I did not know Moss but got his name from a friend of a friend. Moss treated me well and fairly. I had a strange out-of-the-blue call from a lawyer for an adjoining property raising an issue. Another lawyer might have run up his hours on research and document filing etc, but Moss didn't do that...his advice turned it into a non-issue. When we subsequently sold the property he handled that quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciate how available he was to me...always returning calls quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Moss was recommended to me by an attorney I use in Massachusetts. I was selling my mother's condo in Boynton Beach, Fl. without a broker. Moss not only drew up all the paperwork but was always there to advise me. (I needed a lot of that) He was crucial in being the problem solver when issues arose. I could not have made a better decision in choosing Moss. Iwould highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great, responsive and caring attorney.

She is awful and the worst human being alive. She makes up all the 5 star reviews from fake accounts. She is a terrible lawyer and treats her clients like garbage. She will scam you out of all of your money. Even worse, is the way she treats her own staff. Her past few employees are forming a class action lawsuit against her.

I would give this law form 0 stars however -1 is the lowest , but here is my review Harris hung on me - a disabled veteran - when trying to receive my deed. His staff told me they were not obligated to give me the paper. After I called back Harris, calling me “bro” said he mailed it and fulfilled his obligation. Zero attention to detail, very little professionalism and in the end no resolution was established because he was too busy “bro’n” me. Please if your a veteran do not use this firm. Let me start by saying that unfortunately I was divorced once before. My experience with my first attorney was disappointing.
I found myself going through a very sad and difficult time in my life of a second divorce. I was referred to Mr. Wasserman through a good friend of mine that runs a large personal injury law firm. From the very beginning my experience was like night and day. Jeffrey and Deborah were extremely professional and compassionate. I cannot tell you how detail oriented and prompt they were in every step of the way. He was also able to refer me to another great attorney for a different matter that affected my divorce process. Mr. Wasserman was very patient while I resolved those issues that obviously delayed my divorce process. I always got an immediate response to any questions or concerns. In the end my husband and I are trying to reconcile and work on our marriage and stopped the divorce. Again Jeff had very kind words to say and gave me more great legal advise. If I find myself in the unfortunate situation to start the divorce process again I can assure you, without hesitation I will be calling Mr. Jeffrey Wasserman again!!!

I hired Attorney Feldman in Dec. 2017 to help with with a unique and sensitive rental property dispute. The whole situation was extremely stressful for me (especially around the holidays) but Attorney Feldman kept his cool, managed a very tense and adversarial dispute between me and the other party, and ultimately got me the desired result (refund) within a matter of approximately one week. He even responded to some of my emails after hours around the holidays when I wasn’t expecting it (I was amazed). Atty. Feldman, if you’re seeing this, thank you so much for everything you did to help bring my matter to a positive end result. You were immensely helpful when I was pulling my hair out...lol. Next time I sign any lease I’m going to hire you to at least give it a once over and advise me accordingly-it would totally be worth it to avoid future rental debacles.

I received Mr. Feldman's name after contacting ACAP. I called ACAP because I felt suspicious of the lawyer I hired as my personal representative attorney who was one in the same my dad hired to do his will.
I hired Robert to assist me after our initial telephone consultation. I gave him may areas in which I needed clarification and promised my speed to get through the probate process.
My brother subsequently hired Robert for a real estate closing.
Robert educated me on the various steps of probate, answered layperson questions and was quick to respond to calls and emails.

First meeting after we paid retainer she was over one hour late. Did not have us meet in her office, actually her office was less the five minutes to the Starbucks she designated for us to all meet.

I spoke to several attorneys including Ms. Deutsch, who totally won me over with her approach plan for my case. I purchased a $2 million plus home last week in Lighthouse Point, FL. Sheri Nott was recommended to us by a friend, who hired her to handle the purchase of their home in our new neighborhood. Sheri worked with our Seller, prepared a post occupancy lease agreement for them to stay another month, handled the seller's lien issues, and closed our deal in a very quick amount of time. As a former client of Peter J. Snyder, P.A., I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience. Mr. Snyder's conduct throughout my case was not just disappointing, but in my view, egregiously unprofessional and potentially unethical. I had to fire him and represent myself in court in order to win (which I did).
From the outset, communication was abysmal. I was left in the dark about crucial hearings and important case developments. How can an attorney effectively represent a client when they fail to keep them informed? This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a fundamental breach of the attorney-client relationship.
What's worse, Mr. Snyder made major decisions about my case without my input or consent. He elected for a non-jury trial without even discussing it with me.
The lack of diligence in handling my case was staggering. Despite my repeated requests, Mr. Snyder failed to initiate settlement discussions, unnecessarily prolonging the legal proceedings.
But perhaps most alarming were the ethical concerns. I believe Mr. Snyder misrepresented facts to the court regarding trial duration and evidence. He attempted to coerce me into accepting unfavorable terms. At times, it felt like he was working more for the opposing party than for me.
In my opinion, Mr. Snyder's actions demonstrate a shocking disregard for client advocacy and professional responsibility. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone else seeking legal representation. If you're considering hiring Peter J. Snyder, P.A., I strongly urge you to reconsider. In my view, he has shown himself to be untrustworthy, unprofessional, and potentially unethical. You deserve an attorney who will truly fight for your interests, not one who might compromise them at every turn.

