First off I want to say how professional and punctual and how attentive too my case my attorney Steven Heath was. If I called he answered if he was out of the office he promptly returned my call when he was back in the office. He walked me through every step and time lines of my case and pushed hard for the care and best results of my case and did a wonderful job. He was very polite as well as patient with me throughout the process. He retained me the best out come I could have had in my case and took the time to keep me involved and knowledgeable about what was happening. Paul is a liar and a cheat he is out for his own interests period I hired him to represent me in several cases he contacted the courts and had it so he was the only one to receive new court dates and such so I would have to rely on his office to let me know when I had court , he made me miss several important dates because I was no longer receiving letters to let me know when I had to appear . He also told me I had to appear in person. In court which was two hours away when it was remote so I could have stayed home and attended due to corona virus and claiming he had emailed instructions after he told me and my friend I had to appear in person I was the only person who showed up he made decisions without contacting me or making sure I agreed to them as well and these decisions had a great impact on my case and in my life as well. He should be disbarred !!!! Do not hire him he’s a crook .

Paul Battisti helped me w a minor drug offense in oneonta ny. He was able to get everything taken of in one shot and with a favorbale deal dropping the charge to a non-criminal violation, just as he said you thought he would. I don't have enough good things to say. I hired Attorney Sacco early 2016 for a criminal case, and from the first meeting he was respectful, non-judgemental, polite, and straightforward. I felt really comfortable with him. I had no idea what to expect, never having been exposed to any legal issues. He never oversold himself, and guided me on what to expect without making false promises. The outcome was favorable, and he was kind the whole way through. Over a year later, I contacted him with a request about my previous case, and he quickly and efficiently helped me through what I needed to do. Prices were reasonable, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.

Mr. Michael Somma was assigned by the Brooklyn Family Court Judge to be my son's lawyer. He is, in other words, an 18B attorney. I had a chance to talk to him in person in order to get a feel for him. In other words, I vetted Mr. Somma. He questioned my son's parental practices, such as, "Does spend enough time with his two children?" I told him, "Yes, he does." Mr. Somma answered, "Well how can he spend enough time with his children when he has a pregnant girfriend?" I responded, "My son spends two days out of the week with his girlfriend and the rest of the week with his children. Of course in many instances he works over time in order to have enough money to provide for his children, but there are parents who work two, and sometimes, three jobs." Mr. Somma's response, "Yes, but many parents work and then come home to spend time with their children." At the time this interview took place it was 7:00 at night. I do not know if Mr. Somma has children, but he certainly works late hours.I was in the stand, I was on trial, and Mr. Soma became the prosecuted, ready, once again, to find my son guilty of something. Ever since this case was with Child Protective Services and Brooklyn Family court, it has been about my son, not about his Ex-girlfriend, not about his Ex-girlfriend's lawyer, or anyone else, but solely about my son's character and parental practices; questioning him as though they were the Judge and Magistrate, ready to send him to the fires of Hell. Today, February 3, 2016, Mr. Somma left a message, explaining that the mother of my grandchildren has drawn an agreement that is very reasonable and that he needs to contact him in order for him to sign the agreement. Bare in mind that my son has not had a consultation with Mr. Somma yet, and he has not seen him in person to learn what kind of lawyer Mr. Somma is, or who is Mr. Somma working for. Is it my son he's working for, or is it for the Ex's and the Ex's lawyer. My son is presently looking to hire a private attorney.

As long as I followed his advice, my case turned out better than I had hoped for. Always professional, and he took the time to explain the issues patiently until I understood it. Michael Vargha Is one of the worst attorneys I have ever had. A four month span of time i had called him almost every day trying to reach him to talk about case information a attorney should know about his client and important facts of the case; which he never replied or answered nor attempted reaching back to me. He only spoke to me once a few hours prior to my court date which he then didn’t listen to anything that was happening including violations that were occurring and important details to my family court matters. He argued with me and resigned himself from the case leaving me hopeless again for my child’s safety; which had caused the court to push the next court date farther out leaving my son in unhealthy and unsafe conditions, which Mr. Vargha did not seem to be bothered with or want anything to do with helping the matter. I would give him -0 stars if possible and highly would not recommend hiring in any case matter.
