If you want to lose or have your case ignored this is the firm for you. They completely forgot about me and my case even though my family has used these ambulance chasers since they opened. My mom was one eddies first clients and she fell got severely injured these injuries eventually led to her death and these people have done nothing with her case. I write this review so others don’t make my mistake of trusting them with my mom’s case. They should be ashamed

What is the main quality you want your lawyer to have? The answer of course is knowledge and experience. I retained Grimaldi & Yeung to help me with a Medicaid Application. It was a very involved process, but the lawyers at Grimaldi & Yeung handled the details flawlessly. Their knowledge and experience resulted in the approval of the application expeditiously. Well it took me 6 months today to be EXACT, after Ms. Bellina's gave me my life back thru the powers of God and her excellent expertise & experience of course its remarkable she reminds me of the higher being. World! whatever you believe in believe in Ms. Bellina's as your attorney for all your legal matters in all areas and expertise of her firm. its like since that day of dismissed and seal announcement by the judge. It seems as if I am now realizing that I am well breathing and alive again things has been better greater as to what Ms.Bellina's always assured me in a very calm manor every step of the way, a breath of fresh air. I felt as if I was in a ocean and I cannot swim and I am the smallest fish there Ms. Bellina's assures me that I am going to be okay watch, wait & see I have experience in the court especially these subject matters be patient she always told me that and Anthony I know the feeling that you are anxious to see the outcome and put this behind you and move on with your life with your family but just be patient. I received terrible service to day from the intake for a malpractice suit I’m currently trying to obtain. I explain my issues why I was suing and she immediately started cutting me off saying this suit isn’t valid without fully hearing me out. I’ve been explained I am not looking for a pro bono attorney and explain to her that I home, three companies and I will be paying out-of-pocket for my representation if I have a case she then proceeded to cut me off again rudely then I asked, is there anyone else I can speak to in your office she said no then I asked her do you have a degree in law she said no so then I said, I think you’re not understanding my case, and she cut me off again being a owner of multiple companies I do understand customer service index reports mean to a company. I am a very fair person, but I would like to at least explain my case before I get shut down by someone who is not even a lawyer and no consumer deserves the rudeness that I had to have today it was quite embarrassing, and I would not do business with this phone ever!

Hired this lawyer to help us with our case but he was always very disrespectful with communication, did not guide right as he told us not to do what we ended up doing with another lawyer that saved our case. If we had stayed and waited for Mundy to do something, we would have been deported for sure. Find someone more competent for your sake.

Attorney Richard Batelman and his staff not only met but exceeded my expectations. Having been introduced to his office via referral by the Brooklyn Bar Association, I too would now highly recommend him and his support staff. Both the strengths and weaknesses of my rent-dispute case were explained, thereby allowing me to weigh the risks against the potential rewards of going to full trial versus settling. Subsequent to an agreement by both adversarial parties on terms to resolve our dispute, Batelman remained engaged throughout the follow-through process to ensure that the agreed-upon terms were properly enacted. We hired Mr. Batelman to help us mediate with and eventually evict one of the worst tenants we have ever seen. He not only gave sound advice, but was also responsive to our every need---which was often! He stayed in constant contact via phone, text and email. I hired Rob Gershon prior to hiring Michael Mueller . He had my case from October of 2022 until August of 2023. A total of 10 months. Initially prior to highering him I filed my own custody visitation child support paper work with the courts and uploaded my documents into the Edds and wrote my own acs appeal letter. Rob did make several court appearance and file motions and petitions after I hired him however , I was not pleased with his performance because the case was not progressing. I reported him to the bat association as well however he charged $4,500 and in his invoice he did do more work and he refunded me $700 for the work that I did and that he did not do. Therefore, he was fair because he refunded me what was owed to me with Michael Mueller I have to go to the bar to dispute my refund for him robbing me and charging me 10,000 unnecessarily when majority of the work was already completed by Rob and myself . So I will say Rob is fair but I wasn’t pleased with either of them now I am seeking a 3 rd attorney .

First of all I must say that God had bless myself and my mother with meeting Mr Robert Gershon. He is hardworking patience, very easy to talk to. He always took time to explain everything to myself and my mother. He was never at anytime aggressive compare to other lawyers that I have heard about. Mr Gershon is a sweetheart. He is one in a million. No one recommended him to be. Oh yes someone did, that's God The Almighty. I was looking for a good divorce lawyer for my mom so I decided to pray and go through the internet. I contacted a few Attorneys. After praying on it I was directed to Mr Gershon by God. After meeting with him I told my mother we will stay with Mr Gershon and that was the best decision I made for my mom. He was always on time in court. He always came prepared with his paperwork and I must say always dressed fresh and professional. My mom always said what a handsome man he is. (Had to put that in) He never pushed for his payment. He is one in a million. I always had faith in him. In the beginning my mom commented that he was too young, but when she saw what he had to put out she was convinced that he was the right choice. My mom case was very lengthy and even though I know he felt a little tired he never showed it. He is a decent man. His parents raised him well. So easy to talk to. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude, appreciation, and ultimately indebtedness our family has and feels for Mr Robert. I have been in a heated custody nightmare for over a decade, and our last experience with a local lawyer was an utter joke. I was referred to Mr Robert office by two relatives of mine when circumstances once again turned negative, and he and his staff were both amicable, and VERY knowledgeable. From speaking to him during the initial consultation I saw more passion, empathy, strategy and experience then I saw in my previous lawyer during the whole time he represented our family. I knew immediately that he was the one to represent myself , my son, and ultimately our entire family as this has been a nightmare for everyone.
Having had such a horrible prior experience, I was hesitant, emotional, and to be honest so exhausted from the years of negativity my son and I as well as our family had endured. Mr Deller took his time and asked questions, and kept me calm throughout the entire process, he broke down the case and our situation, and he and his staff followed up in a timely manner to ensure I had the latest information. They took my hundreds of pages of ten years of reports and documents, and turned it into an amazing stipulation that had my son and my best interest front and center. Mr Robert was nothing but honest and forthright and it was much appreciated, I was left with no false hopes or expectations.
My only regret is that I did not hire Mr Robert Gershon sooner, we all will be forever in his debt, and forever humbled by his service! He is our Hero! Thank you a million times over!

Audra Barrows was referred to me by a very good friend and it was by far the best decision I made in purchasing my home. I was completely oblivious to the buying process and Ms. Barrows took the time to explain the entire process, step by step to my mom and I.
My closing experience was memorable. Sitting at the table was Ms. Barrows, myself and 3 other attorneys for the seller (an estate property). We were outnumbered but I definitely had the most professional, experienced and best lawyer sitting next to me. She made sure everything was completed as agreed too in the contract and if it wasn't (there was a few big items) she made sure that they would be done to my satisfaction asap. I left closing that day with a credit negotiated by my lawyer and received the keys to my new home. She is a brilliant attorney and works effortlessly to ensure that her clients needs are satisfied. Ms. Barrow was recommended by a friend after I had problems with my previous attorney who was handling a real estate matter for me. After speaking with her I was able to make an informed decision and decided to use her as the attorney to complete the transaction. Because of her knowledge and her instructions I was able to cancel the deal and get the full refund of my down payment. Her knowledge of real estate law is quite extensive. She is also very knowledgeable on Wills and Estates and has helped a very close friend settle matters with his children.
