Paul is a liar and a cheat he is out for his own interests period I hired him to represent me in several cases he contacted the courts and had it so he was the only one to receive new court dates and such so I would have to rely on his office to let me know when I had court , he made me miss several important dates because I was no longer receiving letters to let me know when I had to appear . He also told me I had to appear in person. In court which was two hours away when it was remote so I could have stayed home and attended due to corona virus and claiming he had emailed instructions after he told me and my friend I had to appear in person I was the only person who showed up he made decisions without contacting me or making sure I agreed to them as well and these decisions had a great impact on my case and in my life as well. He should be disbarred !!!! Do not hire him he’s a crook .

Paul Battisti helped me w a minor drug offense in oneonta ny. He was able to get everything taken of in one shot and with a favorbale deal dropping the charge to a non-criminal violation, just as he said you thought he would. I don't have enough good things to say. I hired Attorney Sacco early 2016 for a criminal case, and from the first meeting he was respectful, non-judgemental, polite, and straightforward. I felt really comfortable with him. I had no idea what to expect, never having been exposed to any legal issues. He never oversold himself, and guided me on what to expect without making false promises. The outcome was favorable, and he was kind the whole way through. Over a year later, I contacted him with a request about my previous case, and he quickly and efficiently helped me through what I needed to do. Prices were reasonable, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.

Mr. Michael Somma was assigned by the Brooklyn Family Court Judge to be my son's lawyer. He is, in other words, an 18B attorney. I had a chance to talk to him in person in order to get a feel for him. In other words, I vetted Mr. Somma. He questioned my son's parental practices, such as, "Does spend enough time with his two children?" I told him, "Yes, he does." Mr. Somma answered, "Well how can he spend enough time with his children when he has a pregnant girfriend?" I responded, "My son spends two days out of the week with his girlfriend and the rest of the week with his children. Of course in many instances he works over time in order to have enough money to provide for his children, but there are parents who work two, and sometimes, three jobs." Mr. Somma's response, "Yes, but many parents work and then come home to spend time with their children." At the time this interview took place it was 7:00 at night. I do not know if Mr. Somma has children, but he certainly works late hours.I was in the stand, I was on trial, and Mr. Soma became the prosecuted, ready, once again, to find my son guilty of something. Ever since this case was with Child Protective Services and Brooklyn Family court, it has been about my son, not about his Ex-girlfriend, not about his Ex-girlfriend's lawyer, or anyone else, but solely about my son's character and parental practices; questioning him as though they were the Judge and Magistrate, ready to send him to the fires of Hell. Today, February 3, 2016, Mr. Somma left a message, explaining that the mother of my grandchildren has drawn an agreement that is very reasonable and that he needs to contact him in order for him to sign the agreement. Bare in mind that my son has not had a consultation with Mr. Somma yet, and he has not seen him in person to learn what kind of lawyer Mr. Somma is, or who is Mr. Somma working for. Is it my son he's working for, or is it for the Ex's and the Ex's lawyer. My son is presently looking to hire a private attorney.

As long as I followed his advice, my case turned out better than I had hoped for. Always professional, and he took the time to explain the issues patiently until I understood it. Michael Vargha Is one of the worst attorneys I have ever had. A four month span of time i had called him almost every day trying to reach him to talk about case information a attorney should know about his client and important facts of the case; which he never replied or answered nor attempted reaching back to me. He only spoke to me once a few hours prior to my court date which he then didn’t listen to anything that was happening including violations that were occurring and important details to my family court matters. He argued with me and resigned himself from the case leaving me hopeless again for my child’s safety; which had caused the court to push the next court date farther out leaving my son in unhealthy and unsafe conditions, which Mr. Vargha did not seem to be bothered with or want anything to do with helping the matter. I would give him -0 stars if possible and highly would not recommend hiring in any case matter.

I paid Mr. Benjamin thousands of dollars to represent me. He refused to follow my instructions, waived my rights against my wishes and left me at arraignment with no lawyer oh and to date he has not returned my money. I absolutely feel that he straight ripped me off. I strongly caution people about a $400 an hour ego that does not match his talent. I hired Ronald Benjamin to represent a criminal case. I paid him the fee for his services and he did nothing! For three days he called me to his office both at home and public office in Binghamton NY. His behavior was very odd, not to mention he said " If I have to go to trial in this case, my fee is $3500 more. We're talking five grand, can you swing it? " He told me this doesn't have to go to trial. But I am replacing the incompetent public defender Kevin Ridell. He called the court and did the necessary protocol to replace the public defender Kevin Ridell. He went to court and did nothing but repeat what the public defender said, and gave no defense whatsoever. On the third day he told the defendant in custody he withdrew from the case the second day in front of Judge Dooly without my knowledge or permission to do so. I asked for a refund of my fee for services not rendered and misleading, false representation, questionable remarks and gestures while meeting with him at his office several times. He is a convicted felon, tax evader, gambler, hustler and has had his license revoked many times. He said I paid him to go to court not as a defense attorney, but as a second opinion. He refused to give me a full refund and is clearly not an attorney at all. He's a known criminal. Warning: Do not ever hire this man. His background speaks for itself!

Mr Benjamin has been my Attorney for two separate cases. I have known him since early 2005. He handled both of my cases accurately and with good ,fair results in my favor. His litigation skills in court were impeccable. Not at anytime did he smell of alcohol or was drunk. He can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. His office desk had a stack of files on one side and a stack of exercise and nutrition guides on the other. I found him to be interesting, respectful, client focused and very knowledgeable to my legal issue.
