so far 5 stars when a district attorney calls you from a landline like my mother worked for the mayors office in New Jersey I am finally maybe hopefully getting the justice I deserve as a United States citizen . So thank you very much for caring and Mayor Palumbo is a big part of compassion he gave me July 3rd 2022 gave me the time and a big hug it's going to be okay. And Ontario Sheriffs Dept. for a year have compassion as well when you cannot trust anymore over a Domestic Violence case for past year and Vermont stepping in for my safety. God Bless all of you for your compassion and patience with the worst D.V I have ever experience in a lifetime Coercion is the worst thing to do to a person suffering from PTSD and severe depression as a Clergy Abuse victim. THANK YOU D.A RITTS I told my international Esquires & my other Esquire that this could've destroyed my case to help the victim's of Clergy Abuse that I came out of Jane doe status October 2021. in the state of New Jersey. That is why I have nothing to hide but my abuser does with all of Western New York business owners wealthy protecting him . Can anyone say 1099 tax form.? that is why in Canandaigua most all wealthy people protecting a very dangerous man. Thank you again. My father was disappointed when he received a letter in the mail stating that his workman's comp attorney was retiring. However, Attorney Aaron Sanders was recommended. I reached out to his office and he agreed to schedule a phone conference with my father. Aaron was patient, very informative and took the time to discuss all of my father’s options in a way that we were both able to understand. I can't begin to say enough about how Wonderful everyone has been at the Schuppenhauer Law firm. A good friend was ticketed in Canandaigua by an aggressive policeman who ticketed her despite the fact that she was innocent. I had watched the whole incident. The DA in Canandaigua would not budge on the ticket which had a very hefty fine and points, despite knowing that it was a bad ticket. It was just not right. I contacted a few firms and they could do nothing. When I contacted the Schuppenhauer firm, the phone was answered by a very intelligent woman, and it just got better from there. Erika, Jack, Daryn and Kayla all helped out and were very communicative, they followed up and stayed on top of things even though this was a very small case. We ended up going to court, and when the policeman outright lied in his opening statement, I thought we were in trouble because it would be our word against his. Jack presented an argument around the chain of evidence that Kayla and Erica had researched so that the case was dismissed. It was brilliant detailed work, that you never would expect for a traffic ticket. I was so impressed with this firm and their diligence and more impressed by their commitment to do what is right and achieve justice in this case. I expected a large bill for this work and instead it was quite reasonable. Thank you for all of your hard work and commitment, it was a small ticket, but for my friend who relies on her car and ability to drive it would have been a game changer in her life. The crew at Schuppenhauer recognized this and did a great job, against the odds.

I hired Alexandra 14 years (6/17/2009), and paid in full and up front, to get divorce money issues done. I told her I wanted this done and over with ASAP. Now 14 years later, I still have nothing. Very very few phone calls, I've asked for acknowledgements of receiving things I have mailed to her, and get nothing. She can't be reached, for phone calls, I talk to who ever answers the phone. I ask her to pass on information, and tell her to have Alexandra to call me with some kind of updates. I get nothing! 14 years is absolutely a ridiculous amount of time for a court order to be awarded. Not sure what the next step will be, but I can say, I'm not waiting another 14 years. If you want something done quickly, I have to say, hire someone else. You could be going through the same nightmare! I called her office today, my guess would be I'm calling back on Monday. Seemed easily intimidated by the District attorney, and was not up to speed on the jurisdictional limitations on orders of protection. Was also unwilling to ask the local Justice of the peace to recuse himself although he thought that he was biased.

Beware of these people I tried to hire them in January and then when I didn't come up with the deposit now they're working for my current landlord to get to get rid of me my current landlord is LCL company Ariel and Ryan the crosman's in the air gun maintenance department no point is Cheney took information about me and now it's representing my current landlord against me I think that's still a conflict of interest even though I didn't ever pay my deposit for them having me represent them they still took information about me and they're probably going to use it against me in this case that's conflict of interest these people are ruthless and they are no good they're not a good lawyer they are useless they'll take information and give it to you and use it against you with someone else conflict of interest all day they don't care they don't go by the laws of the land they are ruthless and dangerous

I paid him a $5,500 retainer. After approximately 4 months he had not even had my now ex-wife served. He didn’t answer phone calls or respond back to voice mails or emails. He never sent me any itemized bills. He has still not given any of my $5,500 back. I am now in the process of going through the legal process of trying to get my money back. I would advise to stay away from this lawyer!

I hired David in 2021 to handle my divorce I paid him over 2000 dollars . At first he seemed focused and eager to help but after a few months he stopped responding to me he stopped working on my divorce I just left the county clerk's office and they told me that he hasn't submitted anything I'm at my witt's end he was good up until it actually came to doing any work he won't respond to my emails he won't return my calls and won't do the job he was hired to do I would not recommend anyone hire him

I don't know where to begin on this one...I was referred to Kitty Karle by a colleague of hers who could no longer take the case. I am a professional and was willing to pay good money for my defense during a contentious divorce. Kitty was a huge disappointed and would prepare for the court hearings the evening before. She was rarely around and I relied on her two paralegals to answer my questions. I wasn't looking for paralegals to give me advice, I hired Kitty Karle. I won't be recommending her.

Had a very bad experience with this lawyer. I hired her and she disappeared. I spent the entire time communicating with her paralegals while she campaigned for one position after another. She never responded to my emails and it was a custody case for my children. I would not recommend her.

I was told specifically out of her mouth I have no rights in court. Wow! First of all I am DISABLED so I have trouble doing paperwork online and otherwise. This guy DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE RIGHT BIRTH DATE ON MY FORMS, AND FORGOT TO INCLUDE A FORM ENTIRELY! I TOLD HIM SO and unfortunately I also was upset but didn't direct it towards him, just used some colorful language to express how I am in pain and suffering and it would be nice for people to work a bit harder! Do the job? but he can't apparently as he CAN'T DO PAPERWORK PROPERLY. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!