I called attorney Snyder on a Friday afternoon on an urgent basis as I needed him to review a real estate contract for the purchase of a home in Boynton Beach, Florida. The deal was falling apart fast and I desperately wanted the deal to go through. I am writing this review because i need to expose this mr Randall for who he is. He works for my condo association which means that my money is used to line his pokets. He is cleaning our reserves by threatening my neighbors and myself for no valid reason. He has no integrity and no ethics.
In addition , he is antisemitic. He had the audacity to serve me with a stupid fabricated letter on the Jewish high holidays just to disrespect my religion.
This man will sell his mother for a buck.
He is incomptent and abusive. Stay away from him.

Ivan mislead me with information on the amount my settlement would be and drew out the entire process for nothing than maybe his own gain.
I was pregnant and suffered my entire pregnancy and still now.
Ivan did not go to bat for me as I expected the lawyer I hired to do.
He did for my passenger though.

I have worked with this attorney for over two years and I gave him a lot of money. He wrote one letter that I hand delivered to the Corporation I was persuing and wrote a couple of emails. Then the manager of the Corporation hired an attorney and Josh had screwed it up so bad that the manager's attorney wanted to sue Josh.

Attorney Karen Velez is a compassionate, helpful lawyer. She is an angel. It is unbelievable that even now I get emotional thinking about how much she helped me. My experience was that I met with her about a divorce case. My husband and I have a child and I was done with the marriage. As a mom I was struggling with getting divorced because my child is close to her dad. Karen met with me at her office and then spoke to me a number of times about my case. I signed the retainer agreement and moved forward with the divorce. I told Karen that I wanted the divorce filed and asked that it be done as soon as possible so I could start 2020 out with the process almost over. Karen drafted the documents for my case and then we spoke one day to discuss the financial affidavit and financial documents necessary for the case because she was ready to file the paperwork with the court. I then had my second child and as I spoke to Karen to discuss the financial documents needed for the case, I was sad and also discussed my personal situation with her. Karen listened and heard my frustration and counseled me to pause the divorce. She said that it sounded like I wanted to give my marriage another chance and actually gave me ideas. Real ideas on how to take a couple of weeks and discuss the problems and situation with my husband.
That night I sent Karen a text letting her know that I was so grateful that she is a mom, and human being first. It was incredible. She is a lawyer with a heart!
Most people would not believe that a lawyer would meet with a client, sign the client, take the money and work the case,but then tell the client to hold off on that case. Whoever heard of a lawyer having a heart? Ultimately, I decided not to get divorced. I would recommend her to anyone! Call her.

I highly recommend Karen. I went to a local lawyer that does not handle family law cases that recommended her to me. I met with Karen on a child custody matter and had lots of questions and concerns. You want a lawyer that listens to your fears and questions and addresses them. Karen is the kind of lawyer that listens, answers your questions & puts your mind at ease. She was also available to answer calls at 7 at night and meet on a Saturday at her office if that is when you can meet. She was excellent in court.
Karen is a great lawyer. I recommend her to friends and to anyone with a custody, divorce, time sharing, child support, legal matter.

I, or my personal acquaintances to whom I referred him, have used Mr Sosin on multiple occasions, over a 10 + year period. These were specifically an investigation into an HOA's legal actions which impacted on a tenant I had, a subsequent lawsuit against subject tenant, bankruptcy and criminal law. Iam writing in regards to a email I received in 2019. A Ken of mine passed in Britain England with shadwick last name as of mine as well. My family has become distant and my name is being slander and fraud brought on to my financial and social and work ethics. I live in a small town of morrow county. Marengo ohio actually , lived there for on and off last few years. My father passed in 2020 March 23 and before that I had a ex relationship that spiralled alot of this . The county is small and law enforcement is paid by county wealth and also judges. Some families as well as my own are being wrongfully accused of foul and horrible things while others walk Scott free and continue the horrible doings. There are a lot of realtors out there, but we truly believe that no one will work as hard as Mr. Malki to get you into the property you want.

I hired Charles for a short sale of a home and it was an absolute nightmare. He does not answer calls, return calls, emails, whatever. It was a horrendous experience and certain people on his staff are even worse, just rotten. Short sales take a lot of knowledge, tenacity, negotiations. Find someone else, you'll be better off for it. I have tried to post this review 3x now, if Avvo does not post this review, I will makes sure it goes on Google, Yelp and others to warn the public.
