I hired Mr. Ellmann to represent me in a careless Douglas County speeding ticket, that was enough over to be serious. He managed the case, emailed me what he needed, and once I completed the on-line driving class, and forwarded him the certificate, within a few days, he worked with the DA and got me an extremely favorable result. Mr. Ellmann was polite and professional, from start to finish. If you need an attorney for any matter, you should contact his office first, so that your rights are protected. I will never use anyone else, for legal work, in the area.

Only thing going for them is they are nice. My accident was in 2015 that ruined my life. I ended up settling in 2016 and here we are a little over 3 years later and never got a thing. We got totally screwed over. They promised a high amount of money we would receive for 2 years and last min said it would only be about $1000. But here we are and we have not gotten a dime. I went through all of my vacation and sick time with work to drive all around colorado for treatments. Yay me! I haven't heard from this company in probably about 1.5 years. So good luck ya'll!

Collin is an excellent lawyer in that he knows the law and takes great interest in his clients. He worked with me and helped me understand the law and guide me through every detail. I contracted with Aaron Barrick to serve as my counsel to fight against a fabricated mechanics lien and also to draft a contract with a new builder. Mr. Barrick was able to get opposing counsel to release the lien. He also helped me navigate through rough waters with a steady hand and a kind heart after my first contractor left my house project in disarray. Mr. Barrick's understanding of construction law from both sides as a contractor and as a home owner was key to resolving my case successfully.

Aaron Barrick is a savvy, experienced, effective, efficient, honest attorney. He does not waste time with issues that don’t or won’t affect the ultimate outcome of the matter for which he has undertaken client representation. He keeps his eye on client resources as if they were his own and bills fairly. His support staff members at FFB&P are also experienced and, like Aaron, timely respond to telephone calls, questions and requests for copies of documents even if peripheral to the main issue at hand. He also knows his way around the courtroom and has experience on both sides of the bench. Aaron is a skilled negotiator and understands the need to be prepared and meet deadlines, a benefit, I believe, of his Air Force service and training. I have dealt with many attorneys in my business career and find Aaron and his firm to be among the best. I have referred others, both friends and business associates, to him and his firm and will seek his counsel and advice in the future when I, or my business interests, require legal assistance.

Subject: Warning: Avoid Robinson & Henry Law Firm I strongly advise against hiring Robinson & Henry Law Firm, particularly the attorney assigned to my case and her supervisor, who claims to specialize in criminal defense. After spending $32,000 over 5 months with no results, I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from being misled. My attorney’s performance was disgraceful. Her lack of preparation was evident during a court hearing, leading to frustration from both the magistrate and District Attorney. She was reprimanded by the magistrate and even talked over him, further exposing her incompetence. Communication was nonexistent. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, responses were rare and inadequate. Most frustrating was her failure to communicate a critical offer from the District Attorney that could have resolved my son's case, forcing him to remain in a boys' home. Her negligence caused my family to lose precious time with my son. The situation worsened when my attorney went on vacation, delaying the case further. After voicing my concerns to her supervisor multiple times, I was met with excuses and reprimands. The supervisor claimed a lack of communication and threatened to withdraw from the case right before a hearing, despite my timely payments. Their withdrawal left me with no choice but to continue with their services to avoid further delays, only to witness another poor performance at the hearing and an additional $2,000 charge. I gave the firm every opportunity to make this right. I spoke with a representative who promised to escalate my concerns to the board and follow up within 3-5 days, but no follow-up occurred. It is clear this firm prioritizes their fees over their clients. I am now prepared to file a grievance against Robinson & Henry for their handling of this matter. If you have questions about my experience, I am ready to provide detailed evidence to substantiate my claims.

I have a tricky divorce involving multiples properties (some in different countries) and a ranch and little kids. She has worked diligently in helping me navigate these obstacles especially given the subject matter and sadness I’ve been experiencing. She’s supportive, experienced and smart. Worse experience I have ever had. I do not recommend or trust him. He charged me $1,500 for a simple will and when I asked him to modify a simple change he asked me for anther $1,400 or he will drop me as a client. And he did.

Mr Gubbels prepared a will for myself and my wife. We were very happy with the service which Mr Gubbels provided for us. His fees were very reasonable and he was always available to answer any of our questions. He is very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Mr Gubbels.

Mr. Snyder helped with a dispute with a dishonest dealership. He was persistent and great with negotiating. Every time I hit a road block he would take care of it. I was very happy with the outcome.

So I had to deal with this guy when my HOA decided to sue me. When I met him at the Adams county Court House, I told him I had filed for Bankruptcy yet he still insisted I talk with him. He handed me a contract and told me to sign it. I asked him what was the contract for and what did the contract do for the both of us. And before I was able to complete the sentence, he said, “I don’t have to explain anything to you.” So I asked him one more question, where do I go to grieve this? (Using an old union term). Soon as I said that things got really bad. He raised his voice and said, “I’ll take you to trial if you want to play this game.” He further went on to tell me how he was only doing his job and ranted for 2-3 minutes about the law and his job. So here is the history on this guy. He graduated from a tier II college and a tier II law school. Now there is nothing wrong with that we have to go to schools that we can afford… But keep in mind you get what you pay for. Because after law school I am sure everyone says. “I want to become a collections lawyer for an HOA.” If you have to deal with this guy, be careful. He is rude, high strung, and board line unprofessional. Use your phone to record the whole conversation, just in case you need to grieve his license with the Colorado state bar. Read his contract very carefully! There are parts in that are very tricky. For example, you are not allowed to use the memo section on your checks. If you have any stray marks on your check they can refuse it. You also need to be careful when talking with her paralegals. They are just as rude and unprofessional as Stephane.

First off he should not be in a family law… this attorney does not respond back to you in a timely manner but will make sure your bill does. From my personal experience I felt always in the dark about my case… essentially this attorney just didn’t care and I was nothing more than a paycheck. I had to eventually switch attorneys that I couldn't be more happier about! I know many friends that have hired him and had the same experience as I.
