I would consider Steve Chance to be one in a million. He is one of two lawyers that I have dealt with in my lifetime that had the honesty and fortitude to lay our case out in black and white. He explained the weaknesses and the strengths that our case had and did not make ANY hyped promises as to what we could expect. He has a quick mind and doesn't miss a point during depositions or trial. You would be hard pressed to find ANY lawyer that walks into a meeting as well prepared as Steve. Nathan and the team at Robinson and Kole handled my claim for knee replacement --which other attorneys thought was "complicated" without even reviewing my medical info. If you find yourself in need of a DUI lawyer, look no further than David Jolly.
My case was, undoubtedly, a very difficult one. I was charged with DUI, hit&run, and reckless driving, with the incident in question resulting in significant property damage to a business. To be frank, I thought my life was pretty much over.
That said, from my initial consultation, David was very optimistic about getting me a positive outcome. Every time I brought a new detail to his attention that I thought would irreparably complicate my case, he would respond, “okay, here’s how we can work with that.” And work with it he did.
In fact, David worked tirelessly on my behalf for months, even taking several short-notice phone calls at my request during a time surrounding a death in his family. Adam Engst is an excellent lawyer. He is professional and personable. He explained the process thoroughly. He was always happy to respond to any questions we had quickly. My husband and myself were involved in a serious rear end collision. We were both injured. My husband required neck surgery and will have continued pain and limited mobility of his neck. This affects our future financially as well. He has lost income by severally limiting his ability to work. Adam fought to get medical costs related to injury plus the maximum $ amount from the insurance company and succeeded! The settlement was in the 6 figures and will go towards our being able to live without fear of losing our home. And for future medical expenses. In my case because of my illnesses, I was unable to get medical treatment for my crash-related injuries, which would normally mean that my case was not very valuable. However, Adam was able to convince the insurance companies that my low medical bills did not reflect the severity of the injuries I suffered. As a result, Adam was able to get them to pay every last dollar of all the insurance policy limits available. We were so impressed and satisfied with Adams representation. I suffered a serious neck injury in a rear-end collision that was not my fault. My case was somewhat complicated by the fact that I had suffered a cervical spine fracture about 20 years prior.
Although I tried to avoid surgery at all costs, my pain never went away, and I ended up needing a three-level cervical fusion. As a result of my injuries, I was unable to do many of the tasks required of me at work, and my employer was essentially forced to outsource my position. I faced the serious risk of being forced into an early retirement, and as I am the sole breadwinner for my household, that was a daunting possibility.
Fortunately, Adam was able to work with my employer, my surgeon, the insurance company, and their lawyers to get me every last dollar of insurance benefits available, which was more money than I ever thought possible.
If you have been seriously injured, you should not hesitate to give Adam a call. He is kind and considerate with his clients but knows how to force insurance companies to do the right thing.

Adam Engst is Mr Mojo!
Seriously, 3 years ago at the end of May 2021, I and a close friend were involved in a terrible accident on an ATV. My friend eventually died and I had severe injuries including a broken femur, multiple broken ribs, and damage by kinetic force to my calf.
I was at a loss of what to do, as I was certain there were multiple parties at fault. I can not get into the details but can say after consulting with Adam, that I made the right decision to go forward with a claim.
The case was complex, as multiple insurance companies and friends were involved. I was extremely distraught about the whole affair as I began this process. I had lengthy P.T. and severe depression with PTSD type symptoms for a long while.
One thing I can say is, upon my initial meeting with Adam, within about 10 minutes, I knew I had the right person to help me. In a prior line of work which could be perilous at times, I had to quickly judge the character of new people whom would enter my circle. Figuring out who would fly straight and 'have my back' took many years to fine tune, but I became pretty good at that.
So my 'radar' concerning Adam pinged as someone I could trust.
I was never proven wrong by him or his law firm of Brett McCandlis, Brown & Conner.
I am grateful that we did not have to go to trial, as there were hurt feelings involved already by me deciding to choose the action that I did post-accident.
Adam did give me the final say on all major decisions, including the possibility of going to trail if the defendants insurance companies did not settle.
I basically told Adam, that, "I did not want to 'Cross the Rubicon', but go ahead Caesar and have your horse put its foot into the water."
Well, he did, and Rome blinked. The insurance companies blinked, and decided to settle just at the wire.
Not sure exactly how Adam pulled it all off, but then I am not an attorney, though I have had them in the past.
The result was I got a hefty settlement. While money is not everything, it is going to help me as I move on from a terrible accident.
If anyone reads this, know this: I highly recommend Adam Engst, and the law firm he works for.

In the summer of 2019, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Fortunately, I do not remember the accident. The EMT’s put me into an induced coma at the scene of the accident and after a few days in the hospital I was brought out of the coma.
After waking up, all I wanted to do was to get out of the hospital and back to work in a business I had just started. I felt that the aches and pains were just a distraction from the dedication I needed to make the business successful. My punctured lung, broken ribs, broken other bones, smashed in face, missing teeth, my body numb from the hips down, and a severe head injury with a hematoma could just be ignored. Maybe I was not thinking straight!
My wife suggested that we should sit down with an attorney regarding the accident, and I reluctantly took a meeting with Paula McCandliss from Brett Law. I wasn’t keen on lawyers, and I did not put much effort into the meeting. My thoughts were that I’d quickly get over my bumps and bruises and Paula would be wasting her time with my case. Well, I was not thinking straight, and thank goodness for Paula putting up with my callousness.
The physicians and hospital staff did a respectable job putting me back together, but it’s hard for them to determine the extent of the injuries, and of course the medical profession cannot get you back to 100%. After my discharge It took time for me and my primary physician et. al. to determine my ongoing care and what medical problems would be permanent.
Let me say this- I was fortunate to have met Paula and her team at Brett Law. They were always personal, professional, and caring, and not to mention they worked tirelessly on my case. It was ‘my bad’ to assume that they were just a firm chasing an ambulance. To my ignorance, I didn’t perceive the onslaught of hospital and specialty physician invoices, the art of dealing with medical and auto insurance companies along with collection agencies on invoices that were never presented to me. Paula helped us get through all these unforeseen hurdles with kindness, legal insight, and experience. She is a great coach to lead you through the myriad of difficulties you may face after a painful accident, and I highly recommend her. You will appreciate both her legal skill and warm personality.

I was in a car accident 4 years ago and I picked Mr. Tario to be my attorney because of his credentials and reviews, and boy he did not disappoint! He takes no money up front, he gets the settlement you deserve, he takes his part and you take yours.
