attorney to lie on your behalf, and cover-up the fact that his office never returns phone calls, never answers letters and basically does everything in their power to lie, deceive and twist the law for their own clients gain, then Tischler is the one for you. If you want a honest, dependable and fair attorney, then stay clear from this clown.
