Dale and her team at Robinson & Henry are amazing! I was involved in a rear-end collision in November of 2018. The next morning in knew something wasn't right when I had difficulty driving to work. It unfortunately was my 4th concussion. After 6 months of continuing symptoms I choose to retain Dale and her team.
Immediately Dale provided me with 2 resources: High Definition Physical Therapy and Atlas Brain and Spine.
After only a couple of visits with Dan at High Definition I started to see the benefits. My headaches, dizziness, and nausea started to diminish.
I met with Brittany at Atlas Brain and Spine. She performed a number of X-rays and it was determined that the Atlas in my neck was not setting correctly and it was causing the discomfort in neck and shoulders. It was also contributing to my headaches.
Brittany and Dan worked in conjunction to develop a treatment plan that would best work for my concussion and it was amazing! After months of treatment I was released and now only need to follow up as needed.
The difference is incredible! The stress and strain that my concussion put on my family was unbelievable. I was irritable, had mood swings, and had to focus on easy day to day tasks.

I had picked Mr. Husson out of a few others on a list that was sent to me from MetLife Law services. Needing to get a Will executed, I thought that the closest lawyer to me would be beneficial. That was a bit of a hiccup, because Mr. Husson works from his home, which is not the address I had on the list. All in all, he and his assistant came to MY home to get the final papers signed. That was kind of a bonus! Regardless of any misunderstandings, Mr. Husson and his assistant had gone above and beyond with the papers that they drew up for me and the processes that they gave me direction to follow through on. After everything was satisfied in the terms of what I had requested, I have to give him an excellent rating not only for his knowledge on this subject but for the overall execution of the paperwork involved.

John created estate documents for us, and was very patient and took time to explain the whole process and details/tradeoffs about each document (without driving up billing.) He even agreed to take up a 2nd issue (name change) that he doesn't normally cover, yet he was very familiar with the process and carefully shepherded the process through the courts to successful conclusion.
It was like having a very close & knowledgeable friend work these issues for us, knowing he had our best interests at heart - so comfortable working with him. Couldn't recommend enough!

I found Mr. Chapman easy to talk with and that he grasped my situation easily and his knowledge of the law to be outstanding. He was friendly and non- judgmental. A former partner of his, who I was still working with, referred me to Charles Kinne. Our company had a lawsuit files against us by a competitor who had been trying to cause us as much damage as possible for years. This was the second lawsuit filed against us by this same company. I told my IP attorney I needed someone that could put an end to all of this harassment and get us in a position to operate freely. Without the constant surveillance and setups, threatening letters and unfairly restrictive terms and unreasonable interpretations of the previous lawsuit's settlement agreement. After ten years of this I needed an end to it. Knowing our history and Charlie's strong litigation abilities he referred me to him right away.
Charlie had his work cut out for him since the competitor and the lawyers that represented them were equally matched for unscrupulous and nonsensical behavior. You couldn’t imagine all the tactics that were used to cause fear, confusion and drag out the process by the plaintiffs. It was daunting and I’m very glad I had Charlie Kinne on my side. Our case was continuously evolving and required a lot of resources including managing investigative work, witnesses on three continents, ever changing testimonies and much more.
We were trying to deal with an adversary who wasn’t looking for a reasonable outcome. Litigation and intimidation was a part of their business model. Charlie demanded the best from my team and I and he gave us his best without any question in my mind. When it came to the courtroom he was champion and a pleasure to watch. He’s passionate about his work and his clients. He prepared us for trial. He had made himself intimately familiar with every detail of the few years prior and created several strategies he would use as the courtroom landscape revealed itself. The plaintiff’s assembly of lawyers and witnesses were systematically unraveled. It was wonderful.
I never had the feeling that my case wasn’t his highest priority. He wasn’t out to deal with the case and wrap it up. He promised me that he’d fix it so I’m free of the harassment and will be able operate without any threat from that competitor or the unreasonable terms of the previous settlement. He lived up to that promise and the outcome was much more than I hoped for.
Without any hesitation whatsoever I recommend and would hire again, Charles Kinne.

Lindsay was very helpful and provide us with great insights that enabled us to plan a suitable path for our case. Even with the minimal amount of information that we gave her during the 30-minutes consultation, Lindsay was able to explain in a very succinct manner the merits of our case enabling us to chart our path forward.
