My wife and I, Highly recommend Riley/Ersoff LLP... Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... Always answered our calls... Grant fought,, and he Fought Hard!!,, It was comforting, knowing that my wife and I were not alone,, Grant and staff were in our corner....He got us $ALOT OF MONEY$!!...Even after it was all done and over, Grant "Personally" checked in on us and made sure that we got a new place to live, and we were in good shape, to pick up the pieces and start a New Life... I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

I had a case that no one was willing to take. My own insurance company refused and failed to back me. It was a hot mess. I had extensive injuries along with a totaled car. It was a fairly desperate situation. Serber Law took on the difficult task of repping my case. When you need someone to go to bat for you and win Jonathan is your man. He worked on this case and settled it when there were no good outcomes on my end. He is extremely invested in helping his clients. In the rarity of the times, I truly felt supported, seen, and taken care of throughout the entire time we worked on this case together. Words of gratitude are but a small token of appreciation. I am so thankful to Jonathan. Serber Law is where I intend to refer friends, colleagues, and family along with any personal needs that may arise.

I am so grateful that I found Joshua Fabian at Boyd Law to represent me as my lawyer for my restraining order case, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After yet another cancellation, they said I would have to wait until the new year to be seen. I requested a date for 2025, booked months in advance, but the appointment came and went without any communication from her office.
I reached out to express my disappointment over the wasted months of effort on a sensitive case not to mention the $800 consult fee, urging Kathleen to do better. Her response was dismissive—claiming her staff said I had new representation (which is false) and that she is not taking 'new' clients. There was not even an apology for the months of wasted time, lack of communication, or the sheer number of follow-ups I had to initiate.
This was a deeply disappointing experience, marked by unprofessionalism and poor taste. I cannot recommend Kathleen based on my experience.

My attorney lied in documents and to the Judge in April 2023, saying that I had agreed to something I flat-out refused to pay. which was my son's girlfriend's attorney fees. I refused to pay and told her that. I am still working on fixing the problem with the other attorney I hired after firing Jonifor this act. I ended up filing a Bar complaint on November 28, 2023, and it was closed due to lack of evidence, so I will need to straighten this out with my new attorney and with the court. This experience was a lesson learned.

I had a minor incident involving my dog at a dog park that the other party is trying to escalate into a major problem. Bob Khakshooy immediately took my call, calmly assessed the circumstances, and advised me of my options. He also helped me to know how to approach it to have the best possible outcome for protecting my dog. Bob is also an animal lover and offered his services as a no-cost consultation. I am impressed with his professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, calming demeanor, and generosity, especially given he wasn't going to charge me. Some attorneys offer "free consultations" as a way to generate business, but once they evaluate your case and determine there's no money in it for them, they won't spend any more time with you. I 100% recommend Bob Khakshooy and will call California Attorney Group again, should I need assistance with a personal injury event. Thank you, Bob! You are greatly appreciated.

So grateful that my friend Samantha referred me to David and his amazing firm after a really unfortunate accident. The staff at this firm cares and are the most considerate. They're transparent and they do all that they can to maximize efforts/outcomes. Half the people have no idea what they are doing…. There are much better law offices out there…. DO NOT risk your future with them it’s just not worth it.
