I called Mr. Roxin after being charged with petite larceny. From our first phone call until the close of the case, he was there for me. He is willing to help the client fully understand all aspects of the charges and has a very realistic sense of what outcomes are possibilities. He responds promptly, (whether you prefer emailing, calling or texting he gets back to you almost immediately). His calm yet friendly demeanor and knowledge of the law is truly impressive. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with hiring Mr. Roxin to represent you, especially for anything in Ontario County as his experience and familiarity with the area gives him a unique edge. I hired Alexandra 14 years (6/17/2009), and paid in full and up front, to get divorce money issues done. I told her I wanted this done and over with ASAP. Now 14 years later, I still have nothing. Very very few phone calls, I've asked for acknowledgements of receiving things I have mailed to her, and get nothing. She can't be reached, for phone calls, I talk to who ever answers the phone. I ask her to pass on information, and tell her to have Alexandra to call me with some kind of updates. I get nothing! 14 years is absolutely a ridiculous amount of time for a court order to be awarded. Not sure what the next step will be, but I can say, I'm not waiting another 14 years. If you want something done quickly, I have to say, hire someone else. You could be going through the same nightmare! I called her office today, my guess would be I'm calling back on Monday. Absolutely terrible attorney. He knew nothing about quit claim deeds which resulted in paperwork being done incorrectly, a severe delay in funds being disbursed (which resulted in multiple fines/fees to our bank account), and a huge family conflict that should have never happened.

A personable young man of good character, affable.
Seemed easily intimidated by the District attorney, and was not up to speed on the jurisdictional limitations on orders of protection. Was also unwilling to ask the local Justice of the peace to recuse himself although he thought that he was biased.

so far 5 stars when a district attorney calls you from a landline like my mother worked for the mayors office in New Jersey I am finally maybe hopefully getting the justice I deserve as a United States citizen . So thank you very much for caring and Mayor Palumbo is a big part of compassion he gave me July 3rd 2022 gave me the time and a big hug it's going to be okay. And Ontario Sheriffs Dept. for a year have compassion as well when you cannot trust anymore over a Domestic Violence case for past year and Vermont stepping in for my safety. God Bless all of you for your compassion and patience with the worst D.V I have ever experience in a lifetime Coercion is the worst thing to do to a person suffering from PTSD and severe depression as a Clergy Abuse victim. THANK YOU D.A RITTS I told my international Esquires & my other Esquire that this could've destroyed my case to help the victim's of Clergy Abuse that I came out of Jane doe status October 2021. in the state of New Jersey.
