I interviewed 2 other attorneys, but I knew when I met David Richardson that he was the one I wanted to represent me
I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client
When ever I had a question he always got right back to me, never made me feel I was bothering him
I will continue to send family & friends to David, he is the best!!

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B. Richardson always assured my family and I that he has everything in control (and he did!). He never made us feel that our actions were limited. He did not ever hesitated to suggest different avenues to approach X, Y, and Z. He kept an opened mind and a positive attitude. We grew to know that Mr. Richardson has an extensive background of experience and valuable varieties of resources.
I enjoyed working with Mr. Richardson. I am graciously thankful and grateful for his representation. If any other unforeseen events were to happen in my life, I know who to call. Bart handled my husband and I with great care and respect. His fee was resonable and his reassurance was priceless. I can be a little high maintenance at times and he always handled my questions with grace and patience. He has a professional staff as well all who are very knowledgeable and careful when answering questions.

Kim and David helped me apply for E2 visa. I was recently grated my visa. I am very impressed with their knowledge and ability of what they can pull off. they have a very precise understanding of how the USCIS rules and laws govern in this Country. They were able to advise me on what the USCIS is looking from me, and what kinds of documents will justify my request for the visa. It is kind of hard to keep this short, but i strongly recommend these people and their skills.

Mr. James came highly recommended and lived up to those recommendations. He represented our organization and mission excellently in a very difficult and complicated legal process. I would recommend him without reservation. I suspect that the negative review he received was from the other side of the legal issue Mr. James helped us with. Unfortunately, their lack of success in the courtroom, due to Mr. James' excellent work, has led them to attack him personally.

Credit problems seem to hound us in one form or another throughout our adult lives. The solutions to those problems are not easily discerned--not even for many attorneys. In my case, I did all I could to try to understand what was happening to my credit. I gathered all my research and took the papers to a local attorney. The file laid on a shelf in the lawyer's office for a month--she did not know what to do with it. The case would be against one of the nation's top three credit reporting bureaus.
By chance, my wife found a site on the internet that told of the work of Christopher Green, a successful consumer protection attorney in far-off Seattle, Washington. We gave Chris a call and before the conversation was over we already had a certain feeling of optimism. I sent Chris my packet of amateur research, and it was not long before he had shuffled the papers, identified those pages with substantive information, and mortared that information together with depositions, a wide range of personal experiences, his expertise in credit law, and with a diligence that did not falter before the case was completed.
Chris Green argued the merits of my case professionally and successfully before the court--against renowned corporate lawyers--winning a grand-slam decision. Later he made sure that I was making the decisions as he negotiated a settlement that was beyond expectations.

A major corporation misused my personal and credit information causing an avalanche of serious problems. They refused to make the necessary corrections. After 2 1/2 years of insurmountable problems and frustration, I hired Christopher Green for legal counsel. He was patient and understanding while listening to my complaints. Matt Kunz is a detailed, vigilant, protective, intelligent and attentive lawyer who always had my back. He listened to the facts, asked pertinent questions and compiled proper evidence to build a solid case. After winning each judgement, Matt kept level headed and focused on making sure I received what was due. Matt won seven out of seven judgements for me.
Matt was not afraid to litigate. He went toe to toe with two different lawyers, beating them using logic and the evidence he skillfully compiled. Matt’s written declarations and his court appearances were concise, accurate and always backed up by proof. He outwitted the other lawyers using case law and logical arguments while earning the respect of the Judges by expertly following the rules of the court.

I'd like to take a moment and give a personal review of Matt Kunz my attorney. I was involved in a very emotional legal matter that was devastating to me personally. Through much hard work and perseverance from Matt I was able to gain closure and start putting my life back together. This was not an easy task as I had little experience in anything regarding litigation. Matt was extremely professional and informative through all the steps and processes from deposition to court, breaking down clearly what was expected and more specifically what was meant by exchanges between both Lawyers and the Judge. If I appeared confused or unaware, he always took time to explain in lay terms what was happening and why. There were times when my stress level didn't allow me to fully understand the moment and he always found a way to bring it full circle. He reads situations in an uncanny way with an ability to see philosophically through the rhetoric, a gift I very much appreciated. His philosophical approach put me at ease throughout the case. I believe the Judge appreciated this as well as he complimented him for thinking fast on his feet and that he didn't waste any time making his point. Matt helped me stay focused on the case and not get side tracked with emotion by keeping me informed. He left nothing to the imagination so to speak. It's very easy to get caught up in the moment but his professional knowledge and wisdom help keep me grounded to the end. We reached a point when we were ordered to Mediate and once again Matt was outstanding in this arena. On a very personal note, this is the first review of this kind I've ever participated in. I do not take it lightly and mean when I tell you that if I ever have to go to court again, it will be with Matt's representation. I wanted to protect myself and my family from a system that I long thought was broken, he helped me regain trust and even a new respect of our legal system. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that potentially would end her life in weeks. Although she had a will and POA, they were 10 years old and she had moved from Kirkland, Wa to California to be near her son. Lots of estate loose ends needed to be completed and not only was Ms. Chang and her staff very responsive, their work product and detail was outstanding! They prepared all documents necessary, including a living trust, filing of a deed and even had a mobile notary handle the out of state signing. Really super service and also excellent work. She and her staff were also compassionate, in a high stressed situation. Very impressive (I use lawyers quite a bit in my business).

My parents and I have been clients of attorney Andrea Lee for many years. She has prepared legal documents for me and many of my friends and family, and I recommend her to everyone! Not only is she very knowlegeable, caring and insightful, but she takes the time to ensure all of our questions have been answered.
I first met Andrea when my father became ill, and she helped me and my Mom plan for his decline due to Alzheimer's disease. Without Andrea's help my Mom would have lost all of her money (and her sanity) taking care of my Dad, but Andrea was able to save some of my parents estate, and my Mom was able to stay in her home. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. When you meet Andrea you can tell she really cares about her clients.
